Hey everyone! Lots of love to you all! I'm sorry I haven't updated recently, I really only get chances to write on weekends, not counting Saturdays which are movie nights and I have to spend the whole day cleaning my house… But yeah! I'm back, and I am super excited to get this chapter to you! So, let's get to it!
Fairy Tail High Let's Skip! PT 2
Recap: "Any way, what are the plans for today mister 'Let's skip school?" She questioned with a mocking tone, making me blush, which I covered with a slight glare
"I have some ideas," I retaliated, going over my plans for the day in my head. Little did she know that I had been planning this for weeks.
Natsu's Point of View
After finishing our sweet breakfast, we set off again into the city. I letting Lucy take the lead, knowing that she would know what she wanted to do, and what she wouldn't. Following her without complaint she began to lead us towards a nearby bookstore. I personally wanted to go to the new art exhibit they had opened that was specifically based on dragons. But, I knew the beautiful blonde wouldn't want to got to that. As we walked towards the store, I noticed the look of absolute peacefulness on her face. She looked as if she had done this a million times without fail.
"Natsu?" She looked at me, those big, chocolate brown eyes peering at me with joy filling them. I couldn't help but blush, but who could!?
"What up Luce?"
"Why did you pick today of all days to skip?" Thinking she had caught on to my ulterior motives (besides the fact that I was technically tricking her into a date), I quickly thought up a little white lie.
"What, can't I just want to hang out with my best friend for a day?" Hoping it worked, I scratched the back of my head in discomfort.
"So, it wasn't because there was a field trip to the museum today that made it so we were on a piece of transportation all day?" And that's when I realized I could never sneak anything past this girl. Heaving in a deep sigh, I decided honesty was the best policy.
"Nope! Not at all! We had a field trip today!? Wow, boy are we lucky that we skipped then!" Screw honesty! I already started this lie, and I'm stickin to it! All I got was an eye roll and her 'I know you know but I'm going to let it slide' look.
"So, how about we get out of here?" The blonde beauty asked me, to which, I began to get butterflies at the thought of what was next on my list of things to do.
"Sure, what do you want to do next?" I asked, knowing that the first part of the day, was what she wanted to do. We probably would be shopping for the first part of the day, and I was worried about having to carry the bags around all day.
"Ummm, why don't we go and see a movie?" She asked, and it was then that I remembered, she was smarter then me. She probably realized that earlier and decided that rather then lugging the bags around all day, to just go and have fun.
"Yeah! That sounds awesome!" I punched my fist up in the air while hopping up. I got a few odd looks, but just ignored them due to the fact that they didn't even know who I was. We got up and began to head towards the movie theatre.
Hey guys, sorry for cutting this short. I had to finish this story, along with my other stories. So, I will finish the date in the next chapter. If your wondering why I am uploading all my stories in one day, it's cause today is my birthday! And I decided that instead of only receiving, I wanted to give you all some long awaited story updates… I'm really sorry it's been taking me so long on these updates… What I'm thinking that may have to happen is that I'll need to become a writer that only updates on breaks and during Summer Vacation. I go into High-school next year so I need to start looking towards my future, and if I start getting so much homework that I barley have any time for myself, I may only be updating in the summer… I'm really sorry guys, but that may have to be how it ends up… Well, see you when the new chapter of the next story is uploaded.
