Oddly enough, the torture scenes in here are what I like best. I must be a sadist...

But I think the torture scenes were the best written. That ,and I loved the Bellatrix-masquerading-as-Lily bit. Excellent plot twist. Gold star.

THIS IS GREAT! However, I find it very unlikely that James (In his 7th year) has not heard of Lord Voldemort. Unless Voldemort became extremely powerful in like 2 or 3 years. But I had the impression he was wrecking havoc for a while before that fateful October night. Oh, and how can James see little spiders without his glasses if all is hazy? haha just popped out to me. Other than that, It was fantastic and I can't wait to keep reading! :)

Before I continue, I would like to say how much I loved this fanfic piece. I thought it was so riveting and very well writen. But, there is one thing I am confused about. Were Lily and James dating when this took place? Lily did seem very annoyed with James yes, but when she kissed his hand I got kind of confused.
