I agree with the Ne Rank limitation, Danzos root has been shown to show mostly chunin level stats with only their areas of expertise and stealth (which i think danzo uses seals and a unique jutsu to aid them reaching that level) being jonin level and unlike Might Gai they aren't so ridiculous in that area that it can single handedly carry them to Jonin. Only 2 of his Root I think would be Full Jonin that being the Aburame and Yamanaka that serve as his 2 guards with Sai probably being close to that rank or right at it at his introduction considering the sheer utility of his Choju Giga and kenjutsu skill. Tenzo was also most likely a Jonin even before leaving from root due to his kekkei genkai giving him strong affinities for earth and water plus the regular root training. As for everything else Kishimoto focused so hard on the cast and plot that aside from the obvious rankings and passing mentions it's pretty open ended how anyone would like to interpret it or set it up. But the numbers might be accurate considering the sheer number of people we saw during the 4th war on the allies side and konoha having won the last 3 wars means they most likely still have the largest force of Ninja. and my final mention I feel that 33% passing or 3 teams is an average or rather the usual amount who pass but it probably increased after the uchiha massacre with no more early graduates. Kishi just deciding that only 3 would pass for that year. since while yes Boruto kinda sucks imo and should not exist in it's current iteration I believe 4 genin teams passed in it.

For such a short chapter (you misspelled Kage with Kate), that was surprisingly wholesome.

The last half of this chapter was soooo bitter sweet. that pain of loss of a loved one, heck of a significant other... got me in my feels lol the song Call Me by Shinedown comes to mind. anyway cant wait to read the next chapter

Can you please name the 30 S class ninja please? Kakashi is A class at this point. Guy is A class at this point because he’s never gone beyond 4th gate. Asuma is A class but only because his strong wind affinity. The only S class they have is Hiruzen and Jiraiya when he’s in the village. Itatchi is a missing nin. You made mikoto an S class. That’s about it man. Unless old man Teuchi is a fucking hidden S class ninja pulling the strings by making ramen then idk where the fuck you came up with 30 S class ninja. Tenzo? Maybe? Just cause he has a washed down mokuten doesn’t make him S class. Danzo? His fucking eyes are unknown plus he’s hiding the fact that he’s not disabled. You’re fucking smoking something man

Why would you say ninja art then follow it with the Japanese phrase for kunai shadow clone jutsu? Just say the whole thing in Japanese or all in English. It’s ninpo: kunai kage bunshin no jutsu. Also yeah it’s bunshin not bushin.

Stop it with omakes. They are fucking filler episodes and super annoying. I’m in the middle of binge reading and bam! A chapter that isn’t important. Yeah annoying. I get you want to talk about stuff from his past but then write a prequel then. Don’t put them in this book
