4 months later

It was finally October. The cold weather was preparing the citizens of Arendelle for the upcoming cold winter. King Eric was trying to adapt to his new kingdom and solve possible issues based on the commerce and the relationships of the kingdom with the rest realm. After his wedding with Elsa, the announcement of their pregnancy was revealed and the whole kingdom celebrated the arrival of their heir by organizing festivals in the name of Elsa and her baby. The news reached the kingdom of Faroe Islands the day after Thorian got engaged with a young princess from a small kingdom nearby. Her name was Samantha and her kingdom had economic issues that would be solved if the two kingdoms were united with a treaty-marriage. So was done. However when the news reached Thorian's ears, his reaction wasn't good at all. He felt betrayed and alone. Well he knew that Elsa had to give his brother an heir but not that soon. His thoughts were burning his face. Considering that the announcement was made 1 week after their wedding then whatever had happened between them must have happened before the wedding. This thought drove him crazy. Nevertheless he had to focus on his own marriage now. Samantha was a really pretty woman. She was a tall young lady around 20 with long curly brown hair and big green eyes. King Edfast was completely sure that his son would spend a happy lifetime with her by his side. She was noble and smart. Thorian was impressed by her appearance the first time she entered his palace. He had to admit that she was beautiful. After their engagement and their upcoming wedding, Samantha's visits were becoming more frequent. Thorian's sorrow and jealousy about the events in Arendelle were being healed by her presence and that was really encouraging for him.

Meanwhile in Arendelle, Elsa was on the final stage of her pregnancy. The cold weather of October and the cool breezes were giving the young Queen a feeling of relaxation. Now that her strolls needed to stop in case she delivered earlier than expected her routine had become much more boring than it already was. After her morning wakeup she was having her breakfast with her husband at the royal dining room by the presence of Kristoff and Anna. Anna was at her days too. As a result, the two sisters were having conversations based on their special "situations" and their husbands were talking about their plans for the rest of the day. After that, Elsa and Anna were headed towards the servants and were giving them orders about cloth materials and baby stuff or they were helping their husbands with paper work that needed to be done. Fortunately their afternoons were extremely calm. Both sisters were sitting near their balcony and were discussing about their future plans or they were talking about the gossip news of the kingdom. That was the way their days were passing.

However the morning of the 8th of October would be much more different. The sun had risen behind the mountains of Arendelle and the cold was intense. It was one of those moments when you realize that winter is coming. Elsa had just woken up and was staring outside her window at the blue sky. She had a hunch that this would be a brilliant day. She stood up from her bed and leaded towards the bathroom. Then the window opened and let a strong cold breeze get into the room. The cold surrounded Elsa, who pulled her night dress closer to her body. Then the cold breeze tangled around her waist and then to her legs. The cool air was colder down there. Elsa gazed down to her legs to see a little river of transparent fluid running down her legs and reaching her foot. The spectacle was confusing. Elsa needed a few seconds to realize what was really going on. The healer had told her what to do in that occasion, however, easier said than done. Elsa ran towards the window and pulled the shutters in. A pain caught her aback. She felt her belly changing and her whole body shaking. "The baby is coming", she muttered and grabbed her coat just before she leave her room. The corridors were empty and the closest room was Anna's. She knocked twice while holding her belly with her left arm, biting her tongue from the pain. Anna was sitting on her bed crying and holding her tommy.

"ANNA!", Elsa shouted and a pain ran through her belly.

"Elsa it's time!", Anna screamed out and touched her waist while trying to get up.

"Same here", Elsa replied and ran towards the door. "GUARDS!", she shouted as loud as she could and rested her head to the door. The pain was becoming unbearable. Drops of sweat were running down her forehead. She turned to watch Anna who was breathing quickly in her effort to diminish the pain.

Kristoff appeared from the corner of the corridor. When he saw Elsa holding on from the door of Anna's room he understood. In a sec he stood near Elsa and caught her from her waist trying to carry her near Anna who was crying from both fear and pain.

