"VICTORIA WAIT!" I hear from the distance. "Victoria jeeze when you said you were ready to leave I guess you were serious." Spoke Shelby as he jogged over to me.

"I don't kid. What do you want?" I asked flatly. I'm so done with this place and I'm itching to go home. And I certainly don't want him to be the last person I see here before I leave.

"I am going to miss your sense of humor. Anyways you forgot your certificate of sobriety." He smiled as he handed me a black folder. So I took it and opened it to reveal a certificate of sobriety that had my name on it.

"Oh thanks I guess.." I mumbled.

"Yup and included with that you get a coupon for a free desert at Friendly's!" He said with an even brighter smile.

"Woow thanks. You can't tell but the little kid in me is screaming in excitement." I spoke emotionlessly. What the fuck do I look like? Does he really honestly think I want to eat at Friendly's? Of all the restaurants in the world they choose Friendly's, why not IHOP or Olive Garden? It's like whatever I probably won't use it anyways because I don't need anymore sweets. I gotta get back to my normal eating habits that don't involve eating ice cream.

"Well that's good I'm happy that you're happy! Anyways don't forget you have you AA meetings every Weds-"

"Every Wedsnday night at 7pm. I know I remember you told me a billion times already. Anyway thanks for helping me get over my addiction." I said honestly.

"Well that's my job. Everybody deserves a second chance at life. Besides I didn't really cure you, smiles, laughter, and love made you better." He spoke. As much as I want to roll my eyes at him for saying that, it isn't exactly a lie now that I think about it. But there is one person who did most of the work...

"I guess you're right for once Shelby. Well it's been one heck of a ride." I smirked sticking my hand out for him to shake and he shook it. "See you around I suspose. And do you think you could keep an eye on Candice I don't want her to do anything crazy."

"I'll see what I can do. Good bye and don't forget what you learned here." And with that he smiled one last time at me before turning to go back inside. And I watched as he walked back inside and I just stared at those doors. I don't even remember my first time going through those doors I was out cold. But I guess it's a good thing I remember my last time leaving through those doors. Then suddenly the doors burst open and out runs Candice. What in the world is she doing? She then stopped and looked at me.. And she looks so lost and disoriented, and for some reason my heart started to speed up. So I just stared back at her and suddenly I don't want to leave anymore. My heart feels so heavy right now and I don't know why. I assume she got my letter being she is clutching a piece of paper in her hand.

"Vic I swear if you don't go over there." Spoke Aksana in a demanding tone. I then turned to look at her. "Go get her. I gotta tell Aj we're headed home anyways." So I walked back on to the sidewalk not taking my yes off Candice.

"So you're just gunna write me a note and then leave?" Spoke Candice in an upset mad tone. She's right and I just shrugged, it seemed like a good idea at the time when I wrote it. She then began to walk towards me so I just opened my arms for a hug. That was all it took for her to run to me and into my embrace. And I swear I don't think I've ever hugged her as tight as I am right now.

"I'm so sorry Candi." I murmured in her neck and she just starts to sob in my arms as she tightened her grip around my neck.

"No I'm sorry Squishy. It was all my fault I'm so sorry. I should have believed you."

"I know I forgive you Candi. I love you." And she just cried as I held her. I feel like I haven't seen her in months it's just nice to see her again. After a minute or two of standing there like that she began to pull away.

"I love you to Victoria." She sniffled. I just gave her a long needed kiss. Grrr I'm going to miss her so much. "Do you have to go?"

"Yea babe it's too late now. Besides you will be okay I will come visit you I promise."

"Do you really really promise?" She asked with an innocent tone. I couldn't help but smile at her she is so cute.

"I really really promise to visit you. But I would like to not have to keep having to visit you for long because you're going to be able to come home soon right?" She just smiled.

"I would like to hope so. I don't like going to bed without my Squishy."

"And I don't like sleeping with out my Angel bunny. The sooner you get better the sooner you get to come home and we can go find our new puppy."

"Can we get a Pomeranian?"

"I thought we were gunna get a Maltipoo?" She just smiled at me. "No we can't get both that is going to be a lot of work."

"Awe and we can get them matching shirts and collars." She giggled.

"That's still up to debate. But that won't happen until you come home."

"I know." She said sadly looking away from me. So I used my thumb and index finger to tilt her chin so she was looking at me again.

