[NEW](A/N): HEY this is Micky64 again, Now I know what you're all probably thinking didn't I upload this chapter before? Well I did however I realized that I made an error and possibly rushed the details on this chapter in particular. Admittedly I forgot put in a scene that I had originally planned and by the time I realized this I had to redo it. It took me awhile but I believe it came out nicely at least I'd like to think so. Anyways enjoy the newly revised chapter.

[PREVIOUS] (A/N): HEY Guys! Micky64 here! Sorry for the long wait it took me a long time to think out how everything would work in this chapter. Anyways RWBY volume 2 IS OUT NOW! I've been watching a few of the episodes and so far its pretty good. However I will be making note that I will adapt certain scenes or episodes into this fic as best as I can. So it will be mostly canon in a way but will be molded and made with my own spin of things. Also I originally intended to make this at least 6k word chapter at least but since everybody has been waiting for a while I figured what the heck? Why not make a long chapter like this instead? Now this is my first time in making such a long chapter so if you see any problems or grammar errors let me know and ill correct them as soon as possible. One other thing I might add is that my college semester is coming back on in the next two weeks or so I won't exactly have as much time as I originally have, I will put in as much effort as I can on this fic.

Chapter 5: Shopping & First Day in Beacon

The very next day, in the morning the members of team RWBY have yet to wake up since it was still around 4:30 at the time. Ruby, Yang and Blake were having dreamless sleeps before they would wake up to the sound of their alarm clock as well as the bright morning sunlight to greet them. Weiss on the other hand was having a dream, to Weiss normally this dream in particular would always end in the same way it always has. Little did she know that this time her dream will end differently than she had expected it to be.

(In Weiss's Dream)

Weiss was standing in the very center of large dark room in White Castle. The only light in the room was shining down on her in the shape of her family's crest, a snowflake. Weiss scanned her surroundings as if she was looking for something, however what she was looking for was nowhere in sight. Confirming that searching for it normally would be pointless, she started singing. She knew that her quarry would come to her when she did. She always knew that nothing good could ever come from it's presence but she sang anyway. As she sang she could never really remember what the song was however she always remembered the feelings that she felt when she sings it.

She continued to sing all alone in the dark room though she knew that she wouldn't be alone especially in a place like this. The only thing that could ever be considered lonely is the song she sang. Sadness and loneliness was evident in her singing voice. Then there was movement in the shadows. Its large and heavy footsteps could be heard echoing in the opened her eyes as she finished her song, drawing Myrtenaster out and readying her fencer stance which was open and light as she faced her opponent the giant iron knight.

The giant knight raised its sword to perform an overhead slash and brought it crashing down on the young heiress. Weiss flipped out of the way as she casted a glyph behind her and shot herself forward at the knight. She bursted into a flurry of strikes which nothing more than annoy the giant knight. She knew that as long as she kept moving, she would be able to avoid most of its assault on her.

Turning to face her, the giant knight swung its sword again. As the blade was crashing down on her, she switched the cartridge selection to the red on Myrtenaster and casted a red force field strong enough to withstand and deflect the blow. Casting another glyph to her feet, she launched herself toward the knight and followed up with another barrage of slashes. Aside from annoying the giant knight again her attacks didn't seem to any affect or damage at all.

Casting another glyph in midair she jumped forward to attack from a higher and better angle. The giant knight withstood most of her blows and swung its sword again. Weiss was able to twist herself out of the blade's path however she didn't catch the metal fist that came crashing at her. Slamming into her side she was sent sprawling across the floor stage. If it weren't for her aura protecting her, her body would've most certainly shattered completely.

The darkness began to creep into the stage. Her vision was starting to lose focus. She always lose her focus around in this exact moment. Staggering to her feet using Myrtenaster to help her up. The giant knight charged at her with killer intent. She tried to cast a freeze glyph at the feet of the giant knight but due to her focus she wasn't able to form it and the giant knight had already closed the distance between them and swung its sword overhead at her for what would seem as the final blow. Since losing her focus, she was unable to rely on her glyphs to protect herself.

'Here it comes...' thought Weiss as though she was prepared for it. She closed her eyes and braced herself, only for her to hear something different this time around. Instead of feeling immense pain she hears a loud metallic clang. Its sound echoes in the very room. She opens her eyes only to gasp at the sight. Just above her head was a large orange armored metallic arm with gold and jade green accents holding a large swirling shield attached to it, it was blocking the blade of the giant knight as if protecting her. She turned to look behind her and saw Andrew in his knight form.

Andrew forcefully pushed the shield back, forcing the giant knight to stumble backwards. Stepping forth in stride whilst making careful sure not to step on Weiss, Andrew placed himself in front of Weiss and faced the opposing giant knight with his sword and shield at ready. The giant knight charged forth with its sword only to be met with Andrew's sword clashing against it. Both grinded against each other, creating a few sparks. The giant knight drew back its fist and attempted to punch him, only to be blocked by his shield. Using the momentum Andrew broke through the deadlocked swords causing the giant knight to lose it's own sword in the process. Not letting himself miss a beat Andrew kept the pressure on and continued to do several consecutive strikes with both his sword and shield, pushing back the giant knight and creating several cracks in its armored plating.

Weiss was astounded by the scene in front of her as she lost the strength to stand on her legs. The iron armored foe she had struggled so hard to beat, was being pushed back by the very man who she considered an outsider and is now acting as her protector. As it neared the very end of the stage, Andrew performed one final strike with his sword effectively destroying the giant knight. With his opponent defeated the young knight turned back to face the heiress and paced itself towards her. Dispelling his knight form as he slowly walked towards Weiss. The young heiress was still stunned and dazed from their battle. She didn't notice Andrew's approach until he brought out a hand to help her up. As she grabbed it she got up and noticed the height difference between him and her. She continued to stare at Andrew before she spoke "Andrew...? You...helped me?" was all she could utter towards the young knight.

Andrew only gave a warm smile in response to her words before everything turned white.

Weiss instantly sat up awoke from her dream. She looked around to see that the other members of team RWBY was still sleeping. She checked the alarm clock which shows 7:30am, just 30 minutes before the time they usually wake up. She then thought back to her dream, for the very first time it ended differently than it usually did.

'Why did I dream about 'him'...?' thought Weiss, ever since talking to him last night she still couldn't understand the feelings that she felt whenever she thought about him. 'Why do I always feel like this when I think of 'him'...?' she contemplated on her thoughts until a slight idea wormed into her mind. 'It can't be that I like him...can it...?' the thought somewhat made her unsure of herself.

She shook her head at the thought 'N-no that's not even possible...I barely even know him...' thought the young heiress. Weiss began to contemplate on the past recent events that involved her with him so far.

'Still despite him being from another world...he still willingly risked his life to save me and Ruby...' she then thought back to the times about how she acted towards him, only for her to frown in thought. 'Maybe...I could try being a little nicer towards him...I suppose its the least I could do...' just as she thought that she remembered that she and the others were going to help him in getting new clothes and supplies in Vale today.

