Bloody fantastic, the elements to creat the perfect little story, aside from my previously made points before its perfect, from the change in perspective to the focus of the story, I dont need to read what happened in the manga, regardless if there was some slight alterations, I wanna read the progress of the relationships and their goals. I'm also looking forward to when raphtalia gets her own perspective, I wonder if you'll write it from the start of her growing awareness or not, but I have faith! as long as my main pairing gets more fluff I'll read what ever you throw at me! kudos mf, id threaten you to write faster but id rather read your others stories while waiting.

What a great story, I love the way the facts fit this specific plot.
I also love the political intrigues of power, as well as Naofumi's desire to rule everything.

I like what you did with the situation, the key points were amazing (Naofumi caressing her back while apologetically kissing her skin), it just needed a more drawn out transition, you had a good transition but it wasn't as drawn out as it would be in a 'realistic' depiction (as realistic as my head can make it), but overall the conversation and character development is amazing! kudos~

Ohhhh another great writer, I love how you write, it complements the mood of the story really well, but it wouldve been better if you wrote it a bit earlier, the quick recap on how the events that led up to what he thought the bitchslut was planning, it doesnt cut it, so its basically just a quick description on his reasoning and doesnt feel itll hold up properly with what he was planning on doing with the princess later on. That or if you wouldve expanded more on the reasoning of his slippery actions it wouldve been better and more grounded. kudos! thanks for the good start

As a fic critique, the topic is inexcusable due to my loyalty to canon and plot. The grammar however, is good, decent even. It's nothing too special but it is clearly refined of mistakes that kept it away from being too average and mediocre. Colorful words are colorful, but with Naofumi's timestamp, it made sense to modernize his dialogues. All in all, this is a trash fic with good grammar. But since I am a degenerate that likes non-cliche revenge fic, I approve.

I mean... Let's be real here, canon raphtalia is overpowered as fuck, even at level 20. Less than a minute after that happens, she one shot a monster that was about to cause serious damage, if not instantly kill that same Knight captain.

Anyway, this chapter was great. I have a couple paragraphs saved that I would prefer to talk about in more detail in pm or something, but yes, this chapter was great. Yeah, I missed the part of Raphtalia rushing out at the captain, but you absolutely made up for it with Malty's point of view and Raphtalia and Kuro rushing in with the quick hit and run, while sneakily introducing them to each other. (:

Great follow up with three aftermath and the tailor part, setting up a nice little sub plot, while also doing Raphtalia absolute justice with her outfit. I am very curious to see how the feast and the fuel unfolds now, especially since Naofumi is far more powerful than in canon now, so Motoyasu stands even less of a chance, and he doesn't have Malty to cheat for him willingly, so that should be a blast.

Naofumi did an excellent assessment of the situation. It bears noting that due to a previous agreement, he had a duty to see to the safety of Riyute village (speaking of I can imagine a certain apothecary trying to give Naofumi an award or additional help as thanks). The conversation Naofumi had with Malty and the other heroes at the start of this chapter, shows he put tactical thought into how he approached the situation, and what he did was arguably the best choice. Both for everyone, as well as his own reputation. While Naofumi would have had to worry about competing with the other heroes for the glory of killing the raid boss. Naofumi's choice of actions worked to help gain a reputation of prioritizing the safety on kingdom's subjects over personal glory, which will likely help him garner the praise and respect of the common folk, the best demographic for Naofumi to court favor with until he's absolved of his accusations. The way Naofumi offered to help the Knight Captain was well played as well, it made it so there was no way said Knight captain (who likely bribed his way to the position) could have bashed or turn on Naofumi without seriously hurting his position and reputation.

The only thing that arguably wasn't handled perfectly (at least from a political perspective) was how Raphtalia and Kuro quickly stole and ran off with all four heads of the Wave Boss. That will rub all three idiot heroes the wrong way, possibly putting all three at odds with Naofumi when normally only Motoyasu is actively confrontational to Naofumi. Though Naofumi can truthfully tell them that he hadn't told them to do that, that they were probably just following their normal routine, and that he'll make sure to teach the "Proper raid party etiquette in the future." In all odds Naofumi could probably somehow negotiate with Ren and Itsuki back into a neutral, or possibly positive, relationship with him at this point in time. Even if you don't go with that route, it can be argued that three idiot heroes would rarely be that helpful to Naofumi for a long time after the first wave depending on how far you deviate from canon.

The aftermath and prep for the feast was an interesting read as well. Was glad my favorite crazy tailor made a reappearance as well. I still hope Naofumi uses her services even if he visits other shops. There's actually a good chance she's the only tailor they will find in Meloromarc that is willing to make good custom clothes for Demi-humans, simply because she the only one who cares more about her craft *cough* hobby/fetish *cough* then anything else. Also I'm interested in seeing what Naofumi's plan is, and rather or not it goes how he wants. Malty's, very likely, jealousy will likely interfere a bit with it. At the very least the Noafumi you've written is aware of the 'stir' he's about to cause and knows that he's going to trigger either Motoyasu or Itsuki. Instead of the cannon Naofumi who didn't see that fight coming, your Naofumi is seeking it out and planning on using it. You've taken a story beat where Naofumi was a passive protagonist, and have transformed it so that Naofumi is a more active protagonist, which is often more interesting to read.
