Pretty damn good so far, and can’t wait for the Optional Salem Route Ending where Jaune unlocks Unlimited Milf Works.

Well I can safely complete my last comment now... sadly another fail as far as gamer fic goes... for obvious reason.
Basically the appeal of a gamer/rpg mechanic is to try and get better. Most of the fiest chapter completly ignore that and makes jaune being a guitarist/singer phony... later chapter completly prevent him from bettering himself...

Adventure/romance tag... yheeea might want to check thoses... it feels more like cheap romcom/parody but get nowhere trully. Lot of mechanic, to many to follow. A character that know he ahs to get his act togerher if he doesn't want to die or be responsible for the slaughther of his temates yet when he obtain an ungodly ability to become the best he... play the guitare... No grind, no training, no trying to chese, exploit the system or at least see how far it goes, trying to come with his own combos etc... to many different games emchanics either never used or breaking the immersions and suspension of incredulity...

Basically it fails at delivering what was promised in the resumee... this is NOT a gamer fic. This is Not and adventure fic... and can barrely be considered a romance one...

Trully sad it started of well... got broken knees in the middle.

I remember first or second chapter where there was a not about how akward it was for character with a game system to not try and grind out their strength... well he went all night just reading... he could litterrally spend the entire night doing push ups or pull ups... or at the very least a bit of it and run around becon before going back to sleep and be as fresh as the morning dew... perhaps even a bit of learning...
I mean... for Oum sake, his singing skill is higher than his sword one as of chapter five... and that is after having used it for the selection even if not expertly... He should have no problem to ask Nora Ren or even Phyrra for help/spar/pointer given his specificity...

I am notsaying that I don't like the story but the tag is adventure and romance... so far it feels more like humor/parody. Not quite what I expected but I might be too early in the story for the feeling I got to be accurate.

Still interesting read so far, Let's see how you deal with gamers mechanics as they are hard as hell and any author messing with it end up breaking their teeth at some point for some uncanny reason...

A whole lot of closeness increase. and when he finally increases his str stat, you just take that away, huh? it's not a gamer fic, it's badly written dating sim fiction without the dating.

why the hell would you make him use his sp to improve his stats. It's like you're intentionally holding him back so he doesn't grow, but growth is the main point of litrpg though. why even write a gamer fic then?

why is he stalling gaining more power, he doesn't seem to be growing at all. Dude doesn't even need to sleep, but he's loterally doing nothing. He's not reading, he's not exercising, not leveling up, just seems content to imagine getting stronger, but not actually getting stronger

Read the Wheel of Time from book one. That was... 18 years ago. There is a TV series adaption coming up some time in the future. Decent line up for the cast. Robert Jordan's wife is consulting, being that she had a big hand in the series at the end.
