Leafy-tan chapter 16 . 7/12
please update . I need more of this .
aGnamZer0 chapter 5 . 6/8
This was a very fulfilling chapter. I have a lot to say.

The combat between Shiro and Grimmjow went as one could guess it would. But still, I enjoyed watching the sheer stuborness and inate anger of Grimmjow. It's always a sight to behold.

The goal of making Grimmjow stronger, that I'm completely up to it. That's indeed a very bright idea from Shiro.

xXx

What troubles me is that he wants to make him stronger so that he can get away from Aizen's claws if Ichigo doesn't manage to get rid of Aizen in time. Meaning, Ichigo intends Grimmjow, Stark, Ulquiorra, Nel and Harribel to become Aizen's Espada for a time. He wants to let Aizen use the Hogyoku to transform them in Arrancar. I won't get back on the debate about using the Hogyoku to transform Visored or Arrancar, I haven't changed my opnion about it.

I have however other reasons why it bothers me. One of them being that Ichigo just wants to manipulate them to get to where he wants. In that way, he isn't different from Aizen in any way.

One musn't forget either that there are many other ways, more efficient even to kill Aizen before he puts his plans in action. I'm going to list a few of them below so you tell me what you think about it.

1. He could befriend Stark, which at this point in time still feels alone, along with Lilynette since nobody can stands his mere presence. To begin with, he proclaims that he was friends, comrade with some of the arrancar in his time during the war. If he really was friend with Stark, he would already have went to find him and Lilynette so they are not alone anymore. That's what a true friend would have done. That aside, once he befriends Stark he would warn him to not ally himself with Aizen if he comes to him in the future as he is a megalomaniac with god complex issues. Even better, since Stark is really strong, at the time Aizen comes to find him I'm pretty sure Stark is the strongest. He could kill Aizen at that moment – of course Ichigo would have warned Stark to not watch Aizen's shikai or else he'll be trapped in his illusions.
And if he befriended most of the former Espada he fought alongside with, such as Grimmjow by for example sparring with him every so often to the point they would become friends or Nel and Harribel through other ways, Aizen wouldn't be able to put his hands on them. What's the best way to beat Aizen? Gathering Aizen's army before he himself does so. Of course, Ichigo would have killed those that are beyond saving such as Yammy.

2. He could decide to integrate the Soul Society and why not become one of the captains once he is trusted. Like that he could legally keep tab on the different academy students, or if he misses him for some reason, on the fukutaicho. As soon as see Aizen's face, he could assassinate him without anyone noticing – he after all trained with Yoruichi who was once part of the Onmitsukido.

3. I know he trusts Shunsui and Ukitake. He could tell them the truth about himself, that he comes from the future and all that, and tell them of the atrocities Aizen will commit – once again warning them against his shikai – and tell them to kill him or at least warn him as soon as they notice him. He'll of course stress the need to keep this information secret. If he doesn't tell all of that to Shisui and Ukitake, he could tell it to Satoru who's the head of the Onmitsukido. I have the feeling they will develop a great friendship, even if he never enters the Seireitei, and considering Satoru's used to black ops work, he'd do it without to much problem if he's convinced it's for the general good.

4. Since he no doubt knows very well the reiatsu of Aizen now, he could stay in the zone of the Rukongai close to the Seireitei and as soon as he feels Aizen go kill him.

Anyway, there's a lot of ways to go about that. What Ichigo wants to do however is to let everything run through like the first time around so that everything returns like it 'should'. He just wants to get back what he lost. Even if they forgot about him, as long as they become Visored agaion, that the Espada is created, that Kisuke is exiled and that Isshin is thought KIA, it will feel 'normal' again. That's just plain selfish.

At this point, I feel like he just wants to let everything unwind exactly the same as the first time until the time of Rukia's execution where he'll act. And that would really be wasting the chance to fix everything that he got. I would be really disappointed and disheartened if he acted like that.

xXx

To get back on track, I was all smile when Ichigo gave his sword to Kaien. The poor kid clearly hadn't expected Ichigo to give him an Asauchi. I guess at that moment his respect for Ichigo climbed to the roof. He must have been so happy to have found him to teach him. I wonder if he still thinks the same after what he went through the followings days.

