Hello there. I'm starting on your story and I pretty much like it so far. There is, however, one thing I feel I must express. What the Dursleys do to Harry in JKR canon version IS VERY REAL ABUSE. All that he lived through, all that was done to him, is sufficient material to base any story on abuse. There is absolutely no need to make it worse for poor Harry just to try and get your readers to feel sorry for him. Too many fanfics authors make the same mistake. That's too bad because, somehow, it makes it look like what the abuse done in JKR work is not a big deal... But it is.
Anyway. Sorry, I needed to get it out of my chest :) I'll click both Favorite Story and the Next button to continue and read your story, don't worry. I love the idea of a protective and loving Charlie that cares for our beloved young hero. Oh, and I get my kicks watching Old Dumby sweat (evil smirk)!

I have to tell you, I tried so hard to make it through this story, I did. Charlie/Harry is one of my favorite pairings but I just...couldn't read this. You have an 11 year old engaging in sexual thoughts and while I understand in this story he's technically married, you're making Charlie out to be even creepier than both Cedric and Vernon in this. And as a mother of two children one of them 12, this story is just...to close to pedophilia than I can handle. So I'm sorry to say I have to stop here. However, your talent in writing shows and your grammar is pretty spot on. Good luck on your writing journey.
