Credit where credit is due, I love the idea of Truth hating it when any kind of mind reader pokes around the thoughts of an alchemist who's survived the Gate; they've _earned_ that knowledge in a way no other group can really replicate without consequences, and someone trying to shirk the toll would definitely piss that entity off. An excellent concept, even if I'm ambivalent towards the treatment of the magical world as a whole.

That was cute. I'm still kinda disturbed about Sirius' life span as a dog(is gonna die soon or nah?) but this was enjoyable to read.

Love how, unlike in canon, its being shared with the public what happened to Xerxes and Amistris and even a bit of the Elric brother's story. And that the Elric brothers(or just Ed?) Are accepting their heritage instead of leaving the knowledge of their people to continue to be a forgotten mystery.

Hughes is alive still. Ed's warning worked! I love you. It also didn't sit right with me that Ed would never be able to do alchemy. Like...that's such a shit exchange. If an arm was good enough for a frickin SOUL (memories included) and a leg for an ADULT body, why not a leg for his brother's body or his current hair? I mean hair grows as a body does, has dead cells as a body does, and is a source of vanity like a body is, plus "Truths" ideas of equivalency is just...odd. Like how about his voice? As lovely and effective as Ed's ability to speak are it's a rather useful and everyday thing(like alchemy) that he'd give up for Al. Honestly. The only one who'd be super upset by any of Ed's loses is Al. Also how the blue hell did Sirius apparate out of Azkaban and get to the "lost world"...was it cuz he was a dog?

The world of FMA is Atlantis and Ed and Al's race of people are legends?! This is probably the best thing ever for merging both series. Hopefully the wizards/witches are unable to find and get through the barrier.
