Man, i would have never thought i would have finished this chap.. i know i take forever on posting but i need to think and school is in now... but here

Hanbei slowly opened his eyes to see a ceiling. He thought he was dead for sure. he sat up slowly and looked around at the empty room then looked down to see his body covered in bandages, he looked to the side of his bed to see clothing that wasn't his. He sighed to himself and laid his head back down on the pillow.

"mommy nene, do you think he'll be ok?" Suika's voice echoed down the hall as Hanbei smiled knowing she was ok. Hanbei nodded to himself since he was happy she was safe.

'heh, I'm more worried about her than myself… even in this condition I guess that settles it all… I do love her…' hanbei confirmed in his head as he closed his eyes to shield them from the light pouring in.

"Hanbei your up~!" Suika said in a smile as he nodded, she carried the bowel filled with warm water. "I came to see if you were ok, so how are you feeling?" Suika asked as Hanbei shrugged

"been better, but what happened after I blacked out?" Hanbei asked as nene unwrapped his bandages letting him see the damage, from what hanbei saw it didn't seem that bad. Most of the wounds were either in his shoulders and upper thigh his armor (that was stuffed with sticky rice cakes) must have defected most of the arrows that were aimed for the chest.

"You were knocked out on the dock, nearly bleed to death. Masanori and kiyomasa brought you back while mitsunari helped stop your bleeding but your clothing and hat didn't make it. So me and mommy nene made you new clothing! I made them and Nene took your measurements so they should fit." Suika said happily as Hanbei looked to the new clothing that he saw already.

"Nene can help you try them on if you want to after she cleaned your wounds." Suika suggested as Hanbei nodded.

"so are you alright?" Hanbei asked as Suika smiled. "yup~ mommy nene and papa hideyoshi dragged me away from the battle before the ship was rammed into. Hideyoshi said it was for my own good that I didn't take part of the battle any longer. So I was safe from drowning." Suika said as Hanbei sighed in relief only to grunt a bit as Nene tugged at his new bandages.

"wow that was fast mommy nene you're a pro." Suika said in awe at how she got hanbei cleaned while they were talking.

"there we go. Now let's get you dressed, Suika leave the room for a moment please." Nene said as Suika smiled like a kid who just got the best gift ever and sped walked out of the room and waited anxiously for the result of her work.

"Ok first is the shirt, let's get you sitting up all the way can you do that?" Nene asked as hanbei nodded and slowly sat up and picked up the shirt it was the same color but a different design entirely one sleeve on the right was black and not so baggy and the left was like his old clothing sleeve, the shirt itself was very cool looking with the blue patterns on it even had a bell on it. The next item was the black pair of pants Nene had to help stand him up as he got them on, it wasn't baggy but Hanbei noticed something that made him chuckle.

Suika made them a few inches to long they dragged a bit so he rolled them up and looked in the mirror nene brought him and looked at his new outfit. It made him look more mature and cool. Nene called suika in as Hanbei admired his new clothing.

"Wow! It fits! I made a mistake with the pants but hey. We did good right mommy Nene?" Suika said as Nene nodded and helped hanbei back into his bed.

"thanks Suika, this is awesome." Hanbei said as Suika smiled happily at that. "I'm glad you like it."

Hanbei was about to say something else only to feel Ko rub against his back. "heh, guess you like this to huh ko?" Hanbei asked turning a bit only to feel some pain in his sides.

"don't do that silly, you're still hurt" Suika scolded as Nene giggled at how Suika was taking after her.

Hanbei got better after a few weeks and happily walked through town in his new outfit with matching sandals it felt weird without a hat on but hey he could get another one anytime. Right now he wanted to find suika and Kanbei hang out a bit with them… mostly Suika.

Suika on the other hand was sending off a secret letter to kuoichi on a messenger hawk away from camp she wasn't sure what would happen if anyone found out she was sending messages to the ninja so she kept it on the downlow. Suika actually liked to hear kunoichi's stories about herself and Kai A.K.A princess powerful. Suika giggled happily until she turned to see Kanbei standing there with a more stern look on his face and folded arms.

"who was that message for?" Kanbei stated as he went up the hill and watched the hawk fly away. Suika hesitated for a moment then slowly replied.

"a-a f-friend that lives far away… I-I met her around-"

"Around the time you were kidnapped by the takeda correct? The ninja girl I assume?" Kanbei said as Suika flinched at the fact he was right on the money. "tell me now my lady, are you feeding her inside info?" Kanbei said towering over her as she just blinked and giggled a bit.

"no, no Kanbei! I'm sending her a letter telling her that I'm fine and the last battle was rough but nothing I couldn't handle! She sends me similer stuff and what goes on in her life with yukimura and Kai! All pretty funny things like how she pulled this prank o-"

"I don't care. As long as you are not giving vital info away it is not my concern." Kanbei said knowing she was telling the truth as he walked away with her slowly following since they were just going back to the camp to see hanbei was looking for them so they hung out that day as usual.

A day later kunoichi got the letter and started reading while her smile grew bigger and bigger until she squealed. "Kai! KAI! Great news about my friend Suika!" Kunoichi shouted to the woman in red while she jumped down from the tree she was in.

"Suika has a crush on someone!"

Dear kunoichi,

The last battle was crazy for me! But I'm doing fine! My friend was injured and his clothing were badly damaged so I made him new clothing with lady nene… but it wasn't just cause I wanted to be nice. I actually think- no scratch that I know I have a crush on him! oh my I hope no one in my camp gets a holt of this it would be embarrassing and I have no clue how he'd react. And if you think I'm telling you his name I'm not! Mostly cause I don't know what you'd do if you did know. Anyway I hope you are doing great as always.
