Kunieda and three male members of Tohoshinki were gathered and were planning on what their next move should be. Kunieda had initially thought the main problem would be that the three would want to intervene and finally have a rematch. However, the three surprised her when Kanzaki mused aloud.

"I kind of want to see what Furuichi is planning to do." He looked towards the graphic message and smirked. Himekawa followed his stare. "This tournament is going to be interesting."

Kunieda, couldn't believe her ears, and asked in a tone that seemed to be questioning their intelligence. "Are you seriously going to endanger Ishiyama's order just to see what Furuichi is going to do?"

The three males looked at one another before all answering. "Yeah."

"I've only seen him fight one time. I missed him fighting last time. "Kanzaki added. "I heard he took out a couple guys before he was taken out by Takamiya."

Himekawa smirked at this and nodded. He had heard how Furuichi had managed to escape Takamiya's goons. He had been surprised the other was able to get so far in his state. Though he doubted anyone had seen the first year's accomplishments. His smirk was wiped off his face though when Toujo added. "It took a hole to his chest to take him out."

This information caused Kunieda and Kanzaki to stare in Toujo in disbelief. Kanzaki glared at the other and seemed to be thinking about what the other just said. Finally he scoffed out. "Shut the hell up."

Toujo now looked offended and stared down at the shorter male. He wasn't going to be called a liar about such a serious issue. "I'm serious."

Kunieda now entered the conversation. She had heard from Nene and Chiaki about Furuichi's soul being split apart but she never thought how his soul became to be split. "What do you mean you're serious?"

Before Toujo could tell what he saw that night, a ringtone interrupted him. Himekawa turned away from the three and answered the call. He listened to the caller for only a few minutes before he bluntly replied. "I'll be right there."

Kunieda and Toujo stopped staring at Himekawa to stare at Kanzaki whose phone started ringing as well. The two heard loud voices and watched as a scowl came on Kanzaki's face. "Get Futaba out of there immediately, I'm on my way." Turning to the two, he informed them. "There was an attack at my place. I'm heading out, you guys take care of this."

Without another word he ran out the gates along with Himekawa who had already left to an awaiting car. Kunieda grew nervous at what just happened and knew this wasn't a coincidence. As if confirming her suspicions, Toujo's cell began to ring. The two glanced at each other before Toujo answered the call. He was silent as he listened to the aggravated voice at the other end. Finally he replied. "Thank you sir."

Ending the call, Toujo sighed and turned to Kunieda. "Our construction site just fell apart. I gotta go." He laid a heavy hand on Kunieda's shoulder. "Until we meet again."

Kunieda felt her expressions sour and she swiped the hand off of her. "Due to your lack of participation as a respected Tohoshinki, all three of you no longer have a say in this matter. I alone, will resolve this matter."

Toujo laughed and again slapped his hand on her shoulder as he left. "Do your best!"

Alone now, Kunieda turned to the school building where Furuichi and several other bodies were standing. Taking a deep breath, she got ready to tame hell.

MBMWY

Fuji was walking onto the school grounds, he was covered in dirt, but his head tilted upwards with pride. He watched the three males leave with a smirk was on his face. He didn't expect Takamiya to call him in the early hours in the morning. And he didn't expect him to ask for his assistance. The two caused chaos all over town towards the Tohoshinki.

It had been fun, and Fuji for the first time in a long time didn't mind going outside. His smirk grew when he saw the large amount of students in the school. He would have a fun time beating all of them, but first he had to deliver a message to Furuichi.

Walking inside the building, he easily picked up the demonic energy that was flooding the building. The energy grew as he went up the floors. Opening the door to the rooftop, he paused for one moment. A dozen pair of demon eyes were all glaring at him.

He glanced over them and looked for the sole human in the group. He finally spotted him sitting down, head down and fingers pressed against the bridge of nose.

"They're getting harder to stop." He heard the other mutter as he walked towards him. His every step was watched by the demons and though it would be a worthy fight, they weren't his opponents. Getting closer he saw that the floor was spotted with blood.

Walking to the sole human in the group, he stopped and watched as Furuichi pinched his nose with bloody hands. When he finally noticed him, his stance changed and the demons all followed. "What can I help you with, Fuji."

"Me and Takamiya took out the Toshinko, well except for the Red Tail Leader." Fuji sent the message and was about to head out when the other replied in a surprise tone.

"You and Takamiya?"

"Yeah, he invited me to help out last night.

"And you guys took them..out?" Furuichi grew worried at what "out" exactly meant to the giant.

Fuji nodded and clarified. "All except for the woman, the other three are leaving the school right now,

"Kunieda is still here?" Furuichi looked at the school grounds and tried to spot a group of white coats. Fuji kept talking behind him. "An old man and kid were running around. I wasn't going to cause the elder to have a heart attack."

Furuichi rolled his eyes and muttered loud enough for the other human to hear. "You stoned the entire town a few months ago."

"But I didn't kill them." Fuji defended himself.
Furuichi had yet to see the Red Tail Leader and mused aloud. "So Kunieda is still here, this could be a problem."

The blood had finally stopped pouring out of his nose, and he cleaned himself up while watching the still growing crowd below him.

Fuji not good with conversation decided to just be blunt. "So when I win this competition, what's going to be the first training exercise? Usually all protagonist leave and there's a time skip."

Furuichi still looking below asked. "What happens to the people left behind?"

Fuji finally glad that they were talking about something he was knowledgeable in, answered excited. "They usually stay the same, a little stronger sometimes. But there's always one character that ends up going bad.