Ichigo is even worst teacher than Kisuke. Oh, I'm sure that the results he got were even better, but poor Kaien, even Kisuke wasn't such a slive driver. I really felt bad for the kid, but at the same time I felt so proud. I understand what Ichigo feels, seeing the growth of your student in real time from your own eyes must be a splendid experience. Kaien will no doubt be completely badass once he joins the Seireitei.

I guess Satoru must have the same kind of conflicted emotions towards Ichigo. I suppose he feels respect towards him, it's after all very hard to reach this level of mastery. But he is also annoyed, because of his injuries true, but mostly because now he will have to deal with all kind of teasings from a lot of captains. And finally, he feels excitation towards a good fight and maybe a rival. Oh, like I love this character!
aGnamZer0 chapter 4 . 6/8
I really like Satoru. I immediately conencted to him. Honestly, he's already one of my favorite characters of the story. And it seems he's also the father of our dear Yoruichi. And Tindra her mother.

Ichigo really sowed chaos within the walls of the Seireitei. Good way of being stealthy. He has still much to learn it seems.

Anyway, I think Ichigo and Satoru will come to share a formidable friendship. It makes me really excited!

Please don't kill him! I think the reason you want to ban the Visored is to recreate the same hierarchy as in canon, with those weak captains. Because let's be honest, between the Soul Society from future and this one, this one is much, much stronger. Hell, I'm sure some of the Fukutaicho from the Sereitei of Satoru's time are as strong if not stronger than some Captains from Ichigo's time.

If you really did that, killing, banning, injuring or retire the strong shinigami from this time just to get back to the same system as in canon, then what's the use of Ichigo traveling through time? Doesn't it kill the goal? Plus, it's much more interesting to have experienced and strong captains. So please, don't go killing Satoru and Tindra and the others captains and don't go create the Visored to exile them later.

Of course, I'm aware it's much more difficult because then you have to create a lot of OC, give them an interesting personality, maybe even a background story and for those whom we see fight, the abilities of their Zanpakuto. But I think that would be much better than just respewing the Captains from canon.

Of course the story will go AU, the events will most likely change and maybe Ichigo won't even come to be born – after all Isshin ended up with Masaki thanks to Aizen in the end – but who cares? At the very least, we won't have to bear with annoying and useless characters such as Chad/Sado, Orihime and Ichigo's former human friends. Good riddance!

I really hope you will consider directing your story in another way than canon. I really think it would be totally pointless from Ichigo to get that far in the past to end up not changing anything and letting things happen exactly how they would have without his interference.
aGnamZer0 chapter 3 . 6/8
I want to complete what I said in the last chapter about me not agreeing with Ichigo in his choice of letting the Visored be hollowfied. I hadn't intended to do so, but considering you mentioned my argument in this chapter I thought it was the perfect moment to do so.

Ichigo says Shinji was actually happy to have been hollowfied. I don't agree. It's more like he resigned himself and stop running from what he was. He had the choice to either reject all his life his new state or to try to accept it and live with it. It's mentally more sane to try to find positive points about his situation without constantly whining than the contrary. That's why he said he didn't regret it, because unless he wanted to become insane he had acknowledge and accept his new him.

However, had he really have the choice to change it all, he probably – no, definitely – would have. What you must understand is that the power that changed him is malevolent. By definition, most powers are actually neutral. Wether they are good or bad is defined by the way it is used. The Hogyouku is different. To be created, and then to be recharged, the Hogyouku needs souls. Countless sacrifices are made for this power to born. And then even more sacrifices are made for it to be used.

Since the Hogyouku needs those souls to work, do you think they just enter again the cycle of reincarnation once they are killed by Aizen? Definitely not! They are sucked into the stone of doom and will most likely suffer inside for all eternity, without a chance to reincarnate ever again. Part of their souls are cut and used and mot likely with the number of souls inside, they fuse with each other until they lose all they identity and become one entity that is set to suffer endlessly. A horror of nature.

We can say that the power of Ichigo was mostly acquired naturally. Sure, it was Aizen that plotted everything, but he was born Shinigami, Quincy and Hollow, his hollow side coming from the hollow that was inside his mother and then moved into his soul at his birth. That is thus naturally that he came to become a transcendant being, a fusion of several races.

But do you think Shinji and the others would want this kind of power if they knew how it came to be, the price needed to create it? Do you think they would condone it? I don't believe so.