"Well...if I'm going to be nicer to him, might as well start off by helping out I guess..." she said in a hushed whisper to herself. With that in mind she turned her head towards the alarm clock to check the time. It was only 7:45am, 15 minutes had only passed when she last check. It was more than enough time for herself ready for the day before the others do.

(Meanwhile in Andrew's dream)

"Huh...?" Andrew once again found himself in some unusual but dark place . Unaware that this was a dream he began to wander around aimlessly while trying to get a feel for something solid since it was very much hard to see in the dark yet there was nothing he could find or make out of.

"Where am I this time?" he said to himself as he continued to wander around. It wasn't until he heard some noise which sounded like a series metal ringing against metal.

'That sounded like a fight...!' he thought as he followed where the source of the sounds came from. As the sounds became more and more clearer he knew he was in the right direction. Continuing on his search he began to find himself within an unusual corridor of some sort with a large set of doors at the very end of the corridor.

'It sounds like its coming from behind those doors...' thought Andrew as he made his way towards the doors. As he reached the large doors he threw the doors open and what was hidden behind those doors were a peculiar sight to behold. In front of Andrew was a large round room with two figures fighting each other at the center, both their weapons clashing against each other matching blow for blow with neither side giving an edge. The only thing that makes it peculiar about this fight is that the figures in question were mostly blurry in form as if one was looking at ghosts. Andrew couldn't make out their faces due to the blurriness of their form but he was able make out a few details of their armor and clothes assuming he can call it that. One of the two figures was wearing a flowing red cloak similar to Ruby's except with out the petals trailing along with it and a green armor that had armored plating extending along the sides of the figure's leggings and with every movement the armored figure made it trailed along to match. There were also slightly gold accents along the outer parts of its armor, the gold accents resembled something akin to golden feathered wings. The figure in question was also wielding two golden colored swords each in its two hands. Despite the heavy looks of the armored figure, it doesn't seem to hinder its movements in combat against its opponent. The other figure in question was wearing a purple colored formal and ceremonial robe with some sort of crown at the top of its headgear. The robed figure was wielding a single one handed sword, its blade purple in color but it gave off a sinister aura due to its appearance.

'I wonder what they're fighting over...?' thought Andrew as he continued to watch the fight as it interested him in seeing their skills as well as who the victor would be however he could not help but feel that this scene seems familiar to him. Despite its familiarity he could not quite place it. As the battle between the two figures continued on, something unexpected had happened. 'What the...!?' Andrew thought aloud in shock, just a moment earlier he was by the doorway watching the two figures fight as if he was in a trance, but all of a sudden somehow in an instant when he came to he realized he was looking through the very eyes of the armored figure. Despite having a close-up view of one of the figures he still couldn't see its face as it was still blurry then.

'How the heck is this even happening!?' he screamed out in his thoughts he continued to follow the very same movements as the armored figure, try as he might he couldn't even control his own movement. Then he heard a cracking sound coming from the twin golden swords, he looked towards the very blades in his or rather the figure's hands. At the very center of the blades was a very large crack, both blades having an exact symmetrical cracking pattern as the other. Before Andrew could inspect any further the purple robed figure brought its own sword crashing down. Andrew having no control automatically brought to two swords together in a cross to block the oncoming blade. However that only served to delay the inevitable as the purple blade was able to break the twin golden blades to pieces leaving nothing but the handles.

With no weapon on hand to defend himself the purple figure instantly closed the distance and swung its sword overhead once more. Andrew watched in fear as he saw the blade coming from above, with no control over his actions he automatically brought up his arms in a futile attempt to block the swords while Andrew had his head down closing his eyes. When the blade cut through his arms, "Andrew!" a female voice called out his name in horror before he began to lose consciousness.

"Woah!" Andrew yelled aloud as he bolted awake in an upright position while panting from the shock of the dream giving him a slight near-death experience. He placed a hand on his forehead as he replayed the events of his dream in his mind and tried to make sense of it.

'What was that all about...?' thought Andrew, still shaken from the dream he scanned his surroundings. He was still in his room at the medical ward as the nurses and doctors insist that he stay for the night just to be on the safe side since they wanted to make sure he was completely healed. They wanted to go through one last check up before he checked himself out of the ward on the day after. Getting up from the bed he walked towards the bathroom in the room and turned on the cold water at the sink. Splashing some water at his face to calm his nerves.

After turning the water off, he slid his hand down his face wiping off a few of the excess water that lingered on his face before he gripped the rim of the sink as he raised his head to face the mirror. A thoughtful but confused expression was shown on his face. "That dream...was that one of my memories...?" he muttered to himself as he thought back to what he had seen in his dream. Then he shuddered at the moment of how he nearly died from the experience. However one thing that intrigued him was the female voice that called out to him as he struck by the sword. He ran a hand through his hair as he contemplated it.

'Just who was it that called me...?' he thought in frustration, he never saw the girl who called out to him but he was certain he felt something familiar about the voice but couldn't quite place it at all. It was annoying for Andrew as part of him wanted to remember his past yet another part of him doesn't want to remember after seeing his scars.

Before Andrew could think about it more, he heard someone knocking at the door to his room. "Come in" Andrew called out, the door opened to reveal to all the members of Team RWBY entering the room.

"Andrew?" Ruby called out

"Yeah?" Andrew said in response, popping his head out of the bathroom door.

"We're heading down to Vale now, Ready to come with?" Yang asked.

"Ah that's right...for supplies right? Ill be out in a moment, just let me finish up here and check myself out before we go." said Andrew

"Alright then, We'll just be outside" Ruby said as she and the other left the room.

Grabbing a fresh towel that the nurses left in the bathroom, he wiped his face with it to dry himself. He then remembered what Windyne had said to him before. 'I suppose I can wait it out for awhile...If what Windyne said is true then it'll all come back somehow one way or another I guess...I just hope I can deal with it...' thought Andrew as he placed the used towel in to the laundry bin and made his way out of his room to check out of the ward.

Andrew was astounded by two things, first was seeing the streets of Vale. Everywhere he looked was a sight to behold. From holographic advertisement signs to holographic signal lights and such. It simply amazed Andrew to no end at the very technological advancements of this world. The second thing on the other hand was the complexity of shopping. Especially when it came to two certain members of Team RWBY. Ruby and Blake went off to go buy the other essential supplies for his classes.

While Andrew was pretty much preoccupied with Weiss and Yang shopping for his clothes. Since Team JNPR was out of town due to a mission, they wouldn't be back until the next day so borrowing clothes from them was out of the question. Ozpin had already given an substantial amount of funding to purchase whatever that was necessary. However the two girls were getting too much into shopping that it made him wonder if this was what the professor had in mind.

"Andrew try these on right now!" ordered Weiss as she pushed another bundle of clothes into Andrew'a arms and dragging him back into the changing room for what seemed like the nth time.