"And friendship saves them?"

"Usually. Or sometimes they don't. I prefer those endings. More realistic."

Furuichi didn't reply for a few moments. Finally he turned away from the taller male and informed him. " Hey I think Takamiya was looking for you. I think he was saying how he needed a few show recommendations. You should show him a few, the competition isn't going to be starting soon."

Fuji was barely listening now, he was making a list of what show he should to the fellow demon contractor. Furuichi watched as Fuji left the roof and made his way to Takamiya. He easily found him outside the building doors, almost as if the other was waiting for him. Fuji missed the look the fallen angel leader gave to Furuichi as he talked loudly to him.

The leader pointed three fingers to Furuichi and made an X formation with his arms. He pointed to the crowd and Agiel commented from behind him. "There's three strong souls in that crowd. Any idea who they are?"

Furuichi nodded and felt his stomach drop when both strong contractors began to leave the grounds. Takamiya wasn't interested in becoming his partner and would now keep Fuji busy. But there was three Killer elements in the crowd that Takamiya wasn't able to keep out. This could mean trouble to his plan. But thankfully it seemed to be the only flaw so far.

Then Kunieda slammed the door open and attacked.

~MBMWY~
Kunieda's sword didn't come anywhere near him, as Agiel intercepted the attack and pushed the Queen back with force. Kunieda lowered her weapon and glared at the demon, who only smiled back.
"Hey Kunieda!"

She ignored the greeting and directed her heated gaze to the other human. When she came in she had counted at least thirteen demons, all which were now seeing her as a common enemy. She assessed her situation and finally she asked. "Furuichi. What the hell are you doing?"

That wide smile crossed Furuichi's face and he laughed nervously. "I'm guessing you saw my message."

"The entire school did, you idiot."

The insult caused Furuichi's smile to fall and he now openly glared at the Red Tail Leader. In a nonchalant voice he replied back. "Then why are you asking a question you already know the answer to Kunieda."

Kunieda looked over Furuichi and saw that something was different with him. She couldn't pinpoint what was different, but it was obvious. Finally she asked. "What happened to you?"

Furuichi shrugged and instead asked his own question. "Tell me what you think happened."

Not a beat missed before Kunieda cut down the male with her assumptions of the previous days' events. "Because of Oga's absence you have let others take advantage of you. Your body shows the evidence of the past few days."

Furuichi's eyebrows rose and he repeated a word that confused him. "Advantage?"

"You told me you were going to take any and as much partners as you wanted. No matter what kind of partnership it was." Kunieda gave him a wary look at the end.

"When did I say that?" Furuichi now yelled and was glancing at the demons to make sure they were not believing such ridiculous rumors.

"On the rooftop." Kunieda replied bluntly.

Furuichi felt sweat run down his face as the past few days ran through his mind.

'No. No no no. The smoker comment, the invitation, dammit my life is nothing but a horribly written gag manga. I would've thought you wouldn't be swept with all of this idiocy. But then again you do like Oga.' Furuichi scoffed openly at his thoughts.

He looked back to the other and tried to clear away the accusations. "Kunieda I'm not looking for that kind of partnership, besides they're all guys down there! Do you think I'm gay!" Furuichi yelled his eyes wide and his hands in fists.

"Don't say it like it's a bad thing." Kunieda snapped back.

"I'm not gay." Furuichi repeated himself.

"I didn't say you were." Kunieda defended herself against Furuichi's glare. "I said that you wanted a weak replication of yours and Oga's friendship."

The words seemed to physically hurt Furuichi as he took a step back. He and Kunieda stared down at one another and it was Kunieda who finally broke the silence.

"Are you really going to make the winner of this tournament your partner?"

Furuichi's reply was to turn his back to her. The demons took this as a sign to begin filing in front of the lieutenant. Kunieda had to take a step back as a wall of demons stood before her and Furuichi.

Furuichi turned to take one last look at her before he returned his gaze to the crowd. Kunieda sighed and decided to leave, but not before saying one last thing.

She stared at the back of Furuichi's head and admitted. "I never truly understood you Furuichi. I thought you were this perverted first year who had no skills in fighting. Then you single handily defeat Toujo, Kanzaki, and Himekawa. I still don't understand you. But now I don't even know who you are."

'That makes two of us.' Furuichi thought darkly.

"You're a smart guy and I now know today is a part of your grand scheme. But I really hope you won't regret today."

"Are you going to try to stop me?" Furuichi asked.

"No. But just know at the end, I and the other Tohoshinki will be waiting once this is over. And we will have order at Ishiyama."

"That's fine." Furuichi bluntly replied.

Kunieda hesitated before asking. "Before I leave is there anything you want to tell me."

She watched as Furuichi scoffed and with a flat tone answered. "Why would I talk to you?"

"Because we're frien-"

The answer had caused Furuichi to face her and snap back. "Don't even finish that sentence. Friends don't..."

The moment when Takamiya told them that it was Himekaya that told them to kidnap Furuichi came to him. Someone so close to their group had pinpointed him to be hurt so deeply. Dark thoughts of the last year began to consume him and he finally spat out to Kunieda. "I don't have friends at Ishiyama."

Before she could form a reply, a line of demons took a step towards her. Weapons drawn, she knew she was overpowered. Without another word she took her exit off the rooftop.

When she was gone, the demons looked towards Furuichi who had finally turned to them. He looked over them and his gaze fell on one giant form. "Basilsilk, if you don't mind, we'll be going first."

The demon laughed and replied with a smirk as he stared down at the pathetic humans.

"Looking forward to it General."
