This seems to take place after the Trigun series so Knives would be dead, there are enough antagonists from the Naruto series to use so there is no point to have Knives be alive

Awesome crossover, hope it continues. The're only a few problems I see. First'd be the lengeth of time between the first post, first update/second chapter, and now. Secondly the fact you mentiond a silencer on Naruto's .44 which if I remember Military History type TV specials correctly a true silencer is a scientific impossibility in atmospheric conditons and most sound supressors used nowadays by the military, in the movies, by spooks and mechanics, etc... tend to be too heat damaged to be effective after a few shots.

I really love this story so far, I can't wait to see when Jiraiya comes in and meets Vash, one Super Pervert talking with a perverted gunslinger, it sounds just hilarious. I also can't wait for Naruto to learn how to do the Rasengan or maybe some wind ninjutsu, since his element is more focused on wind. (I also heard rumors that Musashi Kishimoto is also going to give Naruto a secondary abillity of good control of water ninjutsu, which would make sense considering his mother was from Uzugakure no Sato.) Well I hope you update soon, and I also hope that Naruto may get a present from Vash on the day he graduates from the academy (A black duster that resembles his red one.) Well see you later!

What an interesting story. I look forward to reading more of this. However, I feel I must point out that you seem to have misspelled the word Maelstrom in the title of this story. You might want to fix that.
