  Guest chapter 7 . 2/28/2017 Umm...she never considered marrying Gale. Ever. I don't why so many fanfics perpetuate this notion, when she says in the first chapter that she never wanted to marry anyone, period. That was a big story point. |

I read that Suzanne Collins wrote the series as a response to the PTSD experienced by many soldiers due to the Iraq War, so I think your story is a pretty good portrayal. I'd love to see the Peeta/Katniss relationship advance to more than friendship. I feel a little sorry for Peeta. He seems to always be waiting for Katniss to catch up with her own emotions. Oh, and you're an awesome writer, BTW. |
