| infp1079 chapter 1 . 4/29/2019 Just the kind of oneshot I was craving after that episode. I was in disbelief that both of them made it out alive, and hope that winning the battle against the dead allows them a brief reprieve to finally acknowledge their love for each other. The main reason they've held back so far seems to be that they needed to be singularly focused on the upcoming battle, but I also suspect that each one is afraid they love the other far more than could ever be reciprocated. I am so happy that the showrunners are extending their relationship for at one episode more. At the very least, Brienne will make it out of the series alive and Jaime will have found both love and redemption.
