This is so freaking cute! ad angsty! and awesome! and adorable!... and I’m ranting. But seriously though, absolutely amazing! I love it. Amazing job. (Two thumbs up!) Big brother Shiro is someone we all need and he was so real and awesome! I’m so glad Keith got it through his think skull that Shiro loves his little brother and would do anything for him.

(Just so I don’t forget it this time because I think I did in my last reviews: I love the detail you included with Keith’s blood in the first chapter. It’s so weird that no one ever saw that his blood results were unusual, so I love that you brought that up.)

This end is seriously perfect. I’m so sad that Keith thought that he had to run away like that, and it was so lucky that Shiro could catch up! Imagine if he didn’t and Keith just … disappeared. It would seriously be worse than him dying, because he’d just regret that for all his life, and always feel unwanted. I don’t even want to think about it. This ending was so sweet and I have so many fluffy feelings after all that angst.

I’ll say it again: Shiro and Matt’s friendship in this is amazing. I love that Matt is just as worried about Keith, and is there for Shiro through it all.

This is probably the most satisfying Keith and Shiro backstory I’ve ever read, and you did a wonderful job from start to finish!

I haven't read any fan fiction in a few weeks at least, and this was so good and sweet to come back with! I loved Matt especially, since he seems to have a hard time in fanfics with being really OOC. It was so sweet, and that scene with Keith about to go to bed was so precious!

Or at least, that was what I was intending to say, before you had to go and hurt Keith again. I keep getting so protective of these characters, after you've given them a bit of fluff, all I want is a fully detailed happily ever after.

Oh, I also wanted to say that the Kerberos mission was far more alluring here than anything I had even seen in the show. In the show it seemed like a glorified ice run, but here it's a mission of great exploration and wonder.

Ohhh my stars. I almost cried. This was beautifully written, and heartwrenchingly sincere. I love this story so much! Brilliantly done, my friend! 10 out of 10!
