boo. i've read quite a few fanfics and this is nowhere near the badly written fics i've stumbled across and couldn't finish reading. while this isn't the best , i wish there were more details and dept to the chapters this isn't what i would call bad. it's in the middle area of Could be improved.

could you please tell me if anyone has adopted this? this is the very first that i've come across of Dick being Danny's dad. plenty of great and fun Dick-Danny brothers, a couple of them has Danny being the 2nd adopted but older brother.

oh boy, Vlad has brought on the collective fury of the Bat family.
i'm hoping that there will be a cute, scratch that it would be adorable , chapter where Nightwing brings up the newest member of the Bat family to meet most of the justice league and Danny goes flying to hug Grandpa Bats when he sees him... in front of everyone in the room.

sooo, Maddie got pregnant during high school , broke up with her babydaddy and didn't learn her lesson and got pregnant again with her college boyfriend and broke up with him to get back together with her first babydaddy?
i know its just details and you wanted to do a cute practically baby Danny growing up in the Bat family , but truthfully i was expecting Jazz to be the younger one since the only explanation is that or an affair.

he's a good dad.

one of the funnier chapters that stick out to me in The abused was the one or two where the older siblings were playing keep away. they were keeping Danny away from the rest of their siblings.

i'm mainly looking forward to when Danny meets the rest of his family

well theres that 9 months so Dick was really 17, also i've read the abused and teenage years multiple times, there are parts that almost brought me to tears with how dark and sad they were but most of them were hilarious and a few parts were absolutely adorable with how Bruce is with his new baby out of his gaggle and the fact that all of his older kids quickly come to love their new baby brother.

yeah, Dick's response to the social worker did not inspire confidence. i was already thinking he'd have the response to go running to the new grand and great grand fathers for parenting advice for the next few months (or at least the great grandfather aka Alfred), now i'm almost sure that'll happen.

I REALLY liked this story. Sure, it could have been written better, but it had a really good plot. O:'(
And now I'll NEVER know how the rescue would have gone, or how the Bats would have reacted to Danny being a Halfa. O:'(
