This is a really great story! This kind of setting is great and you've really thought out the World of Remnant, making it engaging and always interesting to learn new information on its lore, mechanics, or just the community the players have made in it. What I find weird is how Ruby didn't recognize Blake's character, I mean they're friends in real life, so it'd make sense if they played with each other at least once. Speaking of which, I hope now that Ruby has been reintroduced that the spotlight will shift off Blake for now and to her because I want to what her perspective was and how they're going to make up because I doubt that they won't. In terms of Jaune, I'm feeling like your setting him up to be the final in-game boss for the players or some high priority target that the lore will reveal. Also want to see what his new Kingdom Heart abilites will be able to do. IDK if its just me, but can you have like an index or a section where Jaune explains all the combat mechanics because terms like Hyper Armor are just flying over me, or pulling me out of the immersion. Anyway, Nice job again. Hope you update soon. BTW hope all the shit that happened is behind you and that you're good.

You made great story, but this is just not my cup of tea.
I really can't relate with the main character.
This is not critique or anything like that, just some rambling.
There's saying "Money can't buy class." I guess here's where it applied. If I have to choose, between Jaune and Cardin, I would choose Cardin, better to be a bully and asshole's friend than someone so pathetic and weak-willed. Even if he's super rich, even if he's secretly Superman, Jaune is just too painful to watch.
I don't hate Jaune here, I pity him. The ones I hate, is his parents, siblings, his best friends, they are failures.
And I put the most blame in his parents, they failed in raising him.
Wrath and Pride might be Great Sins, but they give an edge to someone's character, without them we would be dull.

The last part confused me. That is Ruby's point of view or something, right? I mean, why would Blake write a letter apologizing about the lack of interaction with Jaune. Kudos to you and may you be safe upon this trying times.

Curious as to what will happen with ruby because shes great but I love Knightshade so much and she also cant be really upset considering she just completely didnt care about jaune for 5 months.
