Is there not a fanfic out there that just puts something there? I'm not sure about other people, but I read these kind of fanfics because the premise is interesting. What if Jaune got spider powers? Cool! that's interesting! Why do you have to add in other stuff? I want to read a Remnant with Spider jaune, not a weird Remnant-Marvel world.

Awesome! Though I'm a bit worried with you adding Harry Osborn and Osborn corp. I mean, couldn't you just add spiderman powers and not the other stuff? There's enough threats in Remnant that you don't need to add things from spiderman. Hopefully you don't add the green goblin and sandman though I'm pretty certain you will, but it's good to hope.

WHITLEY FREAKING SHNEE! WHITLEY FREAKING SCHNEE IS IRONMAN! Thankyou so much for doing something like this with his character, he was given a unfairly bad rap in the show and the Ironman/tonystark personality can really, really fit Whitley well. He's freaking perfect for the role of the cocky rich misunderstood genuis who grows a heart.

I'm really curious, if Juane is this powerful now with just his spider powers, what would happen if he had aura? Aura can be used to amplify the body's natural abilities, eg increased strength, speed, regeneration, so if Juane had aura I think he could use it to amplify his spidey powers too, hmmm... and if you added his unique semblance into the mix, and if Juane was able to combine his spider powers, with the use of Crocea mors and his semblance, he could create a powerful unique fighting style that with training could let him fight people like Cinder, Watts, and tyrian, as well as giant grimm. Also just imagine spider Juane learning aura control and pouring his aura into amplifying his super strength and speed as he slashes at a Goliath with Crocea, the level of force would be insane and could allow him to slay goliaths, also because of his 3d mobility and reflexes, him training and using Crocea with out the shield would let him have ridiculous precision with his sword strikes, help him strike weak points easier. Ultimately spider Juane with aura, a semblance, Crocea mors and training would make him a dangerous badass top level huntsman

wow adam is already better written than the 6 volumes he was in on the show. Thats a little sad. Either way this is pretty good

I'm dropping this story for a while. Let me start of with the pros of this story. Your pacing seems decent from what I can tell and your grammar is pretty good. Your use of Jaune as Spider-Man was also pretty decent though I find it hard to believe he would consider Aunt May as much of a mother figure than his own mother in the Mother's Day omake. Now onto the cons. When I searched for a RWBY x Spider-Man fic, I expected one of three outcomes: RWBY setting with Spider-Man elements, Spider-Man setting with RWBY elements or RWBY setting merged with Spider-Man setting. You have chosen the first for a time. I was interested and started my long read. As the story went on however, it seems to be transforming from a RWBY x Spider-Man fic to a RWBY x Avengers/Marvel fic due to the sheer amount of Marvel characters put into the crossover without a proper RWBY replacement/substitute. I'm afraid that this story will be too bloated with Marvel characters that it just turns into another Marvel fic in a RWBY setting but with no RWBY elements. This was not what I was here for. I expected something like Jaune/Spider-Man or Whitley/Iron-Man for other RWBY/Spider-Man characters since it minimizes the number of characters you need to manage. On top of that, this crossover with To LOVE-Ru has put me off even further as this wasn't mentioned properly in the beginning. If I knew the story would deviate from the intended crossover, I would've probably stopped myself from reading. In any case, I bid you farewell and hope this story works out the way you want it to. As for me, I'll be looking elsewhere for other crossovers.

Wish you could have been more creative and had more rwby characters take up super hero mantels instead of just adding Marvel characters. Seems... Lazy. And uninspired. I mean, whats the issue? Them balancing beacon life with it? Team rwby have been trying to save the kingdom on their own. Whats stopping some of them from doing it in costume?

I had to read the whole story again from the beginning.

Honestly this is one of my favorite RWBY crossovers so far, I really like most of the items you've put up to this point.

Jaune being Spiderman, Whitley being Iron Man, elements of Spectacular Spider man such as Harry and Eddie (So far my favorite animated version of Spider Man) or Martin Li of the video game, all integrated into the RWBY universe.

Also this is one of my favorite Jaune, because he is still Jaune despite everything that has happened so far and is not OP (Because we have seen him being defeated on several occasions). I really hate those cool Jaune stories that get screwed up because they make him a Gary Stu or Edge Lord. Jaune is still Jaune, a socially awkward but good-hearted boy who learns from his mistakes.

However there are two characters along with Jaune that stand out here being Blake and Adam.

Adam is having the respect that he had to have in the series and that he was completely ruined by becoming an Edge Lord, honestly Adam here is a good villain who has reasons for what he does and not only because he hates humanity.

Blake ... you made me love Blake and that's kind of hard. Honestly Blake is the character that I dislike the most in all RWBY mainly to his almost null development in the series, here is the development that he was supposed to have and not only run away from everything for when you think he will have development he runs away again.

And I really like her relationship with Jaune.

Of course I also agree with some comments, I would really like to see more RWBY characters taking on roles of Marvel characters, with all the development that Blake has had really fit as a ring to the finger Black Cat (although you may have some other plan to Blake) since at some point you might feel that there are more Marvel elements than RWBY.

Also we do not have enough Lancaster ... although that is rather my inner Lancaster wanting more Lancaster because it is adorable as you have portrayed it.

Now about the multiverse ... nothing against it, possibly it is one of the few who likes this idea and would like to see more of this in the future due to the infinite possibilities as long as it is handled in a good way and is not abused.

As I mentioned this is one of my favorite stories when it comes to RWBY crossover and I wish you the best of luck.