"Is this really necessary Weiss? I don't think its possible for me to afford all of this. I mean sure Professor Ozpin gave me quite a bit of money but..." said Andrew as he struggled to try on the new clothes without tripping on the pile of the discarded clothes he tried on earlier.

"Listen, If I'm to be seen with you, you will look presentable, not some delinquent off the street! Besides if we do go over budget my family will cover for it, you can pay me back for it eventually I'm sure " said Weiss

"Are you certain? Cause I really don't want to impose on your family..." Andrew said as he didn't really feel comfortable on relying on others when it came to financial problems. For some reason it just never really seemed to sit well with him.

"Of course I'm certain! Who do you think you're talking to? I'm the Heiress to the Schnee dust company, when it comes to this my family merely consider it a small pocket change compared to what we usually buy." Weiss said in confidence and pride about her family.

"If you say so..." Andrew said still uncertain that its such a good idea at all.

"Oh relax Andrew, since she says okay why not splurge a bit? Anyways what do you think of this?" Yang said as she held up a swimsuit for women.

"Uh...Yang? That's a swimsuit..." commented Andrew sweat dropping from her choice of clothing

"I know isn't cute? What do you think Andrew?" Yang asked as she placed swimsuit in front of her to compare

"I'm beginning to think wearing the Achieve Men sounds a whole lot more better right about now..." muttered Andrew.

Yang placed the swimsuit on the pile of clothing that they were going to buy which was personally organized by Weiss herself before she dove behind another rack of clothes squealing at how cute the clothes were.

'This is going to be a long day isn't it...?' thought Andrew as he face-palmed himself. He could've sworn that he had heard Windyne giving a light chuckle at his predicament.

When they finally got out of the store for god knows how long, the sun was already about to set signaling that it was already afternoon and soon will be night in a few hours. Andrew was wearing a simple white shirt with a gray jersey jacket with orange and white striped accents along its collar, sleeves, wrist and hem. On the back of the jacket was a orange hurricane symbol shaped much like the shield that his knight form wields. For pants he was wearing a jungle green camouflage cargo pants. He was already carrying several bags of clothing which in itself was a struggle but despite that he was able to carry them all.

Weiss and Yang had already left to go do some last minute shopping elsewhere while Andrew was able to find himself a place to sit down on the edge of the large fountain. Placing all the bags of clothing on the ground next to him, he breathed a simple sigh of relief as he was able relax himself.

"Sheesh...if shopping with those two is going to be as complicated as this, I'd hate to see what a blowout sale would look like..." he said to himself as he slumped his head downwards facing the solid concrete floor with his arms resting on his knees.

"Andrew...? Are you okay?" a female voice called out to him. He raised his head to see Blake walking towards him while carrying a bag of what seemed to be supplies.

"Yeah just fine...just relaxing from shopping with Yang and Weiss...I think I got whiplash thanks to them." He said with humor in his tone as he rubbed the back of his neck.

Blake took a look at all of the bags that were by his legs. "I'm guessing most of them were Yang's and Weiss's aren't they?" she asked earning a nod from the young knight. "Sorry about that they tend to get carried away when it comes to shopping sometimes..."

"Ah its alright though remind me the next time we're going on another shopping trip to stick with you and Ruby" he said waving it off before he noticed that Ruby wasn't around with her. "Speaking of Ruby...wasn't she with you when we got here?" he asked

"Yeah, she left a little earlier said that she working on something for you and wanted you to come see her back at the academy" answered Blake as she took a seat next to him."

"Cool...I'm guessing those are the supplies I'm gonna need for my classes?" Andrew asked pointing at the bag of supplies she was carrying now on her lap.

Blake nodded in response, "Everything from pens, pencil to paper and stuff like that" she said looking through the bag. Then she looked up and down at Andrew as if sizing him up before nodding in approval. "You look nice, seems they did a pretty good job." Blake said complimenting him in his current choice of clothes.

"Yeah well I admit they did pretty good..." Andrew said trailing off as he looked at all the bags clothing placed on the ground nearby. "Now if only they didn't get so carried away with shopping then it would've been so much better..." he said letting out a short laugh

"I hear that!" she said smiling in agreement before giving a light chuckle at his remark.

"Andrew! Blake!" they both heard Yang voice calling out to them, turning to their heads to the direction of where her voice was coming from only to see her and Weiss quickly running up them each carrying bags of their own purchases.

Andrew raised a brow at how frantic they were running towards them, "Hey you two what's the rush?" he asked.

"The last airship to Beacon is about to leave in 10 minutes!" Weiss exclaimed. They all cursed aloud as they scrambled to gather everything before running after the last airship. Fortunately they were all able to make it with a few minutes to spare leaving them all panting and laughing as the ship left the station.

(Later in the Beacon Armory)

One thing that made the academy armory unique to Andrew was all the advanced machinery being used in all sorts of projects. The loud noise of all the power tools drilling and clanging against metal filled the whole place. "Ruby!" Andrew called out over the noises as he walked past each of the workstations of some of the projects. There were only a few handful of students around doing their own work be it repairs or forging new weapons and armor.

"ANDREW! WATCH OUT!" Ruby screamed, Andrew had barely just heard her and turned in her direction just in time to see a mini rocket hurtling towards him. He barely managed to dodge it by dropping down onto the ground. The miniature rocket zipped over him before crashing into another pile of weapons.

"Sorry about that!" he heard someone shout over in the distance as he got up. Dusting himself off he saw Ruby running towards him with a worried expression.

"Andrew! Are you all right? Did you hurt yourself?" she said frantically as she looked him over for any injuries.

"Nah I'm alright." he said with a smile, "Close call though, if you hadn't called me then I would already need another trip to the medical ward again!" as he pointed at the at the crashed miniature rocket now smoking from the tail end as others worked on getting the fallen weapons off of it.

Ruby sighed in relief "Phew...that's good, sorry about that we rarely get accidents like that happening here in the armory. So how'd shopping go?" she asked

"It went alright although Weiss and Yang kinda went overboard on a few things..." answered Andrew trailing off as he looked around at all sorts of weaponry and armors, he even saw one of the students trying on a new set of weapons that mecha-shifted as Ruby had called it into something else entirely.

"Like what you see?" she asked noticing his gaze ranging from all over the place. "Yeah...this place is amazing...and you say you come here in your free time?" asked Andrew as he continued looking around in amazement.

"Yup! I usually come down here whenever there's something I want to work on during my free time." she said cheerfully before gesturing towards her worktable. "Come on, there's something I have for you." she said as she waved her arm to come on over.

At her worktable it was slightly messy with a lot extra parts lying around on the side as well as other side projects. But what really stood out was the plated chest armor and also something that resembled a rectangular sheath with a circular dial on its middle. She grabbed the sheath first before handing it to him. "Here, its for your sword" said Ruby

"Huh...? But I've already got a sheath for my sword...I don't think I need another one..." Andrew said in confusion as he held the said object while observing it.

