Very belated thought on this - I would have thought that a laser virtual keyboard would be a better fit for this if you want to give Kaiju a keyboard in canon - it's basically a hologram projected onto a flat surface, which somehow notices if you put a finger into any of the key locations. They're used a lot for smart phones, PDAs, etc. and the technology has been around since the nineties, so ought to be around in Earth Bet. It would need to be scaled up a lot, of course, probably a much more powerful laser. What could possibly go wrong...
