I’m a little nervous now about the Twins’ safety but I have some faith that if one of the Twins saw something go wrong with their escape on Empire Day that they will get themselves out of there quickly.

Diya is in for a surprise.

It’s good that Ahsoka is being honest with the Elders of the Freed Slaves as honesty is the best policy in this situation as it builds trust and while they might be annoyed by some things in the future when things come to light Anakin/Vader will know how to diffuse their potential anger or fears.

Are we going to see Ahsoka in a slave outfit? If it’s not like/similar to the one that she wore during the Zygerrian Arc I humbly beg for someone to do fan art of it.

Telling this council that fact about Vader's children will set a flame that will start an inferno. Ekkreth having children free of slavery is important. He would want all children to be free.

Good thing she shut down C3P0 before he could lecture her about safe sleeping on that bed with the pillows haha. Also did not expect a star wars fanfiction to give me newborn sleep deprivation flashbacks but here we are...

The story just keeps getting better, character development is nice and believable. We get to see Vader choose to actually recognize that he has issues with moving on and having to confront those feelings and not put them after the side by getting angry. So now Vader and Ahsoka can figure out what they actually have between each other And not dancing around the issue. Now it's going to get really interesting seeing how Vader and Ahsoka swing being parents, CO conspirators, lovers, friends, and enemies. And we get this possibly see this all unfold from another's person's perspective in the next Interlude chapter. One other thing is how are Vader and Ahsoka going to find free time in the middle of all this

In all honesty if both of them didn’t make peace with Padme’s death it would make moving forward near impossible as at least one of them would have felt like they were betraying her. By both of them accepting that Padme is gone and the need to make peace with it and move forward they both are better able to move forward with their relationship and not feel guilt.

I will admit that I am concerned that there might be unwanted ears listening in to Vader’s conversation with Padme.

I imagine that for Luke and Leia leaving Alderaan is hard. They have been there for right around seven years if I remember correctly (Ahsoka arriving when they were two) and more than likely have friends that they won’t see for an unknown amount of time and it’s upsetting; they don’t remember the last time they were forcibly uprooted or leaving their father to live on Alderaan.

Not to mention that their lives are going to change in a big way once Mommy and Daddy overthrow Sidious and claim the Empire as theirs because they will suddenly become (potential) heirs of the Emperor and Empress and have the old dynamics that they had with people change. People who used to treat them nicely no longer do because of who their father is and what their mother did to get rid of Sidious while people that wouldn’t give them the time of day suddenly show a strange interest in their lives because they, potentially, will have a lot of power once they grow up and even if they don’t lose friends over the parentage reveal and the reveal that Ahsoka was working with Vader because Luke and Leia suddenly become something akin to royalty will change how they will be treated regardless of them not being viewed as different.

I have a feeling that Padme approves of everything that will soon transpire.

Where are the Twins going to stay for the rest of the war?

These past two have been great! This is a fantastic parallel to some of the conversations in Force Distortion (esp. between this universe's Ahsoka and Vader with Canon Anakin).