"Just press the button on the top end of it and watch" she said pointing at the said button.

Andrew raised a brow but obliged, he pressed the button and the sheath began fold out in a swirling fashion. The sides of the sheathe folded out in opposite directions of each other as if mirroring the other in parallel form. When it finally stopped changing it was no longer a sheathe at the moment but a circular shield in the form similar to the one Andrew had in his knight form but in a white and orange color style.

"It worked! Hah! Yes, I knew I had it right!" Ruby cried out excitedly as she looked at the success of her work.

"Wow...that's pretty cool..." he said in awe as he looked at the front of the shield. Despite its design it was very durable, he could tell that it could handle a couple blows and possibly take on light gunfire like machine guns and such. Holding it by the handle he noticed that it was also light but well balanced enough for him to throw it. He pressed the same button again and it reverted back to its sheathe form. "Okay now this is practical..." Andrew said as he grabbed his own sword and sheathe before replacing his sword into the newer sheathe and got rid of his old one.

"I based the shield's design off of the shield from your knight, It kinda took me a while to figure out how to get the mechanisms to work right since the mechanics for that type were based off on old models, plus the parts were pretty hard to find since they don't make shields like these anymore so take good care of it okay?." Ruby said receiving an affirming nod from him. She then grabbed the chest armor on the table and handed it to him.

"And this is for you to wear." Andrew grabbed the chest armor and undid its straps before putting them on and replacing the straps. The armor in question was mostly orange in general with white highlights on the rims and edges of the armor.

"I based that armor off of a friend of ours from Team JNPR, I didn't exactly have the time to get your measurements so I kinda figured you both have the same size since you have a similar body build. So how is it?" asked Ruby.

"Huh...Perfect fit..." Andrew said as he stretched his arms and moved around to test it's mobility. "Still it's really amazing that you made all this in such short notice..." he said as he marveled at her handiwork with his new armor and his new Shield/Sheathe.

Ruby rubbed her head blushing from his praise. "W-Well its my job as Team Leader for Team RWBY, this is my way of thanking you for saving me and Weiss from that Nevermore, If you weren't there who knows what could've happened to the both of us."

"I just did what just came naturally to me you know? I couldn't stand by and let myself feel useless when I saw the two of you being carried away like that." he said as he reminisced the moment. 'Then again it was Windyne who did the actual work though...' he muttered in his mind looking up in thought before turning his attention back to Ruby

"Well that just says alot about you...You're willing to even risk yourself to even protect those who you barely even know and that just shows you're kind a kind person not a bad one." Ruby said calmly. Andrew simply stared at her in surprise

"What, did I say something weird?" she said as she was nervously fidgeting with a blush.

"No...Its just that I'm surprised at how how mature you are sometimes. Its almost kinda hard to believe considering your age..." he said

Ruby sighed in relief before composing herself before she spoke "I have to be don't I? I'm the leader after all..."

"Yeah and your shaping up to be a good one too..." he said with a nod before turning back to looking at all the other parts and gizmos in the armory "Still I wonder if I can come around here and learn to make something of my own here..." he said aloud in wonder

Ruby immediately perked up at this "Sure you can! Feel free to come here when you've got time! I'll even help out and give some pointers!" she said cheerfully.

With that the two spent the rest of the day at the armory talking about all sorts of methods and ideas of making weapons and armor.

Andrew was again having another unusual dream. In his dream he was in the middle of a dark horrific post-apocalyptic scene where he could see several destroyed buildings and structures that were either on fire or were left crumbling down in ruin.

"What...happened here...?" he said in horror at the sight as he continued to look at his surroundings. There were no signs of life as far as he could see, the whole place was nothing but a deserted ruin. He walked around looking to see if there was anything that could've explained what had happened here, but so far no luck.

"This place must've had alot of people before whatever caused all this..." he noted as he observed the state of the whole area. The streets were all messed up, several cars and vehicles were left blocking up the streets all over the place and practically wrecked beyond repair.

"Just what exactly happened here...?" he wondered in a hushed tone. He soon got his answer as he heard a very loud roar in the distance.

"GRAOOOOOOOOR!"

"What...the heck...is that!?" He said aloud as he turned to the source of where it was coming from. He wasn't able to see the creature in question but he could tell it was very big and it resembled something akin to a bipedal wolf weilding a large unusual cudgel of some sort from the looks of its shadow. Its roar sounded like a mix of a human being'a anguished roar and a beast. The ground began to shake as it approach, its shadow grew larger as it approached. Just as it made its final step it roared once before its head came into view. Its whole figure was big enough to tower a two story perhaps even more. Its beast-like eyes gazed the whole general area before settling on where Andrew was.

"Uh-oh..." he took a few steps back as he saw the eye at the center of its chest glow with power. He reached into his pockets for his silver top only to find out that he doesn't have it on him even his shield and sword weren't even on him. Realizing he can't transform into his knight or even fight back at the moment he can only watch as it fired an energy blast from its eye destroying and consuming everything in its path. Andrew tried to outrun the blast but it was too late for the blast had already caught up to him before he could get any further. All Andrew could see was burning white as it consumed him in the blast, effectively shocking him awake.

"Ugh!" He woke up instantly before grunting to the sound of the light rapping at his dorm room door not giving him a moment to gather his thoughts about the dream he just had . "Hang on! Just a sec!" Andrew called out as he groggily got out of the bed. Making his way to the door he opened only to be greeted by a tall girl with long red hair pulled back into a ponytail with bright green eyes and a boy with messy blond hair and ocean blue eyes. "Uh...good morning?" he said as he greeted the the two.

"Hey you must be Andrew, Ruby told us about you, my name's Jaune, Jaune Arc" said the blond now known as Jaune as he held out a hand. Andrew looked at the hand before a look of realization appeared on his face as he had realized who they were.

"Oh! That's right! You guys must be Team JNPR, around the corner across Ruby's team right?" Andrew said as he took the hand and shook it before turning towards the red head in question. "They told me about you guys before, and I believe you're Pyrrha correct?"

"That's right" she said with a nod and shook hands with him. "Jaune and I were on our way to class and thought we'd say hello, and I also heard you helped save Ruby and Weiss during your initiation"

Andrew rose a slight brow at that before composing himself "So they told you about that did they? I don't suppose they've mentioned how I saved them?" he asked.

A thoughtful expression crossed her face before she shook her head "No...I don't believe they have...Why do you ask?" she said

"Ah no reason, Just curious that's all..." Andrew said waving the subject off before continuing "Anyways, I only just did what I could. Besides they saved my life first so its only natural that I do the same for them."

"Don't sell yourself short there, If you're as skilled as they said then you must be quite a warrior" Pyrrha noted with a smile, "I heard that you'll be acting as support for existing teams, so I'm sure we'll be working together later on."

