Reviews for Deceit
Luiz4200 chapter 1 . 11/27/2019
He probably waited until 2015 and then figured out what really happened.
TheConjuringMind chapter 1 . 9/17/2018
Wow. This was powerful. It hadn't really occurred to me that Biff, George, OR Lorraine might get suspicious that Marty looked exactly like "Klein" in 1955. This was a great piece with excellent writing. Great job.
lalalei chapter 1 . 5/19/2018
Oh Biff. So close and yet so far. (And to be fair, who would think of time travel as a logical explanation? XD)
TheJDSgames chapter 1 . 1/12/2018
I think this should be a proper story (a few chapter's for example). I also wander whether it's before this Marty goes back in time or it's after Marty gets back from 1885 (at the end of it all). Would seriously love to see what happens... hope someone does so. I really liked this.
SapphiRubyCrys chapter 1 . 11/25/2017
Damn! This deserves a sequel. I really wanna see how those 3 will react to biff. Is this after Back to the future?
cleflink chapter 1 . 9/8/2017
Oh, very cool. I love stories that address the disconnect that the people from 1955 ought to feel about Marty, and this is such a clever way to explore that. Biff's conclusion makes so much sense (more than a time-travelling teenager, really), and I like this hint of the arrogant Biff still present in the downtrodden version of the new 1985.
slow clap chapter 1 . 7/30/2017
What a plot twist! Usually these types of "people recognizing Marty" fics end in suspecting the time travel, since "obviously" it's the only explanation, so Biff's conclusion about it came as quite the surprise to me! Couple that with his usual insidious scheming about what to do with what he now "knows", something pretty darn in-character too (people forget, even in the good end timeline, he's still not a good person...), and you've got me hooked! It ends perfectly for a ravenous imagination to have all to itself, but if you ever follow it up with more, well, I certainly wouldn't complain about that either!
Guest chapter 1 . 1/7/2017
Oh, I'd love to see George, Lorraine, and brother Dave's reaction to that little revelation. Please say you'll do a chapter 2?
Flaming Trails chapter 1 . 12/30/2016
Well, that was creepier than I expected, especially toward the end. Very in-character for Biff, though, I must admit. I imagine all that bitterness and anger has just been building up inside of him ever since the night of the dance. And it's interesting to see someone else make the connection between Marty and "Calvin." I wonder what would happen once he DOES finally speak up? I'm sure the McFlys have proof somewhere in the house that the McFly line tends toward clones in a Marty-Marty-George-George pattern. :P Don't wreck your relationship with what is probably your best customer, Biff-o.
Freebird87 chapter 1 . 12/21/2016
Good story, but I don't think anyone would remember what Calvin Klein looked like. Especially since they only knew him for a week thirty years ago.
EmmettMcFly55 chapter 1 . 12/18/2016
This is a well-written story. The fact that it's Biff also makes it more likely that he wouldn't know about George's ancestors from the Old West looking like Marty, negating his 'Marty can't possibly be a McFly' point.
