I didn't get it at first. For a good long while I was reading it thinking Naruto was overreacting and Hinata was gonna have to calm him down. I didn't see what the big deal was about the question until the line, "He'd always been considered second best to Sasuke."

I know he's always dreamed of having a family, and having that family say that he wasn't good enough and they would prefer Sasuke, that would be crushing.

It's the people close to you whose words can hurt you the most, and understanding the impact they would have, I find myself loathing the Sarada and Boruto in your fic. I mean, their parents adore them more than anything in the world, and they decided to cut them deeper than most could possibly manage.

That's unforgivable.

To be fair to Sasuke, he has reasons to be concern, after all Naruto have had a crush on Sakura for years so Sarada question can be worrisome, on the other hand Hinata had never show any interest on Sasuke.

I don't know in what realm having the same hair is being suitable for each other. xD Tomorrow when I meet someone with similar hair I propose that guy because we would be great marriage. :P Hinata and Sasuke would be terrible pairing. Sasuke has won the award for best father when he tried to kill his daughter because he hasn't recognised her. Hinata needs someone who would encourage her and Sasuke constantly put people down. Naruto always supports Hinata. Hinata needs someone who is outgoing because she is introverted. Two introverted people means silence and silence means no communication. Relationship without communication won't last more than few months. Hinata loves her family and village, why would she want to be with traitor? Naruto is and always will be better than Sasuke.

Heck, maybe their kids' wishes might come true and they switch kids for a day. The kids wake up one moment with their dads switched, which meanwhile is all just a prank to teach them a lesson but they find out and play along with it to make their dads crack and snap.

What about a story that Boruto tells Naruto that Sasuke is the coolest guy he's ever known and Sarada vice versa, now their dads on a rivalry of new sorts! ...or something...

Can there be a story of this but this time, the one when Sarada asks his parents if Sakura married Naruto instead?