"It won't be long until that day comes trust me. Smiles, laughter, and love can cure anything." I smiled.

"No you just read that off the sign over there!"

"Is it a lie?"

"No."

"Okay great so you'll be coming home with me in about two weeks or so right?"

"Right and then we can go to Disney World together." She spoke hopefully.

"We can go to all four theme parks, both water parks, and Downtown Disney if you want babe!" I smiled.

"Even better." And we just stared into each other's eyes. I know she loves me because when she looks at me she has this twinkle in her eyes and it's like I'm all that maters to her. "Well I guess I ought to let you go before I decide to take you with me back inside." She said letting me go.

"Two days. I will be back to see you in two days." I then pulled away and opened the car door.

"Fourty- eight hours."

"Two sleeps away."

"I love you."

"I love you too Candi. Later alligator."

"In a while crocodile." And with that I blew her a kiss and got into the car. And she walked back inside.

"Are you ready to go?" Asked Aksana looking at me. I just smiled at her.

"I am now."

One year later

After I went home two weeks later Randy left too. And a week later Jamie and Candice left too. I only know because Candi called me everyday after I left and told me what was going on around there. And when I visited her we all talked until I had to go. But really I'm just happy to be able to sleep in my own house in my comfy bed. It didn't become my homey home until the day Candi came home with me. And she absolutely loves it there, the next day she was dragging me to the nearest hardware store looking at new paint colors for the rooms. I couldn't object because I did say she could do what she likes with the rooms. Besides it gave her stuff to do while I was over at my shop. It doesn't matter though because the house finally looks and feels like a home to me.

The shop is going pretty good also. Actually it's doing better then ever being Candice is the poster girl for the shop. And I guess the people still recognized her because all the guys bring their cars in even when there isn't anything wrong with it, and they all ask wondering where she is. Sometimes Candi comes with me to the shop and she will be the secretary or other times she'll help me with changing the oil on cars or something. On other days she and her model friends will stand out in front of the shop and pass out flyers or hold up signs. I would complain but it brings in great amounts of business, and it's free advertisement. So when she told me she wanted to do it I only protested for five minutes before I gave in. Besides even if I said no she'd probably still do it anyway.

Oh and she got back into modeling almost a month after getting out. It was something about Go Daddy and them wanting her to be their preminate spokes person. I dunno she was half naked when she was telling me about it so I couldn't focus on what she was saying. But she gets calls from her agent about new gigs all the time. I didn't know my girlfriend was that popular in the model industry. I mean I knew she was beautiful, but damn! There are some downsides to it because whenever we go out people want to stop and get a picture with her. Or the guys will gawk at her like I'm not standing there next to her. Lucky for them I'm not a hot head that much anymore or they'd have a black eye. Yet Candice just loves it all because it does have it's perks. Like now we together as a couple are spokes women for the LGBT community. So we've done a couple photo shoots and interviews together. But for the most part it's just Candice doing what she does best, and me doing what I do best. I don't mind her showing her skin for the world to see because at the end of the day she comes home to me.

In the bulk of it all I always make her take a week off from everything. I only do it to make sure she is happy and doesn't feel like she is trapped. I even from time to time subtly check her wrist to make sure she's doing okay. I don't want to lose her to the industry. So I guess it's been one crazy hectic year almost. Today is our one year anniversary of us being a couple. And I unfortunately had to work today because business has been crazy busy. She let me go this morning but she thinks I won't be home until late tonight. But my employees are all hard workers and told me to go home because they knew what today is. So that's why I'm just now pulling into the driveway of our home. I took the car today so I don't think she knows I'm home. On the way home I picked up some flowers and a teddy bear for her. I don't even bother with chocolate or candy when it comes to her because she won't eat it. Something about carbs and calories balanceing out I dunno I don't remember.

Anyway I then used my key to unlock the door and turn off the alarm.

*Woof! Woof! Woof! Woof!*

Oh and we got two dogs.. A Maltipoo and a Pomeranian. Yea she seduced me until I said yes. They are both still babies and so adorable. Sophie is the Maltipoo she is all white with one grey spot around her right eye and her ears have some grey on them too. And Mojo is all black. He is small but he is so sweet. I say that because when I walk in the house Sophie always runs and jumps on me, whilst Mojo will sit and wait for me to pick him up before he says hello. He is the more calm one of the two.

