Andy rolled his eyes as he hung up the call with Provenza. The man was his best friend, but sometimes he could be such an idiot. For a man his age, Andy would think he would have his wants and needs more figured out. Walking back into the bedroom, he found Sharon splayed on her stomach, her feet popped up and her ankles entwined. Just like many times before, she had her nose stuck in a book. He leaned against the doorframe and looked at her. She devoured books one after the other and according to her, she's been doing it since the day she learned how to read. Andy has never dated a woman that read so many books. His phone was still in his hand and he couldn't resist the urge to snap a couple of photos of her.

"What are you doing?" Sharon lowered the book and Andy snapped another photo. She smiled at him. Andy took photos of her whenever he could, no matter what it was she was doing. She didn't mind it as long as he took them when she was dressed. Raising the book to her eye level again, she smiled. "Is Provenza upset because of the game?" she asked.

"No, and the Dodgers won, by the way," he informed her.

"Really, why were you not cheering?" Andy watched the game in the living room and Sharon didn't hear him cheering even once.

"Because of Provenza," Andy took a seat on the bed by her side and snapped another photo from a different angle.

"What did he want?" Sharon asked and turned on her side, now facing him.

"He wanted to consult with me about Patrice," Andy shrugged.

"Trouble in heaven?" Sharon wondered.

"The only trouble is in Provenza's head," Andy grumbled.

"They didn't break up, did they?"

"No, they're having a little problem I should probably not tell you about," Andy's words were enough for Sharon to understand what he meant.

"I see," she said. She looked thoughtful for a moment and Andy watched her, almost able to see the wheels in her head turning. Getting up, she walked out of the room and came back moments later, a book in her hand.

"Are you gonna read another one?" Andy protested.

"No, silly," Sharon replied and handed him the book she was holding. Andy read the title and shook his head.

"No way. I am not giving this to Provenza. I am not getting involved in his relationship with Patrice," he said. "And I know Provenza. He wouldn't want me to, either."

"You know, the fact that he's calling you and asking for an advice about their bedroom practices is actually getting you involved," Sharon replied. Andy looked at her in disbelief.

"But it's our book, Sharon," he said and she could tell he was quite embarrassed.

"Yes, it is our book, but we already read it. We used it and enjoyed it and maybe now it's time to give it to someone who needs it more than us," she smiled.

"We haven't tried everything in it," Andy argued.

"We don't need this book anymore in order to be creative with each other. We are intimate enough to satisfy each other and we don't need the guidance anymore," Sharon smiled. "Are you embarrassed to give it to him?"

"I'm not enthusiastic about it," Andy admitted. Sharon opened the bedside drawer and pulled a pen out of it. She opened the book and started scribbling something on the inner cover. "What are you doing?" Sharon finished scribbling and handed him the book.

"Here's a little something to warm up your nights. We hope you find good use in this, Love Andy and Sharon?" Andy read Sharon's note to Provenza and Patrice. "Are you out of your mind?"

"No, not really," Sharon grinned. "Look, if you really like this book, I'll but a new one, but for the time being, let them have it. They need it more than we do and besides, I have another book that you might wanna check out…" Sharon replied and walked out of the room and came back moments later with a paper wrapped gift. She handed it to him. Andy looked at her and then at the gift. She already told him it was a book and by the way she said it, he could tell that it was connected to their relationship somehow. He unwrapped the paper slowly and exposed a thick book.

"To Andy," he read the golden letters on the cover. "You wrote a book for me?" he looked a little surprised.

"I wouldn't say 'wrote'. Open it." Andy did as he was told and flipped through the first few pages.

"Oh my God," he said. He really did not expect this from Sharon. "Seriously, Sharon?" He looked at her with surprise. "When did you have the time to do this?" He kept flipping through the book, feeling a sudden wave of arousal watching over him. The book was actually a printed photo album which featured mostly nude photos of Sharon, in various tempting positions.

"A few weeks ago. Gavin helped me get in contact with a reliable photographer and he took these," Sharon replied.

"These are amazing, Sharon. Of course, no photographer, talented as he may be, can capture your true beauty," Andy drew her into his arms and kissed her. "I hope you didn't make one of these for Provenza too, huh?" Sharon snorted at his words.

"No way, Andy. You're the only person in the world I want to share this book with. And you know what else? You should really flip to the last page." She was sitting in his lap now and watched Andy flipping to the very last page of the book. Two words were written in golden letters and Andy's eyes widened as he read them.

"Is this for real?" he asked. Sharon nodded slowly and Andy drew her to a kiss.

"So, what do you say?" she asked when they pulled apart.

"What do you think? Of course I'll marry you, Sharon," Andy replied and rolled her over, his lips claimed hers with such love and passion that they both became breathless within seconds.

That night, none of them slept.

Andy may have not been much of a reader before Sharon walked into her life, but she taught him how to read the movements of her muscles, the marks on her skin, and the color of her eyes. His fingers, lips and eyes knew every ridge and curve of her body, every dip and every wrinkle. The geography of her was something no book could teach him. He didn't need to hear it from Sharon in order to know that she felt the same way about him. They have written the story of their love and passion together. It was epic. It was eternal. It was theirs.

THE END