"Oh and also we know about your...uh..." Jaune cut in tapping his temple with finger, "and we want you to know that if you need anything you can depend on us."

"Thanks...and I certainly look forward to working with you guys" He said to them as they walked off. Closing the door he made his way to his bed 'Well they seem like nice enough...wait...didn't they mention classes...? If I remember right, the schedule that Ozpin gave me said that my classes start at-' he abruptly stopped his train of thought as he saw the time that was displayed on his scroll that was on the desk in his room, his first class was in less than 15 minutes!

"CRAP!" he cursed aloud to himself as he quickly scrambled to get his uniform on which Ozpin had delivered last night as well as grabbing the necessary items he needed for his class in particular as he bolted out the door and ran in the same direction Jaune and Pyrrha went. He ran past the said duo while inwardly cursing himself for forgetting to set the alarm. "Damn it...Grimm Studies, Grimm Studies, Grimm Studies Where the heck is Grimm Studies...Ah! Look out!" He yelled out loud as he was running a girl had just walked out of one of the other dorm rooms not noticing the oncoming collision.

"Huh?" the girl had just turned her head in time to yell in surprise. Andrew tried to slow himself down but it was in futile effort as he collided with the girl, both falling down towards the hard floor. Just before they landed Andrew was able to shift himself under the girl to act as a cushion for her and take the brunt of the fall.

"Oof..." he grunted, landing on the hard floor had hurt quite a bit. Oddly enough while he was lying on the ground still reeling from the pain he felt something soft rubbing his face. He brought a hand to his face to brush it out of the way only to receive a squeak from the girl when he touched it. He opened his eyes only to find that the two of them were sprawled out on the floor in the middle of the hallway. Andrew noticed that the girl had Two long brown ears like a rabbit's protruding from the top of her head from under the long similarly colored hair which was inches away from Andrew's face. The girl immediately jumped away red faced as she clutched at them. He stared from his hand to the girl's face for a few seconds feeling the blood rush to his face. "Ah, S-Sorry!" he stammered as he quickly got to his feet. Andrew had realized that the girl in question was a Faunus from the looks of her ears. The girl backed away fearfully.

"I'm really really sorry, I didn't mean to...I wasn't able to stop in and time and...!" Andrew said as he kept bowing apologetically while profusely keeping a steady stream of apologies to her.

"Again I apologize, I'm kinda in a rush since I'm late for class and I should've been more careful when I ran, you okay though?" he asked the young Faunus girl. At first she hesitated before nodding slowly in response.

"Phew! That's good...Sorry about touching your ears, I didn't hurt them did I?" he asked as he breathed a sigh of relief.

"It's alright!" she said quickly "I was afraid that you were going to...Never mind forget it" she immediately looked down

Andrew couldn't help but raise a brow at her words "What did you think I was going to do to you...?" he asked the young Faunus girl as she seemed hesitant before speaking "Well... I assumed that you were going to pick on me or yell at me..." she said, as he heard this he couldn't help but ask.

"Why would I even do such a thing to you? We just met so I don't really have any reason to do such things to you?" he asked confusion slightly evident in his tone.

"It's...It's because I'm a Faunus, and given that most people tend to assume that all Faunus are the White-Fang, an extreme anti-human group." her face held a sad expression as she continued "and most people hate us for it..."

The White Fang, Andrew did hear bits and pieces about them but didn't exactly hear much about them until now. "Well I could care less about those White-Fang guys, and I'm pretty sure not all Faunus's are bad as every other person thinks they are. Besides people who judge someone over something that some other groups are responsible for sounds kinda ridiculous if you ask me..." he said.

The girl was slightly surprised at what he had said that she was speechless for a bit. Rarely in her life has she ever encountered another human being who could care less at whether a Faunus is even remotely related to the White Fang. Not knowing what else to say to the Faunus girl he decided to bring up his main reason in running before crashing onto the said Faunus herself.

"So...uh..." was all he could say since he didn't quite catch her name given the circumstances earlier.

She broke out of her thoughts as she heard him speak, "It's Velvet..." she said.

"Velvet, right, My name is Andrew and I'm..."

"The new student right? There was an announcement on the scroll message boards earlier..." said Velvet. At this Andrew wondered in his mind 'So I guess everyone knows about me then eh...? I can probably safe guess that no knows about my powers yet though...' he thought before nodding in response.

"Yup that's me." he said before he looked at the time on his scroll, "Velvet I don't suppose you know where Grimm Studies is do you? I'm kinda lost at the moment and I haven't been able to work the map function right on this thing." said Andrew as he brought up his scroll.

She nodded "Sure, I'm also in that class too. I was just finishing up a letter before heading there." She brought out a envelope to show. "If you don't mind, I can help take you there after I drop this off, if that's okay with you"

"That's alright, I don't mind waiting a bit so long as I get there I'm fine with it." said Andrew. With both of them in agreement they left the dorm hallways together. Not long after they had left, Velvet had already sent her letter and then began to help Andrew with his scroll while pointing out each different classrooms and buildings that they passed until they came to a stop at their intended destination.

In front of them was a door leading to a large room leading to a packed lecture hall. "Here we are Grimm Studies." announced Velvet as she gestured towards the doors. "Ah...We're a bit late but Professor Port's really nice , I don't think we'll be in too much trouble."

"Eh it's my fault anyways, If it comes down to it I'll take the blame or punishment for it." he said with a reassuring smile. "Might as well enter before we're anymore late" he said with a grin as he moved to grab the door handle. He was stopped by Velvet placing a hand on his shoulder. He turned to see Velvet staring intently at the floor as she kept her soft grip. "Velvet? Is something wrong?" he said as concern was evident in his tone.

"I just...wanted to thank you for being so nice to me..." she said in a quiet tone, "As I said before Faunus's like me aren't very well liked by most people and the White Fang only makes it harder for us Faunus to live normally..."

"Well I'm not like most people, plus I don't judge people based on stuff like that. All in all every human and Faunus are bound to be different anyways but both aren't really so different from each other much. Also I'm pretty much certain now that not every Faunus is bad." Andrew said in an attempt to reassure her

Surprised at the last part of his words Velvet couldn't help but ask "How can you be so sure?"

"Simple, If you were a Bad Faunus you wouldn't even have to bother helping me out in the first place, what with me crashing into you an all. In fact you'd probably have every right to kick my butt or leave me in the hallways to wander around lost and be hopelessly late for the first day. But you didn't, and so that makes you a good person. And besides, since you helped me out there's no reason I can't return the favor right?"he said with a calm smile as he crossed his arms while pointing out the facts.

Velvet smiled warmly at his words happy that there was someone like Andrew who truly doesn't judge a person by race. "Andrew...Thank you" she said in a hushed tone. Andrew smiled in response before they both headed into the class.

