Moon Pix chapter 12 . 7/12
well, I've rarely seen a more griffindor Harry than this one in fanfiction. i would have expected him to go there. or even Hufflepuff for the same reasons presented in this chapter.
jh831 chapter 32 . 7/3
Suggestion, put an adopted notice in the summary or in the first chapter to let people know that this story is adopted. That way people dont get half way through to find out its been adopted.

Guest chapter 30 . 6/15
Why is this fic marked as Complete? It is left unfinished, abandoned, continued somewhere else and many other descriptions of which none is synonymous with Complete...

Don't take this the wrong way, I appreciate authors for sharing their work for free and I am truly grateful when they either finish their works or informs their readers about their intention of never finishing it. When I see a story that has not been updated for a long time but is still not marked a Complete then I know what I'm getting in to. I can read the work knowing that the majority of the plot threads will most likely go unresolved and when I finally reach that last chapter I know that it will not offer any resolutions to the story. I'm fine with that because I went in and started my reading with the knowledge that it was an unfinished work. It's the same with fics that is still being updated, I hope they will get a proper ending but I don't expect it... The only stories on this site I expect a proper ending to are the one marked as Complete since that is the author telling us readers that they finished the work. I might not personally like the ending, but since this is free entertainment I don't expect perfection, just an honest attempt to resolve the story.

I did enjoy reading this story and I am grateful to the author for sharing it, but getting a message telling me that the story is abandoned and will not be finished took away all the joy I got from reading this...

Just to be clear: I'm not upset about the story being abandoned, it's free entertainment that the author chose to share with us readers. If they no longer have the time, inclinagion, drive or whatever it was that made them want to share their writing in the first place then I'm just going to be grateful for what they did share, and not bitch about what they did not share. What I am upset about and will bitch about is that by marking the story as Complete you (the author) promise a complete and finished story and that is, intentional or not, a dick move to pull...

Even the note at the end letting us readers know about the story being abandoned is completely useless for new readers. It's only when you start reading incomplete works that you check for notices at the end, when a story is marked as Complete you assume it is in fact completed and will therefore want to avoid spoilers at the end.

Thanks for sharing your writing Mr / Ms Author. It was entertaining but for the the promised ending that never came.
noreenklose chapter 32 . 6/10
OK.
Thanks for the info. and thanks for writing.
I enjoy reading your stories, sorry you stopped this one.
Guest chapter 28 . 6/7
based on the success of his ritual to see what happened in the past, why isn't he or the Hogwarts staff using it to further corroborate or triangulate who is doing all this? Yeah I know, logic and rationality don't go hand in hand with the wizarding world, but it's almost like you're purposefully making everyone in this story obtuse or incompetent just to draw out fake/forced intrigue or suspense.
Pimity chapter 21 . 5/31
harry is so utterly pathetic that i actually feel sad
Pimity chapter 15 . 5/31
is harry ever gonna do anything or spend the entirety of the story being a little bitch?
Tt chapter 7 . 5/30
Ok, story's over, Harry and lash are utterly useless, and I'm not reading any more of this crap.
Guest chapter 19 . 4/29
Definitely not a panic attack. Closer to Social Anxiety. Or Agoraphobia. (which can produce anything from generalized anxiety to full-blown panic attacks)

Panic attacks are intense fight or flight responses. Very intense. Can last from 30 seconds to several hours. Many people mistake it for a heart attack due to the very common symptom of an extremely elevated heart rate. (sometimes combined with back muscle spasms that pull on the pectorals) In fact, a large number of ER visits for a potential heart attack are actually panic attacks. And caused by any of a variety of factors, of which a mood disorder is only one possible explanation. (regardless of what the manufacturers of antidepressants want you and your doctor to think)

If I was writing Sally Anne, I would have checked out the profile for PTSD.
mddomene chapter 22 . 4/26
This is going to sound bad but I am 100% behind Lash's chosen path, telling Harry would make him choose to do this kind of thing when desperate or not at all, and if he chose to do it it would be on him the effects, so all guilt would be his, at 9.

I would be all for running away instead, but staying? This was the only option.
