Also Voldemort's wand being conveniently absent would not really help as Voldemort is likely the most powerful & skilled at using wandless magic, Like when he visibly startled Dumbledore with his ability to wandlessly & Nonverbaly cast Fiendfyre. although I guess that version of Voldemort could weaker.

As for Snape Bullying Harry I think that was more for his cover as a spy rather then any real hate, although him thinking of James likely help with his acting to fool those around him.

Also another thing to think about is that Remus never told Dumbledore that his friends found out about him till after Snape went to the Shrieking Shack sometime in 5th year.

Also I'm not sure Dumbledore ever found out that starting in 5th year that Remus sometimes willing transformed into a Werewolf out side the safety shrinking shack and went running with the Marauders around the edge of the forest where he could kill or infect anyone that sneaks out on the grounds to make-out under the full moon or If Hagrid just happens to walk by and runs into a stag, grim, rat and Werewolf and got himself killed or infected or killed one of them or what would happen if Werewolf-Remus made it back inside the school if the front door was open or Hogsmeade or if Remus was stunned and left in a broom closet on the night of a full-moon.

I really like this one, Also with the British Ministry permitting the use of Unforgivable Curses by Aurors at the height of the war and the British Ministry being a bit corrupt, that may have helped Lily view them in a bad light. Although I do kinda wonder what would happen with a Voldemort victory where the magical population rules over what is left the muggles population, but for that to happen Voldemort would need to take over all other magical governments and lower the muggles population and raise the magical population and rule the muggles form the shadows with muggle world leaders under the Imperius curse till he had a magic army to act as a occupation force so he could rule over muggles in the open.

Although Cruciatus Curse doesn't cause physical damage just possible mental damage.

Also with their low population & magic I would think they would have 100% effective when used contraceptive charm and just have a contraceptive charm built into the wards of Hogwarts for a area effect.

Good chapter. also Lily dying in her 60's is very young for a witch given that most live to 130 or more with the Armando Dippet the Headmaster before Dumbledore living to 355 with the oldest wizard on record reached the age of 755. As for the cancer just vanish or transfigure cancerous cells.

Well I like it so far, although the scoring system makes Voldemort's Idea to cheat death & live forever seem like a good idea.
Also the Trace doesn't work on those over 17 and only top inner Circle Death-Eaters are marked with the 2nd rank being unmarked but able wear Death-Eater-robes with the 3rd rank having some people under the Imperius Curse marked to confuse others, with other people in the 3rd rank being those not as skilled in magic & were-wolfs & giants & other dark creatures.