"I'll be right here in a sec. I'm bringing the healer and Eric.", Kristoff said and kissed Anna's cheek while smiling compassionately at Elsa. Elsa turned and stared Anna who was giving her own fight with her pain.

"Everything is going be ok.", Elsa said and caressed Anna's hair.

Anna turned her gaze and smiled awkwardly to Elsa. "We don't know that", she replied and clenched Elsa's hand.

Elsa started feeling dizzy. The room was turning around and the voice of Anna who was calling her name sounded like being far away. A sec later, Elsa's gaze was on her legs which were covered with a small river of blood coming from her belly. Anna was in shock. Despite her loud voice and screams Elsa was little by little collapsing. Just in time Eric entered the room with the healer next to him and Kristoff behind them looking at his wife. The last thing Elsa remembered was, Eric's arms carrying her somewhere. Kristoff had grabbed Anna on his arms who was worried both for her sister and for the baby.

"It's too painful!", she cried out while they were entering the delivery room which was designed for both sisters 1 month ago. Eric lied Elsa down to her bed and the view of the blood made him sick.

"What's going with Elsa?", Eric shouted while the healer and his assistants were pushing him and Kristoff out of the room.

"I am sorry Your Majesties but both Queen and the Princess need to be alone.", an assistant replied before she closed the door.

Kristoff and Eric looked each other and stood silent outside the door. The time was passing slowly and no sign of improvement could be detected. After a half an hour the healer went out of the room smiling, looking proud.

"Everything went ok for both Queen and the Princess. Even though we had some problems with Queen Elsa and her unconsciousness, however her body knows to how to react for her own good, even when she can't.", the healer replied and nodded the two men to enter the room.

30 minutes later

Elsa woke up in a room different from her own. Her legs were in pain and her head too. She still felt a little dizzy. She tried to move but a sharp pain at the back of her waist made her change her mind. She looked around the room and realized that it was the delivery room she had ordered to be decorated a month ago. Her mind ran to Anna and her baby. And then she heard it. It was a baby voice which was coming from her left. She turned her look to see a sleeping Anna and two baskets near her. The first basket had a blue ribbon on it and the second one had a pink one. Elsa could clearly see a couple of hands playing with the air. She smiled and ignoring her pain she stood from her bed and approached the babies. As she had thought so, both baskets had babies on them. The one with the blue ribbon had a baby boy. It was tired baby which was sleeping. His right hand was settled on his head touching his blond hair. Elsa smiled and caressed his soft chubby leg. Elsa's eyes traveled to the other baby basket when she heard a sort of baby laughing coming from there. The baby girl was staring Elsa with her big brown eyes. Elsa felt stunned by her niece's beauty. She had blonde few curly hair and big brown eyes with amazing eyelashes which were making her gaze outstanding!

-"Isn't she pretty?", Anna asked Elsa while smiling. She had just woken up to find her sister meeting for the first time in forever her daughter.

-"She's amazing!", Elsa replied and cuddled her niece who was smiling happily. "She looks like Kristoff but her nose and smile are just like yours!", Elsa replied and place her into her mother's hands.

Then Elsa felt a pain in her belly. A bad thought crossed her mind. She turned to see her baby basket empty. Her look got dark. A pain ran through her heart and then her whole body. Anna saw her facial expressions and realized the situation. But she was wrong and she had to know.

-"It's not what you think. Your baby is safe and sound into his father's arms. Eric got him from the moment he was born.", Anna replied and captured Elsa's hand into hers.

Elsa's eyes goggled. She felt a sort of happiness she had never felt before. Like the world had no meaning before and now it has. "I have a son?", she asked her sister and the words were coming slowly out of her mouth. Anna nodded while laughing and a tear rolled down to her cheek. Just in time someone knocked the door.

"Come in", Elsa replied and turned towards the door. Eric appeared and on his arms a baby was moving. Elsa held her breath. Her eyes were staring her son's movements. Eric approached her and settled the little baby boy on her arms. Then he turned and kissed her forehead.

