That was a cute ending. There's never much explored about Darren's recovery period in Book 5 but I can totally imagine this scene taking place. All in all, I'm actually a bit sad this is at an end and I think all of these little snippets were really great.
(Also - well done on actually finishing this! I'm halfway on #9 but it's already 1,200 words and has nothing to do with the song so I think I'll be trapped a while longer)

You are such a heartbreaker! As much as I love Arra/Larten My preferred pairing would be Arra/ Mika - maybe in the missing years between the books they would be together, there is no indication that they weren't.

Oh, I see what you meant about the angst! I think Mika's probably my favourite character, so it's great to see him making an appearance. Of course we all know that all is not going to be well, so I'm looking forward to the next part (even though I suspect it's probably gonna be paiiinful).

I love Vancha and this does him justice. I think his interaction with Arra at Truska's wedding is the funniest thing in any of the books.

Haha, a bit of comedic relief! I do love Vancha. Can't deny that I am looking forward to the upcoming angst too, though. Also, sorry that all of the reviews I attempted to leave while not logged in have appeared - how embarrassing. Anyway, looking forward to the next installment!