The room itself was large with tier seats facing the opposite wall which featured a large board accompanied by what seemed to be considerably antique diagrams of several different Grimm creatures along with a strange looking axe like weapon mounted on a headboard just above them. A large elderly man in a burgundy suit with a impressively large mustache was standing at the podium giving a speech in a booming voice.

"...and it was at that moment that grabbed the boarbatusk by the horns preventing it from causing certain death to my fellow comrades. As I..." He paused his speech as he looked over in the direction of the two latecomers of his lecture as they just closed the door behind them. "Ah our latecomers arrive at last, I can understand it of our new student but Miss Scarlatina you should know better." Velvet merely squeaked in response.

Andrew stepped forward shaking his head "Actually that was my fault Professor Port" The portly man raised a brow at his words but let him continue "I wound up getting myself lost when I started to rush on my way over her. At the time I couldn't work the controls for the map program on the scroll right. Fortunately for me I ran into Velvet who was kind enough to help me get here. I'd be even much later if it wasn't for her." The professor huffed before clapping his hands together.

"Well if that's true, then I suppose I can let you both off with a warning, I presume you know better now young man?" asked the portly professor. Andrew nodded in response. "And you Miss Scarlatina" Velvet jumped up straight when she heard him call her name. "I would like to commend you for taking initiative to help a fellow hunter in need. Now find some open seats the both of you." The professor then turned back to face the class, Velvet waved a quick goodbye before and quickly moved to an open seat near the back, He noticed Yang motioning to a seat between her and Blake. He gave the professor a quick short bow before making his way towards them.

As he got to his seat Yang nudged him in the arm as she had her usual mischievous smile and wink, "So you got lost with Velvet huh? Wouldn't have seen that coming, Nice work talking your way out of trouble by the way." she said in her usual cheery tone.

He gave her a slight glare "I wouldn't have gotten lost if you guys woke me up in the first place..." he said

She shrugged her arms sheepishly, "We tried, we were knocking on your door for 5 minutes, a bit of a heavy sleeper aren't you? Anyways we thought you already left for class early and came here before us, guess we were wrong." she said as she scratched her cheek.

Andrew nodded in understanding "Well I owe Jaune and Pyrrha one, they woke me up." said Andrew

"And Velvet?" she asked pointing a thumb at the said Faunus taking notes in the back

"I kinda ran into her, literally, lucky for me though she's really nice and kind enough to help me get here." he explained.

"Yes, she is a great person" Blake said nodding before she continued "It's a shame most people don't see anything past the ears..." she said. Andrew couldn't help but hear a tone of bitterness from her. She noticed him staring and smiled "I'm glad to see you're one of the better ones.".

Andrew couldn't help but wonder about her bitterness but decided to save that for another time as he smiled back in return before turning to face the professor's lecture. He noticed that the professor was eyeing in his direction while he gave his speech about how he had taken care with a pack of Beowolves.

"...And that class is how you deal with a Beowolf pack. Now...who amongst yourselves would like to experience what it means to be true Huntsman or Huntresses?" The professor asked the class and everyone immediately raised their hands. The only one that didn't raise was actually Andrew himself and that would be his mistake.

"Ah! Mr. Andrew! Since you're recently new here why don't you give it try?" said Port as he gestured towards the cage that was in the room. At first Andrew wasn't sure what was going on or why there was a large cage in the classroom in the first place but obliged him. A few minutes passed after Andrew left as he was instructed by the professor to retrieve his battle gear, he returned back to the class fully equipped with the new equipment that Ruby had made for him as well as his own sword. Ruby, Blake and Yang were cheering him on while Weiss looked on with interest in the battle. "Go Andrew!" said Yang, "Fight well!" Blake called out as she waved a small flag in her hand.

"Ready to face your opponent?" asked Port with his own unusual axe/blunderbuss like weapon in his hand. Drawing his sword and folding out his shield, he merely nodded in response as he got into a battle stance. "Alright! Let the match, Begin!" yelled the portly professor as he brought the bladed end of his weapon down on the lock that held the door to the cage. The door instantly fell as the lock was broken, revealing a Grimm that Andrew had yet to encounter personally.

The Grimm in question had four red eyes with long curved bone tusk connected at the top of its upper jaw. Its body is slightly lower than that of Beowolf however unlike the Beowolf, this one had more armored bone plating along its upper body. 'Huh...so its a Boarbatusk...this will be interesting...' Andrew thought as the match began. The Grimm immediately charged at Andrew directly, his own reflexes kicked in as he was able to spin out of the way while his blade clashed against its thick armor during his spin.

'Hm...so its got a thick hide like the Ursa Major then eh? Now how should I approach this...' he noted in his mind while he kept his eyes on the Grimm. The Grimm wouldn't give him much time to contemplate as it charged at him once again with Andrew doing the same. He tried to swing his sword at the Grimm as he closed in on it but the Grimm was able to catch his blade with its bone tusks causing Andrew to struggle getting his blade out. The Grimm then swung him to the other side of the room with his blade in hand as he crashed against the blackboard.

"Oof..." he grunted as he used his sword to help him up, Just as he got back on his feet his own instincts rang in his mind, he quickly scanned his surroundings for his opponent only to find that the Grimm was rolling towards him like a bowling ball. He brought up his shield to block the oncoming Grimm, it crashed directly at his shield with a lot of force before rebounding back a few feet away as it skid on its quad legs.

'Phew..! That was rough...Boy I have to hand it to Ruby, this is one sturdy shield alright!' he thought in amazement as he brought his shield to the side before getting back into the fight. He gave a quick glance at Ruby before raising his shield a little with a grin on his face expressing his satisfaction at the shield she built before returning his focus back to his opponent. Ruby noticed this and beamed happily as Andrew continued his fight. Yang noticed this and a mischievous grin appeared. "Oh~? Seems like a certain someone's happy about her toy~" said Yang as she said in a teasing tone which in turn caused the young reaper to blush madly and earning a chuckle from Yang

Ever since the Boarbatusk's attack earlier, Andrew had an unusual idea that formed in his mind that could take down his opponent provided that it works without a hitch. Once again the Grimm charged at him in the same bowling ball like manner, Andrew brought out his shield ready to block again. Little did the Grimm realize that it was already headed for a trap planned out by Andrew. Just as it was closing in on Andrew, he quickly brought himself down on one knee while keeping the shield at an angle. The Grimm's oncoming attack connected with the shield with enough force to push Andrew back.

'Now!' he yelled in his mind as he used his shield and the force of his opponent to launch the creature up in mid-air as it continued to spin. Not missing a single beat he immediately jumped up into the air and side kicked the spinning Grimm into the ground, it continued to spin around on its side until it stopped itself and started struggling to get back up from its side.

Before it could get up Andrew began to drop down spinning after it with his blade out. When he landed next to the Grimm his blade was already jammed into the underside of the creature's neck. As he got up he tried pulling the sword out only to cause the jugular in it's neck to spray out its liquid at him. Fortunately for Andrew his shield blocked most of the liquid spray however a few wound up getting on to his face. "Ew..." he muttered in disgust as he had freed the sword but despite that he was happy that he won.

