This started as a micropoem for Twitter inspired by chapter 396 (and one of my regular prompts!) and became this. Instead of editing it down to 140 characters I decided to share it with you guys!

I was trying to use light and darkness as metaphors for Gajeel and Levy's whole relationship - with a few references to air and water thrown in for good measure. Basically, that scene in the manga as a reflection of their entire relationship.

It's not a normal fanfic, I know, but I hope you liked it anyway! Let me know what you thought.
