I always did find their behavior during the Ring Battles to be odd, especially considering how they're shown interacting with each other later and the implication that they've been the leading team of the Varia - and Xanxus' Guardians to boot - for AT LEAST a decade. They're either playing the role of the typical bad guys to the hilt or something/someone has serious fucked with their heads at this point.

To the cure, honestly my knee jerk reaction when I first started reading this fandom was "Just take the bloody pacifiers off, idiots!", though it was later tempered by the general assumption that they either CAN'T for some reason or there's something akin to a confundus curse on it that stops them from even considering the possibility of simply removing them.

I would dearly love to know why so many people seem to think Giotto and his group existed 400 years ago. Tsuna's group is the 10th generation. A "generation" is generally accepted as being 20-25 years. Therefore, Giotto couldn't have existed more then 250 years ago, 300 absolute max if someone didn't have a kid until way late in life.

Age, constant recall and probably the fact that they were both drunk as skunks at the time.
