Interesting start and got me already

I remember reading this a long time ago and I wanted to come back and say thanks for keeping me entertained for those couple of days and yes I did say days as I read this freaking fast. Anyway thanks again :)

I love these extras this story is so unique and I absolutely love it!

So this was a really good story. Your versions of these characters felt human and realistic. I rather enjoyed seeing all the interactions and growing relationships between them. This story was rather well written and something I'd recommend to anyone interested in romance stories. Not a lot of stories keep my attention through to the end, but yours did and I'm glad I stuck through all the chapters.
Now I find a hard time coming up with numerous different good things to say, so when I write reviews the things I didn't like seem to outweigh the things I did like. Know, however, that I intend "I enjoyed this story and read it all the way through" to hold much more weight than a hundred critiques. That being said, I only have a few.
First off, I'm one to appreciate a diverse cast of characters in a story, but in a fanfiction with preexisting characters, it felt distracting to me. Although I think you pulled off giving the characters varying nationalities quite well, it served as a constant reminder that these were different characters than in canon RWBY. A lot of times I felt some of the people in the story were out of character (Penny especially), but you still managed to get me invested in your altered versions of them.
On a few occasions emotions felt rather exaggerated. The only example I'll point out is Ruby crying and visiting Ren's room because Weiss was upset and wanted to be alone. This moment didn't really feel believable to me as it seemed a rather weak reason to cry about. Granted, I've never been an outwardly emotional person or known any personally, so maybe this is believable for some people. I could buy that maybe Ruby was just in a rather emotionally unstable point in her life, but it's not really explored or resolved in the story so it just feels out of place to me.
Other than those things, the only thing I can criticize are grammatical errors. There were a lot of sentence fragments. They were scattered all throughout the story. I know this story is a few years old, so I'm sure your writing has improved greatly. I hope you continue creating stories and don't include so many sentence fragments in them.
All in all, the story was good. I apologize if my ranting is unwelcome. As a novice writer myself I crave feedback and opinions from readers as it's the best way for me to improve, so I can only assume other writers feel the same way. I'm not sure if you still read your reviews for old stories, but I just want to thank you for writing an enjoyable fanfiction.

I've only read the first chapter so far, but I intend on continuing. I could layer on critiques, but that wouldn't really be fair as I quite enjoyed the chapter and the writing style. I will say that there are a lot of grammatical errors, especially in the form of numerous sentence fragments. I hope the errors lessen in volume in later chapters, but it won't turn me away if not. You have me intrigued to see where this story will go and how you'll develop your versions of these characters. I look forward to reading more of the story.

brilliant I cried but I absolutely loved it well done!

As this is my first review, please forgive me if I am doing this wrong. This story really touched me though. I’ve struggled and stressed about feeling inadequate for years now and seeing Ruby go through similar emotions that I’ve experienced really gave me a connection to this story. Granted, her story and my story are very different, but that connection was still there and it made me care a lot more about what happened. This has been one of the best stories I’ve read on here and I just want to say thank you for sharing this.
