Though I think the message is somewhat off and Umbridge's propaganda would really be more oriented towards 'proper, traditional witch Dolores Umbridge, sweetly submissive to the Minister, enforcing proper loving discipline upon our children so they don't grow up to be rebellious insane degenerates, and fighting against the cause of those upstart career-oriented Mudblood cows'. On the other hand, making her such a narcissist she claims to be the best witch in history is believable... hm...
