Sherlock Holmes and John Watson were in Buckingham Palace waiting for someone to arrive. They started talking to each other. Sherlock, only wearing a sheet, and John started laughing. Mycroft walked in. Mycroft started telling Sherlock about his case after a little brotherly argument. Suddenly a man with a brown suit and white trainers walked in.

"Who are you?" John asked the strange man.

"The Doctor," the now named Doctor said, "I came to see the Queen."

"Well you can't see the Queen whenever you want without telling anyone!" Mycroft exclaimed while staring at him.

"Nothing!" Sherlock suddenly said.

"What?" John asked

"I said 'Nothing!' Wernt you paying attention John?" Sherlock said to his flat mate.

"I mean why did you say that." John clarified.

"I can't deduce a single thing." Sherlock said surprising everyone.

Everyone stared at him surprised.

The Doctor suddenly asked "What time and what day is it."

"12:30 Saturday March 5th 2010." Sherlock stated bluntly.

"Damn (first swear word!) I'm early!" The Doctor said.

The Doctor left and was never seen by anyone in that room again. Or was he...
