So, it's okay. I had to look up the context (I watched a lot of VLD this year, but it kind of blurred together at some point), so on that note, it fits. Still, while not inherently the case, the fic does feel like it ends a bit too quickly. As in, we see Keith's realization that Shiro should be the pilot of Black Lion again, but we don't go beyond said realization. And look, we know what will happen, but the ending doesn't quite gel.

Also angst. It's a lot of angst. Keith is angsty. But still, that's a lot, LOT of angst.

I hear ya, man. If u ask me (and most of my friends) Keith was screwed over pretty much the entire half of the series to far. Forced into a role he didnt feel comfortable in by people that didnt always follow him, while hes still torn apart mentally and emotionally by the loss of someone close, only for that person to reappear and inhibit him. Keith deserves better!