A round of clapping could be heard from Professor Port "Bravo, Bravo! It appears that Mr. Andrew very much indeed has the traits of a true hunter in training!" said the professor said in a proud booming voice before handing Andrew a clean towel to use to wipe off the liquid off of him. He said his thanks for the towel before making his way back to his seat with Ruby and the others as the professor went on another speech about what it means to be a hunter and huntress in training.

"Nice moves you pulled there, for a second I almost thought you weren't gonna make it." said Yang as Andrew sat back in his seat.

"Yeah I almost thought so too, though if it weren't for Ruby's handiwork I would've been roadkill by then." Andrew said as he patted the shield now folded back into a sheathe at present. "Seriously Ruby I owe you a big thanks for the shield." he said as he turned to face her.

"As long as you put it to good use and take care of it then that's thanks enough" said Ruby as she smiled with pride, proud of her own work as it was able to do some good especially if one of them is being used for good by Andrew. "Besides I told you it's my thank you gift to you for saving me so its fine really!" she said in insistence leaving no room for him to debate about it.

"If you say so..." Andrew said in reluctance as he sighed he decided to make a mental note in his mind to do something nice for her later on. He returned his attention back to the lecture as the professor had just finished his speech about the necessary skills and qualities that make up a great hunter and huntress. As the professor finished he noticed that the portly professor's gaze was facing his general direction.

"Now Mr. Andrew!" said Professor Port as he called out in his booming voice.

Andrew perked up at the sound of his name being called by the professor "Yes Professor?" he responded

"I've already been informed by the headmaster regarding your background as have the other students, but I'd like to hear it form the source. Tell me why are you here at Beacon?" asked the professor, Andrew felt all eyes in the classroom on him as they waited on his explanation. At first he hesitated but then he looked towards Yang and the others giving him a reassuring smiles or a nod in Weiss's case, encouraging him to speak by taking a deep breath before speaking.

"Well...I'm not exactly sure what you were told or heard about me, but the thing is that all I know is that I came into this world by way of a falling star. When I came to I have no recollection of how exactly I got here, or why for that matter. The headmaster offered me a place to stay in Beacon while in return helping me learn my past as best as they can. If it weren't for Team RWBY here who found me and saved me from a pack of Beowolves the other night, I wouldn't be here trying to regain my memories." said Andrew as he looked at the whole class around him before returning his focus on the professor. "Honestly all I want to do is find out my past and find out why I came here, and Beacon here seemed best for me in the meantime."

"Well young man, in professional opinion anyone who can survive a trip into the Emerald Forest and defeat both a Ursa Major and a pack of Beowolves lead by an Alpha is certainly Huntsman material." said Professor Port leaving out the part about Andrew defeating a Nevermore on his own on purpose. Andrew could hear whispers and stifled conversations surrounding him. Most of which were about how he arrived in a falling star, others were about how he was able to defeat both Grimm on his own. He decided to ignore them, though Port's praise did feel nice even if the class had dragged on for awhile.

The next class was combat class which was personally being overseen by Professor Goodwitch. Unlike Grimm Studies which is more of a lecture based class, the class itself required its students to have a more physical approach to it. Professor Goodwitch had already explained the rules of conduct before hand and was already pairing up the students to spar with each other. As she announced most of the pairings for other students, it soon came down to Team RWBY and Team JNPR's turn as well as Andrew's.

"Ruby Rose V.S. Weiss Schnee, Pyrrha Nikos V.S. Nora Valkyrie, Lie Ren V.S. Blake Belladonna, Jaune Arc V.S. Cardin Winchester." announced Goodwitch before she turned to the last pair that remained as she announced them, "Yang Xiao Long V.S. Andrew..., Mr. Andrew I do believe that I don't need to remind you of your conditions." she said stoically as the pair walked down towards their designated battle area.

"No Ma'am, I'm well aware of it." Andrew called back in response. Getting to their respective positions they were about to ready their battle stances until Yang notice something unusual that Andrew was doing with his sword. He kept his sword's sheathe on the blade while holding the sword as he got into a stance.

"Hey Andrew, Shouldn't you be getting that off?" Yang said pointed towards his still sheathed sword.

"Well...I'm still not too sure yet about what other sort of things or effects that it can do, so just to be safe I'll keep it on. I'd rather avoid hurting you if possible." Andrew explained to her.

She merely shrugged her arms at his explanation "Oh come on Andrew, You don't really have to worry about that thing hurting me, I've got Aura remember?" she said in response.

Andrew only shook his head disapprovingly before returning to his stance "All the same I'd still rather not risk it. Besides what happens if the sword somehow activates some sort of effect that cuts through your Aura? Better to be safe than sorry..." he said.

"Suit yourself, but if I were you I'd worry more about yourself rather than ME!" She said yelling out the last part as she rushed towards him signaling the start of their sparring match. Yang started off with a series of punches as she got in close to Andrew's position. Her punches were amazingly fast but also strong as Andrew was already having a difficult time against her, his own instincts and reflexes were barely able to keep up with her. One of the reasons for his difficulty was that a part of him was holding back to keep himself from hurting her, another was that the sheathe, despite how light and well balanced it was in either of its shield or sheathe form it still threw off the weight on Andrew's sword. Making it a little harder for him to move his sword the way he wants to making his own reflexes to compensate for it.

'Damn she's fast! I can't take too many hits from those punches of hers otherwise it'll be over fast!' thought Andrew as he struggled to parry her blows. He was able to barely deflect a few of her blows with his sheathed blade but it wasn't enough as a few were able to get a hit in a few times. Every time his sheathed blade connects with her fists, the recoil was enough to make him wince a little causing him to slow his movements ever so slightly. 'Darn it...even deflecting them is harder than I thought...!" He was barely keeping up with her attacks before he saw one incoming straight punch that came at his face. Andrew brought up his sheathed blade to block it only for him reel from the recoil as he was sent skidding back while on his feet as his weapon was already sent flying nearby.

"Urk...!" He grunted as his arms was still feeling the effects of recoil before shaking it off. Yang noticed this before a suggestion came into mind before getting his attention "Hey Andrew! How about this? Instead of using the sword with the sheathe, how's about we try hand to hand?" she suggested. He thought it over and though he wasn't really used to fighting bare handed yet since he has yet to try, taking into consideration that there wouldn't be much harm aside from a few bruises he nodded in agreement to her suggestion. He placed away his sword and sheathe on his hip before he raised his arms in a stance that he felt comfortable with. Yang retracted her Ember Celica into their bracelet forms before getting into her own stance as well.

They both circled around the area facing each other, both of them keeping their sights on each other until Yang decided to start by rushing in again with another series of punches. Andrew was able to dodge most of them but blocking them or going on the offensive was still harder especially when she didn't let up on her momentum. He tried to go on the offensive a few times but she was able to block and counterattack them in turn. Even with her gauntlets retracted her punches still hurt to block them with his own arms.

