Hey! I'm a new fan of Fatal Frame/Project Zero games! :D Nice to meet you guys!

I watched some walkthroughs of Fatal Frame5 and the game is so awesome, it could even be the 2nd best FF game in my opinion! The characters are awesome! Yuuri became my favorite easily beside Mio!

Anyway, I saw this scene where Miu tried to stop Yuuri from going further into the water, and I had to write something about it! It's a small one shot, I just wanted to write Miu's feelings, because the girl has been throught a lot. (And because the creators decided to stop torturing Miku and start ruining her daughter's life instead!)

Please enjoy and don't forget to review! I might write more about the game!

Miu stopped by the beach, she turned her head and saw a shadow in the water. The vision became clearer and she recognized that person.

It was Yuuri, the girl who saved her.

She gasped in horror as she saw the scene in front of her, every muscle in her body moved forward in urgency. She ignored the coldness of the water as she moved.

Yuuri continued to move forward, her body sinking deeper and deeper, her mind blank.

"Wait!" The young Hinasaki yelled after her. Her voice pleading, desperate to stop her from ending her life. "Please! Wait!"

She wanted to save her, just like she did to her.

She hardly knew this girl, but found comfort in her. She saw the loneliness in her eyes, the same loneliness she felt when her mother left her, when she had to face the world on her own.

They were alike.

Miu reached out her arm, trying to close the distance between them, Yuuri was too far to reach. It was painful to see another person walk away from her life, it was an experience that she lived too many times. She hated it.

She didn't want the brunette to walk away, she didn't want that. She wanted to stop her, she needed this one person who could understand her. She had to stop her.

She reached her, and closed the distance between them, hugging her from behind, holding into her, praying that she wouldn't fade away, just like she held into her when she saved her.

She almost gave up back then, until someone opened that box. She threw her arms around her, calling for her mother, she was glad that Yuuri didn't push her away.

"Stop it!" Miu said, her tone firm yet pleading. Yuuri dropped to her knees, but didn't turn to face her, as if she wasn't aware of her presence, or the freezing water that reached her shoulders. "I won't allow it!"

That was when the brunette gasped, waking up from her daze. Hinasaki put her hands on her shoulder and turned her to see her face. Yuuri got up quickly and stared at her in confusion.

Miu turned away and sighed, her voice shaking, almost as if she was trying not to sob. She looked at the girl in front of her with a sorrowful expression. "Don't go, you too." She said, her voice cracking, she hated how weak she sounded, but she couldn't help it.

Yuuri looked at her silently, her expression unreadable, probably because she didn't remember what happened, she couldn't remember how she got here.

Miu's heart sank, as one thought crossed her mind.

If only she was able to stop her mother from leaving her.
