Kai is pretty OOC, but I hope you enjoy.

Aichi stared directly at the pond, staring at his reflection.

He had been sitting for hours now, watching as the dragonflies rippled his reflection.

He wasn't sitting there because he was sad, or angry, or anything like that. He was just sitting there because he felt... nothing. He felt hollow, empty, a void where his heart would be, and he didn't know why.

Another reflection emerged from the water, familiar spiked brunet hair and those piercing brilliant green eyes.

"Kai... kun..?"

"What's wrong? Miwa said you didn't come to Card Capital at all today." Kai inquired, taking a seat next to him, frowning when he saw just how hollow Aichi's eyes were.

"I just want some time to myself." Aichi murmured, burying his face further in his knees. Kai frowned, as both of them stared at the water, translucent against the image of the koi floating around.

Aichi saw through the corner of his eye as Kai dug his hand into his pocket and pulled out a small white package. Now interested, the bluenet watched as Kai pulled out twin popscicles, red bean flavor.

He suddenly realized just how hot he was under the sun, his skin already becoming a darker tone and extremely hot, sweat trailing down his neck. Luckily, Kai gestured them to go sit in the shade, under the large oak tree.

As Aichi settled on the soft, moist grass, Kai attempted to break the popscicle in half. Aichi looked up, curious, as Kai grunted, trying to break it apart.

"That is one tough popscicle." Kai remarked, settling next to him and trying to break it again.

"You can have it if you want, Kai kun."

"I brought it for the both of us." Kai growled stubbornly, still working on the ice bar.

Aichi frowned as Kai shifted and grunted. He wanted the popscicle, but he wanted to also share with Kai. A sudden thought crossed his mind, making him flush.

"Kai kun... I know a way to share it."

"Spill it out already then. I'm all ears."

Aichi took the popscicle from him, licking it and then pointing it at him. "W- we can each w- work at one side, so we both get some." He offered meekly, blushing.

As Aichi dreaded, Kai flushed, his mouth opening and gaping in surprise. He quickly closed his mouth, turning away.

"No thanks. You can have it all."

Aichi frowned. He wanted Kai to have some, but wanting to respect the brunet's wishes, he started licking the popscicle.

Kai observed Aichi licking the popscicle, juice dripping down from the edge. He grunted, his mouth moving as he wanted to lick the droplets.

He gave in, scooting closer and closing his mouth on the side, his tongue numbing as it made contact with the ice cold bar. Aichi flushed, but remained silent as they both worked on the popscicle, licking it up and down, both of them doing whatever it took to avoid any physical contact.

At one point, both of them were sucking at the side. The part of the popscicle that was keeping their mouths from touching melted, and their lips made contact, a popscicle stick between their mouths.

Kai and Aichi flushed, both of them turning various shades of red as Kai took the bold chance to deepen the kiss, pulling the popscicle stick away and embracing him.

"Mmmph!?" Aichi moaned in his mouth, and Kai widened his eyes, realizing how deep he was going, his tongue shoved in Aichi's mouth, drool dripping down their chins.

Ashamed, Kai broke the kiss, looking away.

"I'm sorry, Aichi." He murmured, wiping his mouth and getting him, trying to force down the blood from his cheeks.

"Ueh? Kai kun!" Aichi cried, trying to run after him, but Kai reluctantly ignored him, closing his eyes and starting to power walk.

"Kai kun!" A hand went on his shoulder, pulling him back. Kai whipped around to see Aichi, his face still a very bright red, but nonetheless he had a sweet smile on his face.

"Thank you for the food, Kai kun!

Ehh, didn't really try on this one, but I hope you guys still like it.
