Why doesn’t he ask to become Shukaku’s Jinchūriki to save his mother? Sure he’s not compatible but it doesn’t mean he can’t. Especially since the puppet master techniques become obsolete later in the story, also Gaara would still have his gold dust so he and the Mc could be called a sand manipulating duo.

I like the realism in the story but that you aren't sacrificing the story for it

Prawk. That's a new one. I like it! I really liked this chapter, heck, I really like this story. Also, congrats/good job for being one of the first male authors to do a Self Insert. Definitely keep up the good work and I'm impressed(?) that the Kazekage used Killing Intent on his children, well, child, but it effected both. Good cliff hanger as well.

AWE! I'm tearing up, I always hated this scene where she dies and looks so weak and vulnerable but still promises to always watch over Gaara, not even sparing her other two kids a word before she dies. I'm glad you made Kankuro cling to her and have him be there as she died, terrible as that may sound. Great job though. You really went into detail and I love the background you've created for them all so far, it's very realistic. Keep up the great work!
