Wow, so Edward is a healer too. That's pretty cool.

I don't blame Edward for wanting to bind himself to Bella just as she is bound to him. I love it though that it's kind of a role reversal with a twist. Bella is sill her insecure self thinking Edward needs a way out and not wanting him to bind to her so that he doesn't regret his decision. While Edward is still wanting just wants to be bound to her in every way imaginable. Sounds like a combination of the original argument over being changed and being married and being to young to make the choice etc all rolled into one. I love how he handled it though.

That had to be heartbreaking for Edward though to realize that Bella's bond and love was stronger than his. You have jealousy and a little male pride thrown in there as well. Plus once he realized that he could have saved Bella quicker had the bind between them worked both ways. Yeah, no choice, he HAD to bind with her. After the hand fasting expires I hope they go through with a wedding.

I love the hand fasting ceremony. I've always loved the idea of them but theirs was especially great. Plus I have thought of a million ways those ribbons can come into play later. Edward seems especially sentimental so I'm sure they kept them.

I'm going to add it to alert in case you decide to give them another chapter or two in the future.

Edward seemed in awe of Bella giving him the gift of her virginity. He makes no thought of it being his first time as well so I'm assuming he wasn't a virgin. That surprises me though since he has basically been searching for her since he was 13 so it seems like his body would have rejected the idea of another.

Poor Bella having to deal with the guilt of Jacob. That's a huge weight to carry. It's no wonder she wanted to be through with magik after that.

Edward was pretty intense. It's great that he had Esme in his corner. Now for Esme and Grams to join forces.

I absolutely loved the binding spell Edward did. That is so romantic. I Could see that as part of a regular wedding ceremony but the in laws may get a little confused...LMAO!
