I can't stress how much I've loved this so far. I love Adam as a protagonist and getting an insight into his philosophies and inner workings never gets boring. I love his interactions with the team, especially Weiss and Ruby. I really like the action and I like how Adam challenges all the characters, and even the readers, to think critically. I'd be so hyped if you continued this to Volume 3, it's probably in the top 5 best stories you've written.

What's this?! Adam…apologizing?! Miracles DO happen! I am glad, we are focusing on Adam trying to explain himself to the team, after giving them such a big spook. It's good to see more of them clashing, with some of the team mates not agreeing with their actions, Adam trying to explain himself and him becoming more attached to his team, trying to dissuade their worries, when they start to grow concerned for him and what to do. It sweet and also funny at times. Mostly due to Yang's frustrations at Adam's maturity. Who, speaking of which, got a really nice inner monologue regarding leadership and Ruby. Something about one leader thinking about another leader, that's just so fascinating to read.

But, that not the only bit of aftermath we have to deal with, as Ozpin calls in Adam to discuss the CRME situation and what he plans to do. And while I think we all would've loved to have seen him, give them what they deserve, it feels more believable that he'd still give them a chance, though still punish them for their actions. Especially loved, seeing Ozpin call Adam out regarding his "change." That, and Adam realizing that since he's not a normal student, the same rules don't apply to him, when it comes to what he should say. But other than that, I also really liked their talk about Ruby, and wether making her the leader was the right thing to do.

Speaking of which, their shopping trip was another great moment. We get some really great humorous moments, bonding moments before they get emotional, and really talk about what he did. Sure, Ruby expresses herself in her own way, but I still really liked seeing them talk about it more, with her being able to let out all of her frustrations on him. Making him understand WHY she's upset. Really loved seeing them talk about it, with Adam being able to make things up to Ruby, really building their relationship further…though, things get very interesting, when Ruby decides to ask why he doesn't like Weiss…oh man, the next chapter's going to be a DOOZY!

You were right in the beginning of the first chapter. I almost just scoffed and skipped over this story when I saw the description, but gods, am I glad I didn't. This is absolutely amazing and while the character progression is quick, it's not rushed. This might already be one of my favorite Rwby fics I've ever read.

I do hope that this story becomes a long-running series for you. It has a lot of potential for such a simple idea, and Adam is quite more interesting that Jaune in my opinion, if only as a breath of fresh air. Many of us would be delighted for this to have a more frequent update. I'm just hoping that it does not end in less than 20 chapter, cause this is amazing beyond measure.

Adam x Pyrrha is what I hope, in my opinion, I think Pyrrha needs more love.

Holy mama I freaking love this story so much! You don't get to see a lot of Adam-focused stories here, and it's great to see that an amazing author such as yourself has made one! IT'S A MASTERPIECE OF IMMENSE VALUE!

This is such a fantastic story. There are so few Adam-centric stories to begin with, and most follow the same plot. I know that this is supposed to be a filler story whilst you prepare for a much larger one, but please make this into a longer story!

I was really hoping this was going to be Tuskin's shop... just because him freezing up upon seeing Adam would have been hilarious.

And considering his faunus features appear to be retractable claws, it would be entirely unsurprising to me that Ruby wouldn't have noticed.

I'm definitely looking forward to the next chapter where Adam has to deal with Ruby's question. There's a lot of ways to handle it, and it'll be interesting to see which way he does... and how Ruby will react to said explanation. While I doubt she'll react harshly to Weiss (without her saying something stupid first), I could see her ambushing Goodwitch or Ozpin and yelling at them about it.

I really enjoy this! Kinda wish it would be a long tale that was weekly but what can one do? Keep up the good work!

Whoa this story is absolutely amazing! I cannot wait for more interactions between Adam and other characters! Drama is the best! Also, other character POV's would be great too! Kudos!

Inequality and prejudice is a constant in any universe that one can encounter. IT is a force of nature that is ingrained in our social and biological evolution as intelligent races capable of higher thinking. Adam was quite roguish at his tactics here and it suits him a lot as an intelligent but straightforwards tactician. The snippets with how Ruby, Yang and Weiss went to get some help was quite realistic in the case of RWBY. Coco might have a good heart, but she can't really change anything with that attitude. A more hands-on approach would be better, which in this case, a la "Adam Taurus" style!
