You know I couldn't help the thought but I imagined a different scene happening when they stumbled upon the grimm transporting dust.

Maybe Jaune coming in and arguing against them. Why can't grimm mine dust? Not like anyone was here to begin with. Maybe these grimm are more civilized then the rest and are trying to start a better life for themselves. Did you guys ever think about that?! A land where grimm don't need to fight to survive! For equality!

Just a thought to build on the surprise of grimm actually acting in such a way. Still interesting to say the least. Got to admit Atlas and Mantle are really weird. So Atlas just hangs over mantle like that? I don't know about anyone else but that would bother the shit out of me. Seeing a giant land mass that you never knew when might fall down for some reason or blocking a good chunk of the sky. Honestly go park your flying city somewhere else.

Cool idea with the geist propelling the dust crystals like artillery. I almost wondered if the deathstalker could act as a catapult with it's stinger launching dust crystals. I mean a deathstalker pretty much launched Jaune like a cannonball in the series.

Funny how a lot of Salems servants seem to naturally detest one another but all seem quite friendly with Jaune. Though unsure of Tyrian as I can't recall him being shown yet.

Bet Ozpin was wishing he took Jaune as an apprentice if he knew how much Jaune was able to get done with a bit of training and resources. He is pretty much getting everyone running around doing damage control.

Would be funny if you had Whitley become friends/gain an older sibling like figure who actually seems to care with a young man who’s face no one can seem to remember. There by annoying both his big sisters later on comparing there poor sub par sibling treatment with a guy who they are trying to capture for being bad.