-"He's lovely and very hungry!", he joked while playing with his son's little tommy. The baby laughed and smiled as babies do. Elsa was staring bemused her little son. The baby boy was special. He had platinum hair like his mother and big aquamarine eyes like Eric and Thorian. Elsa was puzzled and trapped between her happiness and sorrow. But then she realized that her baby would live a happy life full of love and joy. She lifted her look and stared happily both her sister and Eric.

"How are going to name him?", Elsa questioned Eric who was smiling at her.

"Well we need a special name for our little King", he replied pensive. "Let's name him Arthur", he finally replied. Elsa liked the way Liam sounded and nodded happily to her husband.

-"Welcome to our lives little Arthur", Elsa said and kissed her son's forehead who had fallen asleep. The exact moment Kristoff walked in. He seemed really happy.

-"Well what a day!", he finally said and smiled to everyone. He approached Anna and kissed her softly on her lips. Just in time the little baby boy woke up from his sleep. The light of the day wasn't easy for him to get it used. Kristoff lift him on his arms while the little baby boy was trying to open his eyes.

-"Good morning buddy!",Kristoff said and held his son's little hand. "Anna what name, are we going to give to this wonderful young man?", Kristoff asked his wife who was playing with their little baby daughter.

-"Well…let me think about it!", Anna replied and stared thoughtfully her daughter who was playing with her foot. "Stefan!", she shouted thrilled. "It means the man with the crown and I believe that from now on, he is going to be the King of our hearts", Anna finally said and smiled. Everyone laughed and stared their little Stefan which was gifted with his mother's eyes.

-"And what about my beloved niece?", Elsa questioned both Anna and Kristoff. Anna gazed Kristoff who seemed puzzled.

-"We will name her Eva", Kristoff replied out of the blue. Anna turned to look her daughter who had fallen asleep. Her few blonde curly hair were so soft and her beautiful face was resting, making her facial traits seem angelic. She smiled and touched her cheek.

-"I think is beautiful", Anna replied and placed Eva into her baby basket. She then covered her little body with a white blanket embroidered with pink thread. Kristoff put the already asleep Stefan into his own basket and kissed him on his forehead just before he covered him with his own blanket. Elsa smiled at this view and turned to Eric who was staring his son. Elsa approached him and kissed him on his cheek. Arthur started crying just the moment his mother walked away from his father. Elsa tried to calm her son down by singing him a song and the result was satisfying. Little Arthur felt the calmness on his mother's voice and immediately relaxed. Elsa sat on her bed and settled her son into his basket. Arthur was awake and was staring his mother with his big eyes. Elsa giggled and covered him with his blanket.

-"Anna when the kids grow up a little we need to take them to the trolls to give them their blessing!", Elsa said and looked thoughtfully her sister. Anna nodded and addressed to the men.

-"We need to make preparations about the announcement of the royal arrival. The citizens of Arendelle will get suspicious if they don't see Elsa or me within the next days." , Anna said and played awkwardly with her fingers.

-"She's right", Eric replied and nodded at Kristoff and Elsa." Tonight just before the sunset we will announce the birth of all the royal family members."

-"Excuse me I think I don't understand", Elsa replied and lifted her right eyebrow. "According to them I'm like what 5 or 6 month pregnant. In any case I can't deliver this soon. I think we need to reconsider this case and find another way."

Arthur woke up from his mother voice and started playing with his blanket. His hands were touching every corner of his little bed and his eyes were wandering between the lady next to him with the perfect voice and the guy who had hold him for the first time in forever. Elsa turned to watch her son and in her surprise Arthur was playing with little white and blue snowflakes rooting from his hands. Elsa sighed and cuddled her little monkey. Arthur was giggling and playing with his snow powers. Elsa got him into her arms and held his little arm. She then created in front of him a small fountain of snowflakes. Arthur started kicking his legs and arms with enthusiasm. Everyone laughed expect Elsa. The way her son was smiling reminded her Thorian's smile. Eric understood her thoughts behind her poker face.

