TheDragon2000 chapter 32 . 8/12
hmmm a herbalist called Regis who doesn't age... *Geralt hmmm sound* all joking aside I enjoy the story a lot so thanks for sharing!
Alphros chapter 49 . 5/26
Good story, definitely worth a review. The witcher crossover took me by surprise, but after taking a bit of time to think, it does make sense why you would choose it, as the parallel of the witcher world and Remnant with their hordes of monsters outside the cities is rather obvious. Anyway, thanks for the good read.

Jaune is making drugs out of his suitcase! Careful he doesnt have an ego death in the middle of nowhere.
Also, i love the ever so smallest dab of rareship fluff. Coco never gets any love

I forgot to mention, but can i just say, i fucking love the character dynamics. JNPR feels like the family you wanted to portray them as RWBY is doing much better than in canon it seems and i cheer for that. But goddamn i absolutely am loving Port and Jaunes interactions. Hes a character that i really like, and am able to enjoy far more thanks to fics.

I dont even know how to describe *why* the dynamics feel better. I guess because theres more detail, if that makes any sense, in their interactions. For lack of a better term, they feel alive. I love it so much. And Port! God you do so good with Port.

This is really good. I very very much appreciate you making the grimm smarter, it always ticced me that anything of significant danger was another person. This grimm just strike me as a pushover, only the biger ones ever seem like a threat, beowolves and ursae were pushovers, and two teams of trainees were able to roflstomp a deathclaw and nevermore respectively. The knucklave though.. jesus.
Stickginge chapter 49 . 1/26
Well this story was one hell of a ride, had me very worried for Ruby and Jaune in those final chapters during the action but glad how it all turned out.
Also I like how you basically gave igni to Jaune in a believable way.
Shame to see it end but if you are burnout then it’s best to leave it, maybe someone will try and keep it alive, though they better ask you first and be able to keep the quality just as good.

Overall, I don’t really have any complaints, you managed to keep Jaune humble and not op as many sometimes do, character growth was good, world building was interesting, some characters did feel forgotten later on or at least had less contribution to the story but really Jaune and Ruby make for the best main two since they both are leaders, both share some traits even if in this story Jaune’s became...tainted I guess, to no longer think the same as he did in show but the reasons why are very good. I think avoiding romance, while I tiny bummer for me, was for the best. It likely would have messed with your overall goal of the story, or maybe not but still was a good choice to keep it limited.

Thanks for making this and look forward to more of you work.

Well that was...well it was a ride.
I really feel for Ruby and I’m so Jaune did not hang back and act like his teacher. I have no idea what she would be feeling but another person being there to comfort you physically and emotionally is something you don’t really think you need until it is given to you.

Considering the next events it’s crazy to think everything that has happened was in the span of volume 1 still, it just felt like you may have taken some elements out for your own story but happy to see you still rolled with it.

Thanks for this amazing story and sorry for plaguing your reviews with so many of my own as I catch up
Stickginge chapter 32 . 1/22
Upside to reading a completed story (I assume it is finished) I can read it all straight away.
Down side, I can see the final chapter getting closer and closer, knowing when it all will end.

As you said short chapter but good setup, good to see the mentor again and am surprised that Jaune still has more to learn with his semblance. With how he has been using it I thought he had that stuff down already.
Stickginge chapter 31 . 1/22
So the possible romance comes down to the red heads (I assume).
Also I’ll be honest, I thought they were dead.
Really enjoying this story and as always the fights are interesting.
Stickginge chapter 28 . 1/22
Stoned Jaune is now my favourite Jaune.
Stickginge chapter 20 . 1/20
You are breaking my heart here.
You introduce Sam, you give us a song she dance to, which i then watched and enjoy listening to, then you make me emotional every time i listen to it cus I think of her dancing and singing to it
Stickginge chapter 17 . 1/19
Damn Jaune has really seen some shit to be that ok...well not ok but able to keep his head on while dealing with that first house.
Stickginge chapter 13 . 1/18
Very very interesting. Jaune’s relationship with Weiss is nice, a good friendship and with white knight being shit down as the romance option it come down to 3, maybe 4 possible partners.
I should not care about the romance in these stories but I always have a soft spot for it and I like the dynamic a relationship can add if don’t well (something RT are no good at). Kinda hoping not for Arkos since that ship is mainly built just upon “you don’t know I’m famous, I love you”. Just not good
Stickginge chapter 10 . 1/17
Finally a good way Ruby should have been handled back in volume 1.
I could never understand who thought the girl who skipped two years should be giving the leader talk, solidifying her as just being that great with hardly any downsides to skipping two years.
Guess Jaune not being made into a character that knows nothing for the sake of exposition helps a lot
Stickginge chapter 4 . 1/15
I will admit the first time I heard two swords I had a idea what you were going towards, the herb stuff also hinted that.
I guess being one the world of Remnant does not have the same stigma as it does in the original concept.
This is gonna be a good read