"Hey Sophie! Hi baby!" I cooed picking her up. She just licked my face.

Woof woof

"I didn't forget about my Mojo Jojo!" I smiled placing Sophie down and picking up Mojo. "Hi cutie! Where's mommy huh? Let's go find her." I then placed him back on the ground and began to look for my beautiful goddess. I first checked the kitchen and living room since they are connected but she isn't in there either. So I looked out the back door and she isn't outside. She must be upstairs then. So I placed the flowers in a vase with some water before I headed up stairs. When I got there the door to our room was cracked open so I assume that's where the dogs went. When I opened the door my beautiful was resting peacefully in bed. She is so adorable when she is sleeping. I love her so much I can't help it. I almost don't want to wake her up but I don't care I want to spend the rest of the day with her. So I strattled her hips and began to kiss her.

"Mmmmmm what are you doing home so early?" She moaned as I kissed her neck.

"I took off early so I could spend time with my beautiful girlfriend." I smiled looking down at her. "That and because I missed you. And I missed your smile, and I missed your laugh. And I missed your kisses!" Spoke getting off her and laying to the side of her.

"Awe I missed you too Squishy." She cooed kissing me on the cheek.

"Here I got you this. Happy one year babe!" I then handed her the teddy bear. "I love you." The smile on her face was perhaps the biggest I've ever seen her smile.

"You're so sweet babe I love it! And I love you." She then kissed the bear and then kissed me. "But come I want to give you your gift now." She grinned as she climbed out the bed. "Come on get up!"

"Can't I just stay here and cuddle with you? I tired." I pouted.

"No I wanna do it now. It'll be quick I promise just come on. It will be worth it I promise." She said pulling my hand, so I got up and followed her. She then lead me down stairs and to the garage door. "Okay close your eyes."

"Why?"

"Don't be a sourpuss just do it please." I just sighed and closed my eyes. I then herd her open the door then lead inside. "Okay you ready?"

"Why wouldn't I be?"

"Open your eyes!" So I did. And I can't believe it. She somehow managed to get me an old fashion cotten candy machine. "Surprise! I hope you like it I went through a lot of trouble to get this for you."

"Where did you get this?" This thing looks like it's fresh out of the 50's. It's all black with red trimming and it has my name written on it in cursive also in red.

"Well I did a lot of searching online, that was the easy part. It's just they all came in red, pink, or sky blue. So then I had to find somebody who would paint it black and customize it. It wasn't easy to find some one who could do it but it wasn't impossible."

"Candi this is amazing I love it!"

"Good because I don't know what I'd do if you didn't like it." She sighed in relief. I'm actually really excited about it because I haven't had cotten candy in a while.

"Did I ever tell you you're the most awesome girlfriend ever?" I asked pulling her into a hug.

"Eh a few times or so."

"Well you are. And I love you." I smiled before passionately kissing her.

"I love you too. Happy anniversary Vic."

"No but help me bring this inside I want some cotten candy now."

"You're something else you know that?" She giggled.

"Baby I know." I said in a deductive tone. She just smiled and shook her head. Looking back on the past year I've had I have to admit going to rehab really wasn't that bad when you meet amazing people during your stay. Even better when you just so happen to meet the love of your life there. I don't know where me and Candice are going, but I know I don't ever want her to leave me.

Well that was kinda cute and dramatic whe Vic was leaving and Candice running into her arms so adorable. And then we do a time skip to a year later and both of them are home together. And everything is just going fine and dandy with Candice getting back into modeling, then Victoria's auto shop is doing great. They even have two fur babies. And it's just all this cuteness wrapped in one chapter.

I know this chapter is shorter than the others, but that's okay because it unfortunately is the last and final chapter of this story :( But don't be sad because you can always go back to chapter one and re-live the whole story again. I hope you enjoyed this story as much as I enjoyed writing it. I mean come on you can't tell me you didn't find it funny when Candice made Vic think Christy was a ghost. Shit I know I was dying of laughter writing that... I dunno I have a sick dark sense of humor. But if you guys want I might do a sequel to this. I've had the idea in my head since July. Yea I had a dream about it and I was like hey that would be a bomb ass story. But the part that sucks is it would only fit with this story. Eh maybe I dunno we'll see. Anyway you should probably check out my other stories if you haven't already because they are equally as awesome.