"I gotta bide my time...tough it all out until there's an opening!" He thought as he struggled to deal with her blows. Just as she was about draw back her left arm for a strong straight cross he saw the opening he needed. Not wasting anytime he quickly went on the offensive only for him to realize too late that it was a feint. Instead of a left it turned out to be a right instead and Andrew couldn't dodge in time. However just as Yang's fist was inches from crashing into his face, a shock instantly ran through his mind as brief flashback flashed through his mind.

(In the Flashback)

"OOF!" Andrew grunted as he fell down on his butt. "Comon Andrew you serious? You can do better than that!" a voice called out in front of him

"I'm not exactly great when it comes to unarmed CQC like you are dude...Plus you've got more strength than I do even when you don't use your powers!" Andrew said pointedly as he looked up at the figure standing in front of him. He couldn't see his face since the sun was shining brightly behind the said figure causing his face to be shadowed, there was something very familiar about this person in question but Andrew couldn't quite place it however he did notice that there was ring on his chain necklace just like his only except it doesn't have a blue jewel like his does, instead it has a shield like emblem with a symbol resembling a tornado. The said figure chuckled at his words before bringing a hand out to help him up.

He grabbed on to the hand as he was being pulled up to his feet. "Alright I'll show a new trick I learned. Just come at me whenever you're ready." the figure said as he got into a stance of his own. Andrew nodded in response before he charged at the said figure, he tried to to throw a straight punch at him only for it to be countered as his opponent grabbed his fist with the palm of his hand before grabbing his arm with his other hand and vaulted him over the shoulder making Andrew land flat on his back.

"And that's how it's done!" said the figure as he let go of Andrew and helped him up again . Andrew's eyes were swirling as he was literally dumbfounded as his mind was still reeling from landing flat on his back due to the throw. The said figure shook his head as he spoke "You really need to work on your unarmed CQC skills man..." he said in humor. Before Andrew could see anymore interaction between the figure and himself, he was soon brought back into the present.

(Back to the present)

Since the flashback his body all of sudden moved on instinct as if it was a reflex action. Andrew was able to catch Yang's incoming fist by the palm of his own hand which caught Yang by surprise as she let out a gasp before she was tossed over his shoulder, executing the same maneuver he had seen in his recent flashback of one of his lost memories. However unlike in the flashback that he saw, he didn't execute it properly as he somehow lost his grip on her arm before completing the throw causing Yang to be tossed and sent flying and roughly landing a few feet from him instead of landing flat on her back.

Andrew was still dazed as he was reeling from his mind having the recent flashback that he even placed a hand on his head for stability before shaking it off. Getting back his bearings he only just realized what he had done to Yang and ran towards her. "Oh shit, Yang! Dammit I didn't mean to-!" he said as he was cut off from saying anymore as Yang glowed red with a loud cry while she tripped him up by doing a leg sweep causing Andrew to topple over hard. As he got up he saw Yang on her feet still glowing red at first he thought Yang was still mad but then when he heard her laughing which confused him.

"Damn that was a pretty good move you did back there!" she said while still laughing.

"Yang...? Are you alright? Sorry I didn't mean to I just-" he said apologetically before he was again interrupted by Yang

"Relax! It's alright! It's been awhile since I last got thrown like that, want to go ag..." she said trailing off as she narrowed her eyes at something that seemingly floated down in front of her. He followed where she was looking and saw a single strand of blonde hair.

"Uh Yang...? Andrew called out as her gaze never left it as it floated down, He then noticed how all the other fights going around them turned quiet all of a sudden, he looked around to see everybody stopping their own fights and backing away as if they were trying to get away from something. He noticed Ruby running towards him from where she and Weiss were sparring at.

"ANDREW RUN!" Ruby screamed at him as she ran, "Huh?" was all Andrew could say until his back shuddered which confused him as he was certain that there was no real danger of any Grimm or anything that could harm him until he turned back only to see a flash of gold and red before blacking out in pain.

(Elsewhere at an Unknown location)

Somewhere in a forested area not too far from civilization was a large trail of upturned soil, as if something had crash landed. At the very end of the trail was a very large red colored crystal with a unusual symbol engraved on it. The symbol resembled a fist punching at the ground creating a fissure. The crystal was giving off a glow at a steady rate like a heartbeat. Every time the crystal glows, a silhouette could be seen within the large crystal.

[NEW] (A/N): Okay it seems I need to clear up something about Andrew's fighting skills since due to a certain review. Now I'm not saying that the reviewer is bad or wrong of course. I very much understand where he's coming from. All I can say is that I'm not the greatest writer okay? I do everything I can to jot down the ideas and imaginations for this fic and make them into a story format. I still have a ways to go in improving my writing skills as well as character building for the fics. They just come and goes hence to why I take so long in making the chapters, cause I do everything I can to put in as much detail as possible and try to show it to you guys in my own words. Anyways about Andrew's fighting skills, he basically has natural reflexes and instincts as well as enhanced agility and is possibly a resourceful tactician. When it comes to fighting with his own weapon he's basically much better than Jaune of course. However when he fights unarmed his fighting capabilities are lowered to somewhat above average. It's not that he can't hold his own when it comes to a fistfight it's just that he doesn't fight as well when he's armed with his swords. Plus I'm more or less following something similar to the game, when I tried to fight without a sword it didn't work out all that well. So you can more or less kinda see why he doesn't fight as good without his sword. However I will make note that there will be others that will have fighting styles uniquely different from Andrew so you can expect that. Another thing I can say is that he does have other special abilities hidden within him. Of what they are well you'll just have to wait and see. Right now I'm pretty sure that school is back on so basically ill be much more busier and won't exactly have as much time as I will for this fic but I will do everything I can do update ASAP. The next chapter is kinda delayed due to me reworking this chapter, but don't worry its still very much in the works. Until then see you all in the next chapter.

[PREVIOUS](A/N): Looks like a new mysterious character has arrived! Who is this person? And just what connections does he have with Andrew? Only time will tell...

I'd like to point out a few things about Andrew's new attire or armor, in a sense you could say that I've made him look somewhat similar to Jaune, albeit in a different color scheme. However as you all can tell he's not as weak or clumsy as Jaune himself. Just figured that I need to clear that part up. Another thing is someone recently asked me about whether the original 5 Knights from the game will ever make an appearance. Well truth is They will return but in a way you'll probably didn't expect. I won't spoil any secrets or details. However I can say that they will appear in the much later chapters.

Anyways I can't help but feel as if I did the latter part of this chapter half-baked, I'd like to hear everybody's thoughts on this chapter, Also If you guys want me to make chapters better or as soon as possible, Give me some more reviews! I kinda get more motivated when I hear more reviews whether be it good or bad, though if its bad go easy on me alright? I've still yet to improve on my writing skills of the late.
