Hey Guys, sorry that it has taken me so long that I haven't updated. I've been really busy with stuff, like babysitting, and preparing for college. Thanks for all the wonderful feedback, and I can't believe that I'm now over 1,000 votes over all my stories. Thank you guys! And here is a chapter, I bet a lot have been waiting for, Chapter 6.

It has been a full day since Finn left Rachel. Rachel couldn't believe that he had left her and the kids, she didn't think that he would never do that. All Rachel wanted was her husband and father of her children home.

It was Monday morning, Rachel was getting the kids for school. Stella was still not talking to her, and the twins were since confused why Finn wasn't home.

"Are you guys all ready?" Rachel yelled to her kids.

"Coming," Maria and Matthew said entering in the kitchen.

"Here are you lunches," Rachel smiled giving them their lunch then giving them both a hug,"Where is your sister?"

"I'm right here," Stella said with attitude coming into the kitchen,"Let's go guys."

"Stell, can we talk?" Rachel said looking at her daughter.

"We are going to be late," Stella said heading to the door ans grabbing keys to the car.

"Bye, Mom," Maria said then her and her brother headed to the door, and then left with Stella.

"Landon, I really messed up," Rachel said looking at the baby in his high chair.

She was cleaning up the breakfast dishes, when there was a knock at the door.

She quickly grabbed Landon out of the high chair and headed for the door.

"Who is it?" Rachel said

"It is your wonderful brother-in-law," Kurt said from the other side.

"Hey, Kurt," Rachel smiled opening the door,"What brings you here?"

"I wanted to see how you were doing?" Kurt said entering the house.

"What are you talking about?" Rachel said placing Landon down on his play mat.

"Rachel, you know what I'm talking about," Kurt said,"How are you?"

"How do you think I am," Rachel said sitting down on the couch,"My husband left me and the kids, over a little stupid mistake I made, which I wish I could take back. I just want my husband home."

"Rachel, he will be home soon," Kurt said,"I know he can't stay away from you too long, especially the kids. He loves you all way to much."

"Kurt, this is all my fault," Rachel cried.

"Rachel, you'll be fine," Kurt said holding her close,"Here, why don't you have today to yourself,okay. I'm not doing anything today, so I can take Landon, and me, him, and Lucy could hang out. I know Blaine and Lucy would love to see Landon."

"Okay," Rachel said,"I think your right, I'll go get his bag."

Rachel went into Landon's room and grabbed some of his stuff for Kurt.

When she entered back into the living room, Kurt was there holding Landon.

"Thanks, Kurt," Rachel said handing him the baby's bag.

"No problem, girly," Kurt said,"Okay, Landon say bye bye to mommy."

"Bye, Baby boy,"Rahel said giving Landon a kiss on the forehead.

"Bye, Rachel," Kurt heading out the door.

"Bye, Kurt," Rachel said then Kurt and Landon were gone.

Rachel sat back on the couch, and soon drifted into sleep.

It was around noon, when there was knocking at the door again.

This time when Rachel answered the door, Puck was on the other side.

"Noah, what are you doing here?" Rachel said looking at him.

"Did you tell Quinn that I was cheating on her and that it was with you?" Puck asked sitting down.

"No, why would I do that," Rachel said,"I bet it was Finn, he thinks that we been cheating. He followed me last week, and he saw us at the hotel. I tried to explain everything to him then he left."

"Quinn is freaking out, and saying that she hates me. Her being pregnant isn't helping, her hormones are all over the place," Puck said,"What are we going to do?"

"I don't know," Rachel said looking at him,"But for now, do you want a drink?"

"That sounds great," Puck said looking at Rachel.

"Okay, then I'll go get some," Rachel said standing up, but when stood up she felt a little light headed.

"Are you okay,Rachel?" Puck asked.

"I'm fine," Rachel said but then all of a sudden Rachel fainted out of nowhere

"Rachel? Rachel!" Puck said looking at Rachel just laying there, he quickly called 911, and hoped for the best.

"Rachel? Rachel!"

When Rachel woke up, she found herself in a bed but a bed she never saw before. All she remembers is talking to Noah, then everything went black.

When she sat up, she looked around the room, when she looked next to her she found a sleeping Puck laying in the bed with his shirt off.

She was lost she didn't know what was going on, she was so confused.

Puck started to wake up and looked at Rachel,"Good morning, beautiful"

"Noah, what is going on?" Rachel asked jumping out the bed.

"What are you talking about? I can't say good morning to my beautiful wife," Puck said climbing out of the bed.

"Wife?" Rachel muttered to herself then looked around the room some more, and there tons of photos of her and Puck. Ones with her in a wedding dress and him in tuxedo, and the glee club and tons of others.

"So, your telling me we are married?" Rachel asked still confused.

"Yes," Puck said looking at her like she was the crazy one,"Rachel, are you feeling fine?"

"Yeah," Rachel said but lied because she isn't fine. She is married to Finn with four kids. All she kept thinking to herself 'Is This Real Life?'

All of sudden, while Rachel was still in shock, a little boy and girl run into the room.

"Good morning, mini mes," Puck said to the kids as they climbing on the bed with him.

"Good morning, Mom and Daddy," the girl said, then that put Rachel in more her and Puck had kids.

"We are hungry," the little boy said.

"Okay, why don't we got make some breakfast then?" Puck said.

"We should make pancakes," the girl said.

"That sounds great," Puck replied.

"Yeah," the little girl and boy exclaimed.

"Mom, do you think the baby likes pancakes?" the girl asked looking at Rachel.

"I think the little munchkin likes pancakes, considered that is a big that your mom has been craving," Puck smiled,"Come on, let's go get those pancakes started, your mom can meet us in the kitchen."

