It is rare to find quality fics like this that have the Yondaime Hokage in action right. Finally, someone changing the system. It is unfair that Minato only reigned for like 1-2years as kage in canon. Konoha would have flourished. I find it really hard to understand whats on his mindwhy he had to give up his life for the sealing (assuming the Sandaime can). He could have saved Konoha better from bigger evils if he was the Hokage. However, the show would be named Minato then, no? haha.
I liked the idea from your fic that he could chase and dispose Madara had he survived the Kyuubi attack. Not farfetched. If he was instantly able to see the big picture during Obito's attack on Naruto's birth, given the right leads there's no doubt he could put the pieces together about Madara and truly stop him. He thinks and acts objectively. He has the skills. Way too OP. No other words. Seeing him kick asses in your story is quite chilling and cruel, but he is on a position where he could be naive.

Everything is great except how Minato handled Kyubi because the bijuus are purely made of chakra.

Interesting to see an actual competent Hokage for once! I wonder, though, if Minato will ever learn that until all traces of Ootsutsuki bloodline are eradicated for good, Madara-esque figures will continue to threaten Konoha, or the new threat will have to wait long after Minato is dead?

Great story; i feel most of the praise has already been said by other reviewers, so i won't repeat them.
One thing that intrigued me is the name, "The Butterfly's Wings". You implied that this is the source of Minato's power; are you implying that he can control/manipulate atomic power? I'm not sure if this interpretation is correct, since i don't really see any reference to this sort of power in his dealings with Madara/Akatsuki. Or are you talking about the power of space/time travel, in relation to the theory of the Butterfly Wing effect and Chaos theory(the theory that small changes have big consequences)? Or is it some other power entirely? please pm/mail me your ideas/intentions, this has been bugging me for quite some time.