-"That's it!", Eric said aloud! "We will say that you started bleeding and in our fear of losing the baby you delivered him earlier. Due to his powers he was a strong baby and fully grown by the time you gave birth to him."

-"Well it might work…",Anna replied positively and nodded to Elsa. Elsa laid her head back to her pillow and sighed. There were so many things to deal with. Conceal it, don't feel it. Her father's words sounded in her head like he was right next to her.

-"Ok it's a nice option", Elsa replied and took her sophisticated look away from the ceiling. "We will do it that way and we'll see how it'll go".

-"Perfect", Kristoff replied and nodded to Eric that it was time for them to go and get the preparations started. By the end of the day, everyone would be aware that Queen Elsa gave birth to a beautiful little boy. The news spread up easily and that special night the royal family celebrated the arrival of three family members. The citizens of Arendelle organized festivals dedicated to their Queen and her sister, Princess Anna. Flowers were left out of the castle gate for the little royal babies who were sleeping in their room designed by the best artists of the kingdom. The rest family was celebrating their arrival at the big dining room until the next morning hours.

3 months later

It was the day that Elsa, Kristoff and Anna would visit the trolls in order to ask for their blessing towards their kids. Anna was trying to calm down Stefan who was crying for no reason. Eva was waiting patiently into her baby basket next to her cousin Arthur who was extremely busy playing with his snowflakes. It was the end of January and the weather was extremely cold with lot of snow covering the area. Kristoff was packing all the needed equipment and few supplies for the road. They would spend the night at a small house near where the trolls were living. Elsa was trying to fix their wagon and make sure the road would be safe enough for their journey. Kristoff would drive the wagon with the help of Sven and Elsa would lead the way towards the trolls making sure that the road was safe. At the back of the wagon which was covered with wood and was large enough for three people to stay in, Anna would take care of the children. Eric had to remain to the castle and watch over the people and make sure to keep everything under control.

-"Take care of them", Eric said to Kristoff before he hugged him. Kristoff smiled to him and jumped on the wagon. Elsa kissed her husband and promised that they would be back soon. After a couple of minutes they had stepped away from the palace with Eric waving them goodbye. The journey was a bit long. Thank Odin the sky was clear and only the cold was making things more difficult. Elsa once in a while was turning her head back to look at Kristoff. He was doing well. The road leading to trolls wasn't very easy to find but Elsa could still remember the first time she had been there after the marriage of Anna and Kristoff. She believed that they would reach the place before it got dark and she was right. Just before sunset they reached an area full of huge rocks and grass. Bulda was the first to appear from a big rock and greeted Kristoff and Elsa.

-"Kristoff!", Bulda shouted and jumped on Kristoff while Elsa was helping Anna and the babies come out of the wagon. When Bulda saw the babies, she started dancing and jumping around.

-"My little Kristoff has become a father! We need to take u to Pabbie to give you his blessing", Bulda said and started pulling him towards the house of trolls.

-"You think?", Kristoff joked and turned to see Elsa and Anna who were smiling too.

The trolls were so happy to see Kristoff, Anna and Elsa again. Kristoff cuddled Eva and left Stefan on Anna's arms. Elsa was holding tight Arthur trying to warm him with her coat. Both Stefan and Arthur were wearing soft and warm woolen coats with little boots and woolen caps on their heads. Eva was wearing a pinkish woolen dress with gloves and a cap too but her father had covered her whole body with his own coat too. Pabbie approached from the edge of the path and silence covered the place where a few seconds before trolls were dancing and laughing.

-"Nice to see you again Kristoff",Pabbie said and smiled to him. "My Queen and Princess it's an honor to have you back again", he continued and bowed. "What brings you to our places?" he asked and stared each one of them.

