Good to see Henri didn't fall to cynicism. That way lies, well, the sort of hot mess Louise has become. There's more to life than realpolitik.

At first I thought Louise had turned into a daemon prince, or maybe a Blood Angel. Then a tyranid.

But nope, apparently she's a clan battlemech now.

Very satisfying ending to that particular arch. Don't know how I feel about Queen Henri. Maybe she can get her shit together. Maybe she'll marry Louise and let her consort run things.

And maybe Louise will die, and get turned into a dreadnought, because even in death, she still serves.

I think Louise is too small to be a natural disaster, which makes her a decidedly unnatural one.

Well, that was a surprise, but I guess I shouldn't have been that shocked. While Vampires are clearly inferior to werewolves, at least that makes Louise nearly as much of a monster as she thinks she is.

I liked the battle at the end too, nice little turnabout from the Spanish Armada.

Alright. So, Tiffania has established herself as the frontrunner in the "Best Girl" competition. Louise, of course, is not in that competition, because she is Dovahkiin. Also, who the Best Girls seem to be competing for. Seriously, she needs a hug and maybe a few weeks of vacation where she doesn't have to gut anyone she doesn't want to.

And also, probably somewhere far away from nobles and politics.

Finally, I have a feeling that Karin needs a boot up her ass. Or, possibly, one removed because it got stuck there.

It makes sense that Louise would have a few issues with the knife ears. Also, how the heck did you manage to turn what was essentially Tits McGee: Adventures in Ecchi into a complex political drama?

You know, at some point, Louise is going to have to decide which of these nice girls she's going to settle down with and which she's going to brutally murder.

Aww, Louise made a friend. It would have been cooler if it were a werewolf/vampire friendship, but I shall accept this as well.
