Harry could hear groaning… 'who is that?' he thought? Too tired to work it out he let it go, feeling rather queasy as something moved him. Another groan. Confused Harry opened one of his eyes a small amount, realising that the groaning was him, he had been groaning in his sleep.

'And no wonder' he thought, with this rocking movement beneath him. There was a horrible smell surrounding him, almost acidic, he pulled his hand up to bring the covers closer to his face in attempt to block the smell.

"I wouldn't do that if I were you, Harry." A voice came from his left side, Harry jolted thinking he had been alone all this time.

Harry swallowed, the swaying was getting too much for him. Opening his eyes, Harry was surprised to see that he was covered in vomit, it was everywhere all over his face, sheets and floor.

"Ohhhh…" Harry groaned realising that he must have been throwing up while he was unconscious.

"Whats the matter? Are you going to be sick again? I am sorry I wasn't able to catch it in a bed pan, it took me quite by surprise when I turned around and you were being sick everywhere." Remus said kneeling down by Harrys side with a small cloth trying to clean up what he could.

Harry nodded, "Where are we?"

Remus paused for a second. "On the Hogwarts Express? Do you remember leaving school?"

Harry thought for a while, the last thing he remembered was being sick in the middle of the great hall with everyone watching him.

"No, I don't remember boarding the train. And can we please stop this thing from swaying side to side." He was looking really green.

"Afraid not, Harry." Remus said as he finished cleaning up Harry as much as he could and sat down, Remus was looking a little green himself.

Harry noticing this turned to his side, groaning as he went and looked into Remuses eyes.

"Are you alright? I am not the only one who looks like they are going to be sick." He almost laughed.

Remus closed his eyes, "Yeah," he sighed, "Its just the smell of sick, you got a little on me and I have been smelling it for the past two hours, I just don't feel too great is all."

Harry felt terrible. "Please, Remus, I will be fine, go and change your clothes or something to get the smell off you. I am just going to go back to sleep anyway."

Remus thought for a moment, "Are you sure?"

"Of course."

"Well, alright. I will just be in the room next door if you need me, yell."

Harry smiled as he watched Remus leave the room.

Now, alone in the carriage Harry was able to get a little comfy. He got into a position that made him feel content and closed his eyes.

A few seconds passed, until, suddenly he realised there was a pressing matter. He really needed to go to the bathroom, and if this time was going to be like any of the others he knew that he would need to act fast.

There was always a bathroom down the end of the corridors in the train carriages, he knew thats where he would need to get to.

"Remus!" Harry yelled, bringing his hand down to hold his crotch as he felt a small burst of urine escape.

"Remus!" He yelled again, throwing the bed covers off and swinging around on the gurney, gasping on the pressure on his broken ankle.

He heard footsteps and Remus burst into the room, shirtless with a pair of pants and a single sock on one foot. His eyes followed Harrys hand that was grasping his crotch and knew exactly what was happening.

He ran over and lifted Harry off the bed, the added pressure caused a small gush to escape Harry and his pyjamas had a large wet patch on them. Ignoring this Remus ran with Harry down the corridor, Harry had both hands clasping his crotch area and eyes squeezed shut.

When they finally made it to the bathroom Harry was so uncomfortable. Remus put Harry down on the toilet and helped him remove his pants and underpants.

'Finally' Harry thought as he was able to release. Once he was finished he felt really uncomfortable, Remus was still there watching him, making sure that he was alright.

"I'm fine Remus" Harry whispered blushing at the thought of what had just happened. Harry stood up, almost falling back down in pain as his ankle took what very little weight Harry had left. Remus caught him on the way down.

"How about I carry you back?"

Harry sheepishly pulled his wet pants back on and slumped down, his head resting on his own knees.

"I'll quickly grab you some new clothes" Remus said as he slid the door open and left the room. A few seconds later returning with some new underpants and pyjama bottoms.

"Thanks," Harry said sliding his old pants off and changing into the new ones.

"Now, Harry…" Remus said almost awkwardly. "I need you to tell me, do you no longer have control over your bladder. It is perfectly fine if you don't but that would be something that I need to tell the muggle doctors when they meet us at the station."

