Good way for Harry to over come Viper. While they are considered the World's Strongest this title has seemed to have gone to the head of many afterall the true purpose of the Arcobaleno is using the 7 strongest as sources of energy a position only passed on after the death of the current generation. I can see them getting cocky after a time due to it and a subtle enough foe can over come them. I wonder what the future relationship Harry will have with the others and if he ends up revealing his past to the others.

Mukuro was Harry's friend after all. He did care about him, and still helped Harry even after everything and taking care of him even if its financially. So don't think of him as an enemy Harry, he's still your friend.

Ideas 1 and 2 are adorable. The 1st idea you could probably add in the ghost of primo that helps older tsuna out when hes having trouble of needs a babysitter for younger tsuna.