Elsa sighed and smiled as much as she could. "We came here in order to give your blessing to our kids", she replied and turned to Anna who was smiling at her.

-"Also I am asking this as a mother I would like to know my children's fate and future", Anna added and took a step in front.

-"Well done. I will fulfill your every wish but beware. Whatever you hear or see doesn't mean that it has to happen. Everything is possible and every action can be undone before it's done.", Pabbie said and glanced them pensive. Anna nodded and kneeled down to display her son to Pabbie. Stefan was looking bemused the unusual creature that was standing in front of him.

-"What is his name?", Pabbie asked while touching the head of this young baby boy. Stefan remained calm without crying or getting terrified. Anna held her breath. Pabbie closed his eyes and then got his hand away of Stefan's head.

-"His name is Stefan", Anna replied with goggled eyes.

-"Your son has a bright future in front of him. However he will need to know not to trust people that easy. No harm will ever come his way." Pabbie said and smiled to Anna. Anna breathed slowly and smiled back.

Kristoff embraced his wife and turned to Pabbie with his daughter on his arms. Little Eva started giggling to Pabbie who smiled at her.

-"What's the name of this young lady?" Pabbie asked and caressed her hair.

-"Her name is Eva", Kristoff replied and kissed his daughter on the top of her head.

Pabbie smiled and touched Eva's little forehead. With his eyes closed he tried to see through this little girl's heart. Kristoff could clearly see Pabbie's facial expressions changing and getting more serious. Suddenly, Pabbie opened his eyes and stepped back. Kristoff pulled his daughter close to him.

-"What did you see?" Anna asked and approached Kristoff. Elsa all this time had remained speechless and was holding tight Artthur who had fallen asleep.

-"Eva is going to be, a very beautiful young women. Many suitors will ask her hand but she will deny them all. She will fall in love but this love will have many impacts in her life. Thankfully she will get through everything and will become a wonderful wife and mother. However I see something else too that makes me wonder.",Pabbie replied and stared both Anna and Kristoff.

-"What is it?"",Kristoff questioned serious enough and held Anna's hand.

-"Eva has inherited some sort of powers that I do not know what they are. Time will show and will display Eva's true self.",Pabbie replied.

Anna and Kristoff looked each other with fear. Anna had gotten through this before. She had her sister, the sister with the ice powers. Now her little girl would be different also. "She'll be strong just like her aunt", she mulled over. Kristoff embraced his daughter and kissed her cheek.

-"Thank you", he said with difficulty and stepped away to give his place to Elsa.

Elsa approached slowly and kneeled down near to Pabbie. Pabbie stared with happiness the little prince.

"Your Royal Highness, what's the name of our little prince?", Pabbie asked and a strong wind blow Elsa's hair.

-"His name is Arthur the first." Elsa replied and stared happily her son. Arthur woke up just in time. The strong wind had made him feel a bit cold. His little hands touched his mother's right palm and his look turned to Pabbie. Pabbie touched his forehead and smiled.

-"As I can see he has ice powers just like you", Pabbie said and caressed Arthur's hair. Elsa nodded while smiling and kissed her son.

-"Your son will have a bright life. His days will be full of love and joy. However his life will change when he will be faced with a great secret. This secret will determine his side in life. His options and actions will be extremely important and will place him in the good side or in the bad side.", Pabbie said and looked Elsa who had goggled her eyes and her face had become more pale than ever. Elsa's breath had almost stopped. No this was not what she had dreamed of for her son.

-"What else do you see?", Elsa asked in her effort to clear her throat.

-"Your son will give a fight and this fight will come as remedy to his soul. Elsa great days are coming for you but with a great cost. Get prepared." Pabbie said and laid his rocky head down.

Elsa stood up and thanked him. She could feel a fire in her soul. A rage she could not control. She stepped away from Pabbie and headed to the small house near the river where they would spend their night. She could swear to Odin that she would never let her son find out the truth. She would protect her son no matter what. That was her plan and she would make it happen.