Harry blushed hanging his head in shame, "No.. I don't think I do."

"That's fine Harry. I will let them know. But for now please let me know as soon as you feel any small need to go. I won't judge." Remus winked and bent down to help Harry into his arms.

Harry gasped as his was lifted and his ankle lay at an odd angle, he noticed that it was a really dark brown purple colour, 'that can't be good' he mused.

Returning to the room on the train Harry had been in he was placed back on the gurney and he lay back, thankful that the pain in his ankle was lessening.

"How far away are we?" Harry asked.

"We will be back in London in about 10 minutes. There we will be met by some of the paramedic team that will be able to transport you to the hospital. I am hoping that as soon as we get you into the ambulance, they will be able to give you some treatment to stop your pain."

Harry was really glad to hear this as he realised that he was unconsciously holding his stomach, something he had grown used to doing. He released his grip a little bit and instantly tears returned to his eyes, the pain growing, tightening his grip again he buried his head into the pillow breathing fast.

"Exactly what I mean." Remus said placing his palm to Harrys forehead. "Hmm.. you are still burning up."

Harry sighed, "How am I going to get through the barrier back into the main station platform?"

"Well.. not all wizards work in the wizarding world. We have managed to find a nice lady called Darcie who has gone back to work in a muggle hospital but she used to go to Hogwarts, she will be able to help me carry you out of the platform. Bare in mind, she will be the only one that knows."

Nodding, Harry closed his eyes and waited for the swaying of the train to stop as it slowed down, growing closer to the station.

Finally, just as he was starting to fall back into the calming grips of sleep, the train came to a final halt.

"Stay there Harry, don't bother about waking up." Remus whispered as Harry heard a door opening and small voices from outside the train. There was small movements and shuffling when Harry felt a small cool hand on his forehead, feeling so amazing Harry moved into the touch groaning.

"How are you feeling?" A small voice cooed and Harry cracked an eye open. "Keep your eyes closed sweetie."

Harry closed his eyes again, this must be Darcie who Remus was talking about. Harry could tell he was going to like her.

"He has been having fevers, vomiting, shooting pains up his sides, in his abdomen, his ankle is broken and very little control over his bodily functions," Remus listed off to Darcie, holding Harrys hand as he said so.

"Alright, we will make sure we take really good care of him. For the moment the thing we need to focus on is getting him through the barrier without drawing attention to us, it is going to be really hard since Harry is going to be in a gurney, but it should be doable if we go really slowly." Darcie said.

Slowly, Harry felt as he was wheeled out onto the platform, he could smell the steam from the scarlet engine and almost felt happy as it reminded him of going back to Hogwarts, his home.

"Here we go Harry," Remus said starting to jog as he and Darcie pushed Harry towards the brick wall.

Next thing Harry knew he was looking at the high ceilings of Kings Cross Station, people were bustling all around them and the noice of trains were ringing in his ears. He heard footsteps drawing closer and a gruff voice from behind his head.

"What's happened? Where have you come from?"

"He has had an accident out in the country side he was brought here straight on a train, I have an ambulance waiting at the front of the station we need to get him to it stat." Darcie said.

"I'll make a path, no one told me that we had something like this coming through today." The voice said.

"Much appreciated." Remus said as they wheeled Harry away quickly.

Harry managed to open his eyes enough to see that the voice he could hear was of the train conductor who was manning that station platform.

"That was close," Darcie whispered.

After a good ten minutes of moving through the crowds they made it out onto the road where there was a large ambulance waiting. Harry was almost excited 'finally,' he thought 'something that is going to be able to stop this pain I am in.'

"Alright, this may be a little uncomfortable Harry so just hang in there." Darcie said as she positioned the gurney in front of the back doors to the ambulance.

There was a large bump as Harry was being pushed into the back of the ambulance and Harry let out a cry of pain.

"Harry are you alright?" Remus cried, his face looking as worried as ever.

Somehow no matter how hard he clasped his arms around his body there was no release from the pain. Black tunnels were coming into his vision and there was no escaping. Harry fell unconscious his arms lolling over the sides of the gurney that he was in, the ambulance speeding away for the hospital.
