That's got to be such a hard blow for Sanji, to realize that Luffy had to cook for himself during those two years. Sanji's pride is in feeding his Nakama, and Luffy had to feed himself.

I may be exposing myself through reviews here but I just love your work so much. Most of my fave one piece fics and the ones I come back to again and again are yours. (And you may or may not have noticed I’m binging some of them these days) I really like seeing these small windows into their dynamic. It is quite literally my jam. Found family being protective of each other is my weakness.

I keep coming back to read this sometimes, and find myself thinking about the strawhats, and I would love seeing what they do in their spare time on the ship and their interactions - which you showed brilliantly! Thank-you so much for these stories; they really hit you in the feels - hard!

how do you manage to break my heart in pieces in each their own ache? it's sweet, but it's killing, and that's what complicates things in the head. you read this with heart, not head, only to crave for more break and bleed.

This is just painful... painfully beautiful. The little interactions between Straw Hats that we need. I can picture each and every chapter of these to be real. I love how you tell each Straw Hats with care and it feels fit with their characters, especially this chapter. I can't potray how much they care about each other and this story is trying to say it beautifully. Thank you for the story!

I'm rereading this series for the gazillionth time I feel, but still the following caught my attention as it never has before:

That's not true, Brook wants to argue but he swallows them down for he is stronger than that. I'll never let that become true, he wants to promise but he buries them deep for he is not strong enough for that.

I love the "for he is stronger than that" followed by the "he is not strong enough for that".

This might be a silly thing to comment about, but I'm pretty sure that with citrus and other acidic fruits (pineapple) you have to make sherbet instead of Ice cream. I'm not really sure of the details, but I think it has to do with how milk will curdle if you add lemon juice.

You know, I think this is one of the very very few fics (chapters in this case) that actualy addresses the fact that Zoro is half blind. Because that doesn't only screw with your field of vision, but also with your depth perception. Nicely done, thanks for sharing :)