Then Puck and the two kids left the room, and Rachel quickly ran to the mirror in the room and quickly lifted her shirt.

When she looked down at her stomach, she found a very round baby bump.

"What is going on?" Rachel muttered out loud, and placed her hand on her stomach and felt a soft kick from the baby inside.

This can't be real and going on Rachel kept thinking, but she had to play along with everything for she figure what was going on.

When she headed to the kitchen, she decided to look around the house.

In the girl's room, it was a pink room with flowers everywhere. She had a little piano and guitar in the corner of her room, with a big pile of music. Also had a fish tank with many colorful fish, and a whole other corner of her room with art supplies. Rachel figured out she was ten by the pile of Happy Birthday cards on her desk, wishing her a Happy 10th Birthday. On the wall above her bed was the name: Kadee. Rachel thought that is was a cute and unique name, and smiled then headed to the next room.

In the next room was the little boy's room, it was dark blue with sports decor everywhere. He had a guitar as well as his sister in the corner, no wonder considering Puck plays. He also had a baseball cap and glove. On his desk was a permission slip on it it had his age, he was 7, just like her twins she thought. But went back to looking around and above his bed was the name: Kaden. She was guessing that her and Puck must like K names.

The last room she looked around in was a nursery. In the nursery, it was painted yellow and green. She was guessing that they didn't know what the baby was because on the floor were wooden letters spelling out two names, one a boy and one a girl: Kathleen and Keithin.

"Rachel, breakfast is ready," Puck yelled from downstairs.

"I'm coming," Rachel yelled and headed downstairs.

In the kitchen, Kadee and Kaden were at the table eating already. Rachel sat at the table and started to eat with the family that she had fantasized about a long time ago about her her and Puck were in a relationship. But everything changed when she was Finn, and she a life that she wouldn't change for anything, because it was everything she wanted and more. But looking around at the family that could have happened, she was seeing how much she loved the life she had with Finn and their children. She just wanted was to wake up from this fantasy.

After the family was finished there was a knock at the door.

"I'll get it," Kadee said rushed to the door,"Aunt Quinn and Uncle Finn!"

Rachel quickly headed to the living room when she heard the last words out Kadee's mouth.

When she entered to living room, she was stopped by the sight of the man she loved with all her heart, but he was with Quinn but not only Quinn. But also two kids of their own.

"Aunt Quinn, can the twins come play in my room with Kadee?" Kaden asked.

"Yes, go ahead," Quinn said and all the kids ran off.

"Hey, Rachel," Quinn smile giving Rachel a big hug,"How is my little niece or nephew doing?"

"Good," Rachel smiled.

"I don't get why you guys didn't want to find out the sex this time, it's killing me," Quinn said sitting down.

"We wanted to have it a surprise, this time considering it this is the last baby," Puck said.

"I wish it wasn't because I want more nieces and nephews but I know with Rachel's condition this has to be the last one," Quinn said looking at Puck then at Rachel.

"The doctor has been talking with us saying the baby is looking good and that Rachel's blood pressure is good and so far they don't see any complications," Puck said wrapping his arms around.

"That's great," Finn said looking at the couple.

"What about you guys, are you thinking about having more kids?" Rachel asked.

"We've talked about," Finn said.

"The twins have asked a couple of times about it," Quinn said,"I think it would be nice to have another addition to the family."

"I feeling tired, is it fine if I lay down?" Rachel asked.

"Yeah, we'll be here when you watch up," Puck said then Rachel headed to her room.

Once she went to the room, and drifted off.

This time Rachel woke up, she found herself in a hospital bed. When she looked next to her, she found Finn sitting in a chair.

"Finn?" Rachel said.

"Rachel," Finn said getting up from the chair.

"What are you hear?" Rachel asked.

"Puck called me and told me you fainted and you were here, so I decided to see how you were doing but Stella will be here soon with the kids," Finn said.

"Finn, please come home," Rachel cried looking at Finn.

"I can't, Rachel," Finn said,"I just still need some time, okay?"

"Okay," Rachel said,"But one thing I want you to know is, I love you so much."

"I love you too," Finn said,"But I need time."

Finn left the room, when he was walking down the hallway he saw his kids walking towards him.

"Daddy!" Maria exclaimed running into Finn's arms.

"Princess!" Finn said holding his daughter,"I've missed you so much."

"We've missed you too, Daddy," Stella said giving her dad a hug.

"Are you taking care of the ladies?," Finn asked looking at his son.

"Yes, Dad," Matthew replied,"But when are you coming home?"

"I don't know,buddy," Finn said looking down at his son,"But I have to go, okay. I love you, guys."

"Love you too, Daddy," Stella said.

Finn gave the kids hugs and kisses then continued down the hallway, and the kids headed to Rachel's room.

"Mommy," the twins said in unison running to Rachel's bed.

"Hi, my babies," Rachel smiled.

"Are you going to be okay?" Matthew asked.

"Of course, I'm going to be about buddy," Rachel said sitting up and looked at her son.

"Mommy, we just say daddy," Maria smiled.

"Did you?" Rachel asked.

"Yeah,we did," Stella said looking at her mother,"Maria and Matthew, why don't you go get some snacks for the vending machine down the hall?"

"Okay," Matthew said.

"We will be right back, mom," Maria said then her and Matthew left the room.

"Are you going to finally talk to me?" Rachel asked looking at her oldest daughter.

"Mom, why did you have to lie to Dad?" Stella asked upset.

"I don't know, Stell," Rachel said,"I really don't know."

"I'm sorry, I yelled at you," Stella said climbing into the hospital bed next her mother.

"It's fine, I understand why you were upset. I would have yelled at myself," Rachel said.

"Do you think that Dad will come home soon?" Stella asked

"I don't know," Rachel said hugging her daughter close," I don't know."
