Maybe Issei should be more aggressive. Even though Gabriel says she wants to make amends for him, I don't see shit except some petty talks. Action speaks louder than word. Seriously, I think Gabriel is such a wuss. This fanfic is still OK, but needs some actions. I want to some bloodshed and killing done by Issei.

You're portrayal of Issei is honestly way to forgiving. It's not unbelieveable, but he ends up acting like a lot of characters that I hate. He's comparable to Sakura from Fate with the way he acts in regards to people that hurt him, and it's fucking infuriating.

The hate feels like it's there, but it's toned down for...some reason? I'm thinking plot convience, but if that type of shit happened to literally 99.99% of characters they'd turn into violent psychopaths. Hell I'd expect the police chick to be dead after she controlled him the first time, let alone any of the other shit.

I could understand this mentaility if he was some bastion of purity and valor, but the thing is that he's not, not at all. It's maddening to a point that I can't even think of certain characters more than how much I'd wish they'd get what they deserve. I'm suprised he didn't try to destroy the dagger, kill himself, or seek someway out of the situation. He complains about it all the time, but he does nothing to stop it, not a single damned thing. The only thing I can think of is complaining to the Seraphs, specfically Gabriel, but even then that's a stretch.

All in all, I can't tell if you were trying to go for this or something more laid back, but that's what it is for me. I enjoy the writing, but I feel like unless you had some very gruesome things planned for certain characters then they were just being written in a corner. There's only so much hate you can drudge up before I just wanna give up because nothing will happen to them because, "The plot demands it!"

Just want to point out that while the national age of consent in Japan is indeed thirteen, most prefectures have laws against sex with minors that raise the age to 16-18 in most areas. Lots of writers reference this law, but most don’t seem to realize that having sexual relations with people that is age is still illegal.

I enjoyed this chapter a lot but I'm not a fan of the way that your depicting Saji. Saji gets a lot of flack for some unknown reason but he isn't the type to have called Raynare a slut. Yes, he might be jealous of Issei's luck with women but that's more due to the fact that Sona does not give Saji the time of day while Rias is fully invested in her relationship with Issei. Its the fact that Rias is willing to love her own servant while Sona is not which causes Saji to be jealous. Saji actually pushes himself incredibly hard to please his master in cannon but he gets no pay off from her. I'm not saying she's required to do so, but its the reason behind his feeling of inadequacy. His life is actually pretty depressing. His parents died when he was young and he had to go live with his grandfather. Then his grandfather died and he got stuck taking care of his two younger siblings. He's basically the only money earner and he has to worry about making sure that they are fed, clothed, have a roof above their head, and are happy. He does this on top of all the devil work he is required to do for Sona. So yeah...I'm not happy about the way you depict Saji since you've basically degraded him to being a boy who thinks only with his lower half. Which is more Issei's thing, which is why Saji disliked him in the first place. Since he really dislikes perverted guys. I apologize for the rant...I just had to get that off my chest.

This was an exceptionally fun read. The idea of Issei being this un-pure force for Heaven is a very intriguing one - and I think you demonstrated well the dynamics that can pop up. In the same vein how you seem to be integrating him into the plot and Gremory group was quite well handled.
His relationship with Raynare was fantastic. Very cute, hot when it called for it, their teasing and drive for one another very endearing. The additional elements of supernatural culture and the nature of a dragon was proving to be fun as well (harems are a given in DxD but it’s still nice to see them explored in different fashions.)
All in all, excellent little read. I hope to see it updated soon. Cheers, mate.
