It was a really cute story, tho it would have been even cuter if hinata was there, the whole uzumaki family eating ice cream. I mean sakura and sarada being there wasn't really needed, but i guess you wanted to add more to the story? Anways it was cute.

Absolutely amazing! You are really good at capturing the happiness of your characters. I sincerely mean it! This was really adorable. Furthermore, I fancy your writing style as well. So fluent and easy to follow and your plot was cleverly thought. Your ending in this one was good too, to have Naruto reflecting over the past and the present. It was nostalgic for sure.

SasuSaku has never been perfect, but at least it progressed naturally. But what Kishimoto did with Naruto... Well, let's just say that I think that sakura had a far better position at understanding Naruto than Hinata ever had. In fact, I don't think Hinata ever understood him. She just wanted his kid. NH is only likeable when accepting it as it is. Instead, most of the fandom deform it to something which is so unrelated to canon that it seems more like they're bashing the canon characters.
Sadly, it seems like Kishi gave in to this fandom, and twisted Naruto into something he should never have been. This newest manga only seems another insult to a long line of insane decisions. Naruto's progress as a character, as well as his conclusion, would've made far more sense if he had stayed away from NH. If Kishi had really planned NH from the start: Naruto shouldve had some meaningful moments with Hinata. Instead, we went from Naruto completely ignoring Hinata's feelings, to him have a kid with her. With zero development.
Not that I like NaruSaku any more than I do NaruHina, but I do think that it would've made more sense. The Last only served to prove my point in that contrast.

I read these Himawari oneshots before reading Pareidolia and your other longer stories. I can't believe you're the same author! Actually I can, now that I think about it you have the same style. I think anyway. Human memory is pretty flawed. Anyway I can remember I have liked every story of yours!
