Kai was kneeling on the floor, clenching his head, slowly going insane as he widened his eyes, debating on how to save Aichi.

Mates.

Go alone.

Mates.

Kai shook his head, grabbing his forehead as his head began to throb. He was beginning to run out of ideas, and Aichi's words rang in his head.

"Stop searching for me."

The wrods echoed in his head until his brain was like a giant echoing chasm, the whispers drowning out his thoughts as his vision blurred, and his fingers tangled in locks of hair, despair and agony ripping his thoughts apart. He felt like he was being scorched by judgement, his heart burning.

Kai collapsed on the floor, the pain in his mind too great, as he began to lose all mental calmness, crazed madness taking over his thoughts as he started hyperventilating.

My power is too weak.

Kai glanced at the nightstand beside his bed.

I must find another way to save Aichi.

Kai stood up, staggering, losing balance and fell, his muscular control shutting down as his brain practically exploded in his psychotic state. He dragged himself onto the bed before losing all control of his muscles as they grew limp, and he glanced at the top of the drawer.

On top of it sat a sharp, gleaming knife.

Kai's lips couldnt move, but if they could they would've twisted into an evil grin. Voices in his head began to stir and moan.

Kill them.

Murder everything in your path.

Kai suddenly envisioned the knife covered in deep red, scattered corpses around it. In the shining puddle of blood, Kai saw his face covered in dark stains, his eyes bulging and crazed.

Yes, this is how you will succeed.

You will get Aichi back this way.

His judgement clouded, he accepted the comments of the darkened murmurs. He sealed his lids, the image of the bloody knife stuck in his mind.

I will come to get you soon, Aichi.