So, I understand if for some reasons you can't prevent Aizen to sacrifice a lot of innocent to create the Hogyouku. However I won't be able to forgive Ichigo if he lets the former Visored once again be experimented on using such a foul energy that is the Hogyouku, just to get back some friends, so he can befriend them on the Living World and teach them to use their powers.

Plus, I don't believe the Visored and Ichigo have the same possibilities – even while setting his Quincies origins aside. The fusion of his shinigami side and his hollow side were done at birth. He was born in this state and it was natural. The visored however were created artificially. I don't think they can use all the powers of a Hollow. For example I doubt they could ever use a Gargantua.

Anyway, I really hope Ichigo will change his mind or he will definitely disappoint me.

xXx

On lighter notes, Kaien and Ichigo are really alike, huh. I can't help but taking a liking to the kid – though he's technically more than four times older than Naruto :D

I'm happy Naruto chose to train him. Plus, he really needs some kind of normality for now. Else he really risks of becoming crazy.

It was fun to see Kyouraku and the other captains fumbling in the dark to understand who and what is Ichigo. They are afraid of this unknown while said unknown wants nothing more than to protect them. Ironic indeed.

Finally, I really couldn't not comment this chapter.

The greatest thing in this chapter is that it gave us a true idea of his level power and technical skills. He isn't just rushing at combat while swinging his sword, he learned zanjutsu with two swords from the best and has enormous control over his reaitsu. He used several kido, it wouldn't be far fetched to think he was trained in the art by Kisuke, Tessai and/or Hachi.

It's also a very good point that he finally managed a true union with his zanpakuto. In canon, even when he faught Aizen at the end, he didn't know of his Quincy heritage and wasn't truly complete. Plus here, he doesn't have limits like losing his power if he fights.

We also came to see some of the losses he faced. The person he truly held dear in his heart were teared away from him without him being able to do anything. The Ichigo we have today is one honed by war.

I however don't agree with the decision he took about the Visored. Letting them being transformed is really egoistical and stupid. I will never agree with that decision, no matter how he presents it.

On a side note, I never had noticed Kukaku had a missing arm. But now I understand better the accident that happens later on the story. The first time I had read it, I thought it was you who had made it up but it seems not. Well, you made up the context but it really had happened. I won't however reveal how it turns out for those who read my comment, you'll have to get up there. Ahah!

Ah, I couldn't resist re-reading this fic. It's just too awesome! Honestly, I still found hard to believe it's your first fic. You are really a natural.

The characters are completely in-character, we recognize them from the way the conduct themselves and talk, and for others you add a little something we never got the opportunity to see – soutaichou and his tea time.

It's incredible how we could feel every emotions of Kisuke and Ichigo. The weariness and guilt of Kisuke really hit me hard and the determination and self-sacrifice of Ichigo... well, I can't say I'm surprised. I didn't miss either the shock, the disbelief and the cursing that's sure to come after Ichigo found out exactly when he crashed into.

Well, I doubt I'll continue to comment in the coming chapters since I'm more of a guy who comments big in the last, but I'm really happy to have chosen to read this again. It was in my mind since a few weeks already and I just couldn't contain myself anymore. Your fic is really a piece of art.

Thank you for writing this.

SERIOUSLY? It was. getting soooo good! This was fucking brilliant, some of the best writing I've come across. The character boarding was spectacular, and the plot very interesting. The expansion on Ichigo's powers is satisfying and they make sense. Probably one of if not the best Bleach story I've read. AND THIS IS IIIIT? COME ON! You better update soon.
Pimity chapter 1 . 5/15
Great story, thanks for writing!
Guest chapter 13 . 5/8
This story just keeps getting better and more interesting. Having a few scenes with Shakespeare was absolutely fucking awesome, a brilliant idea and so cute! Never imagined a story where Ichigo would meet 9 year old William. Adorable and I loved it! And ya boi Aizen is back. Oooooooh shiiit... :D
LadyJaneMarvolo chapter 11 . 5/7
Well, I sure am late to the party. Anyways, very awesome chapter. Honestly I was almost expecting Ichigo to try to "adopt" Muramasa as another spirit of his soul. In the anime (or Ichigo's past life) I felt like they had reached an understanding at the end of their fight, and I was very sad when Muramasa died. I really liked him as a character and he has some sick abilities. The details of Ichigo's depressing Soulscape really hammered down just how much chaos, regret and death Ichigo has dealt with. Very fascinating.
